Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Personeel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie was top. Het lag dichtbij het centraal station en allerlei museums. Ook winkels en restauranten waren bereikbaar te voet. Je kon je baggage gratis stokeren.
Check-in moest je volledig zelf doen. Dit stoorde mij niet maar oudere gasten kunnen hier mogelijks moeite mee hebben.

I’m friendly staff, They blocked room and my early arrival inspite of several reminders that I will be arriving next day morning. I could not get the needed rest..and they refused to extend the checkout even when there was availability. I paid for checkout till 3pm. And Incould not sleep as they wanted me to come to reception a couple of times every hour to Chk on things to unblock my room

ACn, som många andra hotell drar de ner på kapaciteten på natten. En varm natt som vi hade, behövde AC! För min del är rummen lite för psykedeliska, kunde inte titta på golvet - det gav mig huvudvärk ( migrän).

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Café da manhã com muitas opções de frutas, iogurtes, pães, frios e sobremesas. Café de máquina muito gostoso. Tinha uma máquina de fazer panquecas, que era ótima. Perto da estação de trem e de outros modais de transporte.
Talvez apenas da cadeira que ficava no quarto, pois não era muito ergonômica se fosse o caso de usar para trabalho.

El diseño es moderno, pero algo impersonal. el hotel podría estar en Viena o en cualquier otra esquina del mundo.

Pe mine nu m a deranjat, dar e bine sa stie cei foarte sensibili in spatele hotelului sunt căile ferate, se mai au trenurile, dar repet pe mine nu m a deranjat iar cu geamul inchis antifonarea este destul de buna!

