Location was perfect with spacious bedrooms

The environment. The western brunch buffet was excellent. Same establishment but the Asian cuisine restaurant was a bit disappointed. Toyo was great too. Everything else was excellent

Awesome property . Very courteous staff . They made sure we got eggless croissants and pancakes for breakfast on the day we were checking out as ordered the previous day .

A very relaxing and well kept hotel. We also got a room upgrade which was really nice. Strongly recommend the bottom level rooms connected to the pool.

The breakfast was a bit chaotic. Multiple times we were shown to our table when the table hadn't been cleared yet. The food was great but the service wasn't as good.

Strategic location by the beach. Staff very helpfull and more importantly they treated everyone in a nice same way.

The gardens were beautiful and the staff were super friendly. The swimming facilities were great.

Other than the staff at the reception, the rest of the staff are polite and helpful.

I had to wait for almost an hour just to check-in. Other than the long waiting time, some of the staff at the reception are not efficient at all. I almost missed my plane because of their inefficiency.

Location, facilities, food were all amazing

The resort is absolutely stunning with amazing restaurants, pool and swim up bar which was a highlight to celebrate our daughter’s 21st. Right on the beach and the walks up either end of Nusa Dua esplanade were so enjoyable. The staff are absolutely outstanding, so kind, friendly and helpful.

I spent two nights at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in a Luxury Room with direct pool access and had a truly outstanding stay. The room was beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and in excellent condition. The same can be said for the entire resort, which is beautifully designed and immaculately cared for. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety, quality, and freshness of the food were exceptional. I was also very impressed by the pool area. It is the largest pool complex I have ever enjoyed at a resort, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. I would especially like to recognize the friendliness, warmth, and professionalism of the entire staff. Every team member was attentive, helpful, and contributed to making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and highly recommend Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Terima kasih!

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with stunning gardens and a fantastic swimming pool. The beach is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay very enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the excellent service and the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a great resort for a relaxing holiday in Bali.

We absolutely loved staying in Nusa Dua at the Sofitel. The hotel and facilities are first class, the staff are kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much variety and is the best we have ever had. Loved the number of swimming pools and separate pool for children. The hotel is right on the beachfront and within a short walk to other restaurants.

The check in process for arrivals is extremely slow. It would be better to move the checkin time earlier to 2.00pm instead of 3.00pm and maybe have more staff on serving. Our bed mattress was too hard which made it difficult for us to have a comfortable night's sleep.

Beautiful pool. Enjoyed breakfast in the club lounge. Suite room was really comfortable. Staff were nice.

The staff’s cooperation and attitude. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and always available 24/7 whenever we needed any assistance. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay.

Honestly, I didn’t find anything important that I disliked. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and the overall experience was wonderful.

If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this is the right place.

Aesthetically beautiful. Gorgeous circular central building with open air views across reflection pool to the sea gives hotel an original feel. Exceptionally good service from staff and food is of the highest quality and consistency.

The beach and the gym staff - ends at that.

I thought I’d splurge for my last three nights in Bali and booked the Sofitel at approximately $600 per night on a half-board package. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what I would expect from a five star resort particularly at this price point. Day 1 I arrived at 2:30pm, half an hour before the 3pm checkin. I was told I could enjoy the facilities while waiting but that’s difficult when all your clothes, swimmers and belongings are locked in your luggage. My room was eventually ready at 4pm and only after I went to reception to follow up. I had also sent a message through the Sofitel messaging system but received no response. The gym was good although not quite as impressive as the photos suggest. The gym staff were actually some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I encountered during my entire stay. While I was in the gym reception called to check whether everything was okay. When I was explaining the situation they actually hung up while I was still speaking. Not exactly the level of service I expected. That evening I had dinner at Cucina. A few hours later I became extremely unwell, waking at 1am vomiting and again at 3am. I obviously cannot definitively say what caused it but becoming violently ill six hours after dinner certainly did not make for a great start to the stay. Day 2 Still feeling unwell I went to breakfast and could only manage some fruit and toast. Despite being in a five-star resort no one offered me coffee or tea. I went back to bed for most of the day and eventually went down to the beach in the afternoon. I managed to get a sun lounger but there was no shade available. I later ordered some food and then waited over an hour for it. During that time several guests who arrived after me had ordered, eaten and finished their meals before mine arrived. The staff were very apologetic which I appreciated but this simply isn’t good enough for a five-star resort.

The proficiency of the club management, could be more professional. I booked a Honey moon suite, the parquet floor was full of molds. The suite was dirty (hair all around, old furniture ...).

Lovely people. Lovely hotel. Buffers and restaurants were great.

Wish the rooms felt more 5 star and luxurious. The hallways lacked the feeling of being in a five star. We celebrated a milestone birthday and they set up a complimentary small / cake... it would have been nice to be offered a discounted spa treatment or something small as a token. The beach is not private and there were random people on the same beach and hawkers which I didnt like. They were even doing massages by the street sellers.

Overall it was a great stay, a beautiful resort, extremely enjoyable and wonderful staff, restaurants and location. It was very clean and the pool was great!

- the bathroom/shower floor was extremely slippery tiles, we had an incident on our first night and an injury because of this - had to request a non slip mat and the staff were helpful and apologetic but it impacted our stay. - sun beds - although there are policies everywhere that you cannot mind them we found the hotel didn’t police this and you would get to the pool and every sunbed would be taken with people’s things but no one would be swimming or around. This was super annoying

The gardens were beautiful, the property was like new. Everything was maintained to a very high standard.

Wow wow wow Amazing Amazing Amazing. This place is absolutely perfect. The service is absolutely exceptional. All the staff is exceptional. The welcoming was perfect. The check in was perfect. Then was taking to villa by golf car and our luggage was waiting there already. The food the accommodation was better than perfect. The villa was something out of a fairytale. Came twice a day to clean your room. Did our washing and the way we got it back was just mind blowing perfect. Got it back wrapped in beautiful paper in beautiful container. Looks like a gift. Would like to thank each and everyone working there for this amazing unforgettable experience and will definitely be back. The day before we left we got a beautiful note with gift and towels made up in person saying thank you. From beginning to end was absolutely perfect.
