One of the best Resort that I have visited ever From the check in until the check out we received the best treatment ever. The breakfast was so delicious and the staff in all restaurants was very friendly and helpful. The room service was great too and very present for every detail. We have faced an issue with my wife’s phone and the resort was there with us until we did find it we really appreciate their help.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel has access to a semi-private beach. During Peak-seasons breakfasts hall can be very busy and longer wait for service. Wide selection for breakfast items. Friendly staff.

Only few beach facing rooms. Most rooms face either the inner or outer courtyards. During early aug 2026, low tide was in afternoons so sea was little far. Property has great sea water pools for this situation.

Everything..pools, beach access, exceptional breakfast and all staff were amazing. Hotel accommodated a late check out in view of our outgoing flight being delayed which was a life saver.

Not a negative, but because everything else was great, the only thing that would make it absolutely perfect would be a dedicated kids club. They do have kids activities - like a few timed activities per day. But no where specifically for kids to go play together.

The hotel is truly amazing. The staff are really friendly and always eager to help. The facilities of the hotel are great. So many pools, bars as well as beachfront to explore and enjoy. Our room was spacious, contemporary furnished, with a stylish and luxurious finish. Everyday the staff would provide impeccable service, even neatly arranging our charging cables. Attention to detail which is appreciated. The breakfast was probably the one with greatest variety of all the 5* hotels I have visited across the globe.

I would say the thing that could be a little better addressed is the seating during peak hour breakfast time. Although they had a solution of opening a la carte menu option in their beachfront restaurant, it still meant you were missing out on the exceptional breakfast in the main restaurant.

The Laguna is an exceptional luxury resort. I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, the stunning beachfront, the cleanliness, and the incredible attention to every detail. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Maha, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was at a very high standard. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

In un hotel a 5 stelle non è opportuno che l’occupazione abusiva dei lettini adiacenti la piscina e la spiaggia sia effettuata la mattina presto da parte degli ospiti che poi con tutta calma nel corso della mattinata ne prendono possesso!!! Bisogna che lo staff vigili su questo!!! Cena a buffet non all’altezza di un 5 stelle!!

My entire vacation experience in Bali was profoundly elevated and positively reframed due to the exceptional professionalism of Verina and Agil. Verina, in particular, operates on a tier of excellence that far surpasses leadership standards at other luxury hotels. Upon learning of my discomfort with the air quality in the executive suite, she took immediate, proactive command of the situation. Verina personally conducted a swift and thorough verification of the rooms, relentlessly chased solutions, and followed up with me at every step to ensure my needs were met. Thanks to her remarkable dedication, I was seamlessly provided an alternative option of a private villa, where the amenities were outstanding and the in-villa massage was absolute bliss.

To truly align the resort with the pinnacle of international five-star hospitality, there are a few areas that could be elevated. - Streamlining the check-in system would create a much sleeker first impression befitting a luxury arrival. - Additionally, addressing the ventilation in the corridors and executive suites is essential, as the current poor air quality and resulting damp odor feel unhealthy and detract from the overall comfort. - For a property aiming to attract premium travelers, particularly from the UAE where luxury standards exist on an entirely different level, upgrading these foundational touchpoints and revamping the accommodations will undoubtedly draw the high-yield tier of tourists who heavily contribute to Bali's tourism industry. Thanks to Verina’s swift efforts, my time ultimately transformed into the deeply restful, seamless getaway I was looking forward to, and I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding care.

I absolutely loved my stay at Laguna Hotel and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with flowers everywhere, lush gardens, and even free-roaming guinea fowls. It truly feels like there is a beautiful view at every turn. The different swimming pools around the resort are also gorgeous, and surprisingly, there were hardly any mosquitoes during our stay. I noticed insect repellent and pest-control measures throughout the property, which was a really thoughtful touch. What impressed me the most was the service. Everyone was genuinely warm, polite and proactive — from the reception and luggage staff to the breakfast team. We always felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast deserves a special mention. There was such a great variety of Asian food, fresh fruit and freshly made drinks. My favourite was the Green Machine (if I remember the name correctly!) — I ended up having two glasses almost every morning. The fresh fruit was delicious, and the chicken noodle soup was also one of my favourites. The breakfast staff were incredibly attentive, introducing the different dishes to us, helping with our chairs and making sure we were comfortable. It really gave us that “home away from home” feeling. The in-room dining was another pleasant surprise. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were generous, and multiple payment methods were available, which was very convenient. The beachfront was beautiful as well, and the staff even helped set up the beach beds for us. The location is also excellent and very convenient for getting to Bali Collection. We also tried the laundry and shoe-cleaning service, and the quality was excellent. Overall, I honestly loved this hotel so much. The service was even better than some of the much more expensive hotels I have stayed at in Jimbaran. I will definitely come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

literie top dans les chambres et la villa qui a une tres belle piscine privee . le service butler de la villa est reactif et apporte un confort indéniable (via whatsapp pour reserver le tennis, demander une voiturette, reserver une table, un massage, etc). L'hotel est decoré avec gout, le buffet bien garni. la multitude de piscines offre bcp d'options, et permet d'eviter l'effet plage de masse qu'ont des hotels comparables.