There are train track just over the street from the room. You can hear the trains, but at the same time it didn't bother me much. This was still on the level where it had no effect on my sleep or otherwise happiness with the room.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026This is an excellently location and very affordable base to explore Vienna. 5 minutes walk from the Army Museum (which is interesting and very cheap). The room was a good size, the bed comfortable, the TV abundant with channels and the bathroom satisfactory, with hot water and powerful shower. The continental style breakfast was varied, fresh and plentiful, available over a good amount of time, with coffee available until noon.
Self check in was smooth enough but took an age with extensive detail required. No kettle in the room (but this is advertised) and no cups of any sort, even in the bathroom.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Cheap, so you get what you pay for. Disliked the tile floor, bed sheets and towels were suboptimal quality, bathroom was not very clean. Strongly disliked the shower with a raggedy curtain, toilet seat looked overly used. Breakfast was plain, and not being able to have a cup of coffee handy to serve in the room was also not pleasant at all. Would not stay there again.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je in Wien übernachtet habe! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Der Westbahnhof ist in nur etwa drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Von hier aus kommt man schnell und bequem überall in der Stadt hin. Das Hotel wirkt wie neu, ist makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber stilvoll eingerichtet und schaffen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die hervorragende Belüftung und die ausgezeichnete Schallisolierung – man kann hier wirklich ruhig und erholsam schlafen. Das Frühstück lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Das Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl und der Kaffee war ohne Übertreibung einer der besten, die ich je in einem Hotel in Wien getrunken habe. Obwohl er aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten kam, war die Qualität ausgezeichnet. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal. Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Obwohl sie viele Gäste gleichzeitig betreuen musste, war sie jederzeit freundlich, geduldig und gut gelaunt. Sie erklärte den Check-in, den Check-out und alle weiteren Informationen verständlich und nahm sich für jeden Gast Zeit. Gerade nach einer anstrengenden Reise weiß man einen so herzlichen Empfang besonders zu schätzen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wer ein modernes, sehr sauberes Hotel in bester Lage zu einem fairen Preis sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich bin bereits Mitglied im Club des Hotels geworden und werde bei meinen zukünftigen Wien-Besuchen sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Praktisch, dass die Rezeption 24h geöffnet ist und es ein Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel gibt. Es war sehr komfortabel und hatte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Außerdem war es ausgesprochen ruhig. Dank Lüftung kann man sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen.
Der Kunden-Check-in-Prozess am Computerbildschirm mit Touch-Tastatur ist eine Katastrophe. Obwohl meine Daten aus Booking.com bereits komplett bekannt sind, soll ich hier umständlich meine Buchung mit der Buchungsnummer suchen und dann alle Daten komplett neu eingeben, auch die Ausweisnummer usw. Ich musste sogar meine Schlüsselkarte selbst digital aktivieren. Selbst mit Konsultation des Personals hat das knapp 15 Minuten gedauert. Ich denke, mithilfe der Booking-API lassen sich die benötigten Daten voll automatisiert übertragen, um den Gästen unnötigen Zusatzstress und lange Wartezeiten zu ersparen. Bei anderen Selbst-Checkin-Hotels in der EU funktioniert das seit Jahren problemlos. Da erhalte ich einen Code per Mail, welchen ich in den Checkin-Computer eingebe – dann nur kurz bestätigen und schon kommt die Schlüsselkarte aus dem Automaten. Das Radison Prize Wien agiert hier technisch altmodisch, ein Jahrzehnt zurückgeblieben.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The hotel was close to the station, so was easy to get to. The automatic check-in was fairly straightforward, and the room when I got there was clean and stylish enough.
Despite the attempt to give it a designer vibe, the room felt pretty spartan. I stay at another budget hotel chain on a regular basis, which I far prefer because design is used more intelligently to create a cosy, at home vibe. Though the area was close to the station, it also felt pretty deserted when I got there late at night. It seemed like I had to go a long way to find anything to eat, so I opted to go without supper.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage, die außergewöhnliche ubd moderne Einrichtung, die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Fenster sind wirklich gut gedämmt und man hört den angrenzenden Bahbhof so gut wie gar nicht.
Zimmer war nicht sauber. Müll vom Vorgänger war noch im Mistkübel und das Bett schien zwar frisch bezogen, aber es waren einige (mehr als 2 oder 3) dunkle Haare im Bett. Wir haben extra aufgezahlt um ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu haben und waren dann genau neben der Tür zur Außentreppe die jedesmal so laut ins Schloss fiel, dass aich unsere Zimmertür laut gescheppert hat und das Bett sogar jedesmal vibriert hat. Wir haben uns jedesmal echt erschrocken. Der Duschkopf muss dringend entkalkt oder getauscht werden. War kaum verwendbar.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The hotel was clean and the room was a good size with a decent shower. The bed was comfortable with good air conditioning in the room. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. The hotel is very handy for the HBF station once you are able to orientate yourself to the area!
When we arrived we had to do self check in despite the staff being available. They directed us to the screens once they had got them working! This was somewhat irritating after a long journey and was a bit of a process. That meant no information was given about the hotel facilities and we had to look for a poster in the lift to tell us breakfast times etc. There was also no water dispenser to fill bottles or anywhere to get a drink as there were no facilities in the room which was disappointing. It’s a fair distance to walk to the centre of Vienna but if you don’t want to walk you can get the underground train. We did a mixture of both!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Es war immer genug Platz, auch die glutenfreien Brötchen kamen immer sehr schnell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Tische wurden immer schnell abgeräumt. Sowohl mit der Tram als auch mit der U-Bahn (ca. 10 min. Fußweg vom Hotel) ist man schnell im Zentrum oder an anderen Zielen in Wien. Einige gute Gaststätten waren in der Nähe zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Rund um zufireden, Super Hotel, Super Service, Ich wollte zahlen weil ich in der Tiefgarage stand aber nach dem es da technische probleme gab bekamen wir es um sonst WOW ein anderes Hotel hätte die Tiefgarage vielleicht gesperrt Beim nächsten Besuch in Wien würde ich dieses Hotel auf alle fälle nochmal nehmen.

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, also so ein paar Ablagen für Kleider wäre schon gut.

They didnt have outside terrace, to sit and have a drink. Even though there was a place outside next to the bar, there were no tables and chairs. Small crowded bar , right next to the reception. So no place to have a drink or to sit and relax outside.

No coffee machine in the room or in the reception area unless you paid for breakfast. Due to my plans I had to leave early before breakfast had started but would’ve loved to have had a coffee in the morning!

Дівчина на ресепшині з розумінням віднеслась до ситуації і сприяла ранньому поселенню. Багаж можна залишити під наглядом навіть після виселення, в холлі доступна безкоштовна кава. Готель є частиною мережі DayUse. Дякую.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Wir waren für einen Kurztrip (3 Nächte) hier. Die Lage zum Wien Hbf ist tip top und wenn man nicht viel erwartet, reicht das Hotel aus. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Bequeme Betten. Check In und Check Out via Self-Service.
Wir haben 2 Haare auf dem Bett gefunden bei unserer Ankunft. Das ist leider für den ersten Eindruck wirklich unerfreulich. Eine Zimmerreinigung gibt es erst ab 3 Nächten. Frische Tücher können aber problemlos bei der Reception bestellt werden.
