B&B Hotel Wien-Hbf

I particularly appreciated the hotel’s location and the excellent service provided by the personal trainer and the breakfast staff. The friendly and attentive service made the stay even more enjoyable.

One area for improvement would be the smell in the room, which was quite strong. I personally do not like carpeted rooms, and I think this may have contributed to the smell.

Nettes Personal, gute zentrale Lage

Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko dworca głównego, a do tramwaju 3 minuty.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Preis Leistung passt. Super für eine Städte Reise nach Wien. Frühstück sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

O HOTEL ENTREGA O QUE FOI ANUNCIADO.

FALTA DE LIMPEZA ROTINEIRA DO QUARTO .

Room was very clean and new.. good food for breakfast

Jednoduchý hotel v docházkové vzdálenosti od hlavního nádraží. Vybavení dostačující pro 1-2 noci. (2 věšáčky na ručníky i osušky v koupelně). Snídaně s velkým výběrem chlebů, pečiva, sýrů, ovoce i zeleniny.

Location, it was quiet, and great value for money. Breakfast was relaxing. Easy walk into the center and see the sites.

Room was maybe a tad small for three people.

Funktionsuntüchtige Automaten in der Lobby

Very good location!

A reggeli választékos. Az alkalmazottak kedvesek voltak. Előnye a szállodának, hogy jó logisztikával minden Könnyen megközelíthető.

Nem volt olyan

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Close to the train station

Room was rather small for 3 people, not much room for your lugage.

Excelent location and very nice breakfast.

Tea and coffee facility in the room or a fridge would be nice... Shampoo in the bathroom would be handy too...

Great value & convenient location to take the train.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely lady who greeted us on arrival. She explained everything clearly, helped us with all our questions, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the storage room after check-out, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is also excellent - the main train station is only about a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again next time!

Nothing, we were very happy with our stay.

Nemačka precizost i proračunatost. Okolina hotela je veoma prijatna i mirna. Dobro se spava jer nema okolne buke a i sobe su dobro izolovane. U blizini hotela postoji nekoliko kafića i dobro opremljenih prodavnica.

Sauberkeit

Lokalita byla velmi příjemná blízko vlakového nádraží v klidné části města. Ideální místo jako zastávka na cestách. Pokoj byl jednoduše ale dostatečně zařízený. Čistý a pohodlný.

Calidad precio

Que no limpie cada dia la habitacion

Comfortable for a family for 1 night. Close Parking lot. Very nice breakfast.

Room was a bit small

Gerne wieder.

room was nice and clean

Location is very good, hotel room spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast amazing.

Clean room

Be careful if you intend to use their parking discount. Before arrival, the hotel assured me that by validating the ticket at the reception, the garage fee (Hauptbahnhof Ost 2) would be €13 per day instead of €25. I followed all instructions, but the machine still charged me the full price of €25. After contacting the hotel, I sent all the requested proof (receipts and bank details) for a refund of the difference. Despite their confirmation, I have received no refund to this day. The room was fine, but their handling of customer service issues is very disappointing.

The hotel is located a few minutes on foot from the main train station (and also a metro station). The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, quiet and overall the hotel is very nice. There are shops nearby, cafes and restaurants, too. We had no issues during our stay and would stay again.

Konum

Temizlik ekibi pis temizlik bezlerini yatağımızın üstüne koydu ve orda buraktı

Location is perfect, there are a lot of public transport options nearby. City centre is only a few stops away. Breakfast is good. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was great, the room was clean, just the incident that happened that’s all The staff would have handled it better, instead of being rude😡

The housekeeper didn’t knock on my door, and opened it and I was naked and facing directly at the door and he saw me, and meanwhile i already paid for extension till 3pm😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I went to the reception to complain and he wasn’t apologetic about the situation, he said to me that did I put the dnd sign on the door, that question was annoying , because I am only there for a night so why was the housekeeper opening my door by 12pm without knocking, when I am suppose to be checking out by 3pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Freundlich, sauber, zentral.

nichts

The hotel is in a relatively new residential area.

You can't get to the hotel by car and there's nowhere to eat when you get there in the evening. There was only one small shop in open, but the selection was very poor.

Everything was great. So clean and comfortable.

Nothing. It was all great. Breakfast was also brilliant.

Sehr zentrale Lage

The location is close to the metro and some shops. Their check-in and check-out was easy and convinient.

The fact that they dont clean rooms everyday, let alone make the bed and remove trash.

Təmizlik

It is a good budget hotel, close to the Hauptbahnhof and Schloss Belvedere. The city center and Schönbrunn are further away, but still within reach with public transportation. It is a newly built neightborhood with lots of new houses, hotels nearby, also food shops, cafés and a very good playground for small kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I missed a cabinet or wardrobe to put our clothes. There were only a few open shelves. We have booked two different sized rooms and the staff gave the two rooms next to each other by default.

Breakfast was a bit bland, I missed some hot food like scambled eggs or sausages. There was also no variety, breakfast was the same for all the 3 days we had stayed at the hotel. Parking nearby was expensive, we left our car in a big garage outside the city.

I had a great experience stating at the B&B. It is close (walking distance) to the main train station, clean, comfort and friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay in Vienna, the proximity to the train station made our stay very practical and the nearby metro station allowed us to visit the city very easily. The hotel was calm, in a nice neighbourhood. The staff was great and helpful, kindly storing our luggage when we needed it.

Nothing to dislike, we enjoyed our stay vey much.

Sehr sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Gute Lage unweit vom Hbf.

Sehr sauber, sehr gut organisiert, tolles Personal

The location is good for a short stay.

I didn't like the room on the ground floor.

Easy walk from Vienna central station (Hauptbahnhoff). Modern property with air conditioning.

Camera pulita. Letti comodissimi.

Personeller çok ilgili, check-in saatinden önce odama giriş yapabildim, check-out yaptıktan sonra da akşama kadar bavulumu hotelde bırakma imkanı sundular. Odalar temiz, konum çok iyi wien hbfye yürüyerek 5 dk

Clean and comfortable and exactly what you need with nothing more. Self check-in was smooth. Super convenient to the train station, also close enough to tram and subway to get to more central parts of Vienna.

Scarsa pulizia delle camere. Ho dovuto insistere perché la pulissero

Great location, comfortable, friendly staff, clean, would stay again and recommend

Nothing

Nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück

Sehr dünnes und unzuverlässiges WLAN. Des Öfteren keine Verbindung

Albergo grande

Man könnte ja jeden 2. Tag abwechseln z.B.

Very clean!

Tea and coffee in the room :)

Quiet and clean rooms, close to the main railway station, helpful staff. Grocery store nearby.

Situato in una zona tranquilla ben servita dai mezzi.

Oda gayet iyiydi temizdi.

Temizlik açısından yeterli değildi, her otelde bulunması gereken aparatif eşyalar (kulak çubuğu, pamuk vb.)

Modern eingerichtet, sehr gute Lage, super Frühstück.