Peronnel adorable mais se trompe dans les commandes, bien verifier à chaque fois. ils sont tres souriants et veulent bien faire.

We loved having so many different pools, you can always find a spot to relax next to one of them. The resort is amazingly beautiful, we enjoyed the ocean view from our room ! The food was really good, there are plenty of options, both local and international. And the staff is so friendly, genuinely trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We definitely will come back !

Unfortunately booking it through www.booking.com I could not get the Marriott points I would get otherwise. This is sad. It seems like in the competition between booking and Marriott the one who pays the price is the customer himself

The staff and the breakfast was very good.

This hotel has been renovated, but its age is still quite noticeable. Unfortunately, the renovation feels more like a quick refurbishment than a thorough upgrade. The rooms have several small steps and changes in floor level, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe, especially when travelling with young children. The gym is very small, with limited space and only a basic selection of equipment. Another unpleasant issue was the strong smell of toilet air freshener, which was noticeable throughout much of the hotel. Overall, while efforts have clearly been made to modernize the property, the renovation does not fully disguise the age of the hotel, and several aspects could have been handled much better.

So much on site, the gorgeous pools, so many of them! The gardens are exquisite and very well maintained.

Our check in felt a bit underwhelming as rooms were not ready. We happily headed to lunch at the pool bar - lengthy wait, no apology and no drink whilst waiting. However the food was good when it arrived.

Администраторы спа салона, плохо говорят на Английском или делают вид, когда касается прайса за массаж ) Сам массаж нам очень понравился, но администратор нас 2 раза ввела в заблуждение по цене, убеждая нас, что это предложение по цене для двоих, а потом оказывалась после массажа, что цена за каждого.

Yataklarını sevmedik daha rahat konforlu yatak olabilirdi emin değilim ama yaylı yatak gibi geldi .Damak tadına uygun olmadığı için Yemeklerini sevemedik. Benzer ürünler Çeşitlilik çok daha fazla olabilirdi. Aslında lüks ama fiyat performans oteli değil

Otel çalışanlar ambiyans herşey çok güzeldi. Havuza açılan odada kaldık havuzun deniz suyu olmasını çok sevdik , otelin ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıdaki Taze meyva suları çok güzeldi .

Yemekler Asya yemekleri odaklıydı. Soslar ve baharatlar nedeniyle Türk damak tadına uygun yemek bulamadık. Açlığımızı gidermek için daha ziyade karbonhidrat ve tatlı ağırlıklı beslendik. Yarım pansiyon almaya gerek yokmuş .ok yakında çok güzel yemek yenecek kafeler vardı. Yataklarının rahatlığını hiç beğenmedim. Bu fiyat ve konsepttekş bir otelşn çok daha rahat visco tarzı yataklar koymasını beklerdim. Çıkış yapacağımız gün 9.50 de personelin ısrarla ara vermeden kapıyı çalması ve açtığımızda minibar kontrol edeceğim demesi bu lükslükteki bir otele hiç yakışmadı.

This is a truly beautiful property with incredibly friendly service. The whole resort is so well-planned, relaxing, and there are many pools and spots to unwind and enjoy. The food in the restaurants was delicious, especially the traditional Indonesian buffet at Banyubiru, and the pool service was also phenomenal. Everyone was just so helpful and kind, especially the wonderful ladies at the spa who allowed us to shower and refresh before our late night flight. The check in and check out process was seamless and quick as well. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and with a nice view from the balcony. We were upgraded, which we are very grateful for! The welcome treats were also so thoughtful. The service truly goes above and beyond!

The Laguna is a perfect destination for couples. The size of the rooms and pools are fabulous. I could not find a single fault. The food is top class and all the staff are so accommodating and friendly. I had mentioned to my wife how well run the resort was. Then we had the pleasure to talk to the manager Heri. He mixes with the patrons to get feedback. His inquisitive and positive attitude flows through the whole facility.

Our stay at The Laguna was one of those family holidays I'll never forget. We stayed in one of the private villas, and it honestly felt like having our own boutique resort within the resort. With a private pool, tropical garden, outdoor shower, spa area, and even a dedicated space for private massages, everything was designed to help you completely slow down and enjoy every moment. What impressed me most wasn't just the size of the villa, but how thoughtfully everything was maintained. The butler service was warm and genuinely helpful, calling a buggy whenever we needed one made getting around effortless, and every day there were small, thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for. Nothing felt overdone or forced—it simply felt like the team understood what guests needed before we even asked. Our family created memories here that we'll treasure for a very long time.

The hotel was lovely and all staff were so attentive. We used the sapphire bar daily and Rama was always so helpful and enjoyable to talk with.
