Nice staff!

Sehr modern, komfortabel, sehr sauber, tolles Restaurant, sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Pool mit Ausblick und Bar an der auch gegrillt wird. Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal!

We enjoyed our stay very much because of the very friendly and helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and a wonderful rooftop pool bar. The location was very convenient for exploring the city but also pretty calm, because the hotel is on a side street.

Hemos viajado en familia, mi marido, nuestra hija de 21 meses y yo, y la estancia ha sido genial. El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran cómodas y el servicio de habitaciones ha sido muy bueno. Restaurantes cercanos. Es un hotel totalmente recomendable para viajar con niños y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante toda la estancia.

Im Poolbereich zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten und keine Sonnenschirme bzw. Liegen im Schatten.

Ottimo hotel in una bellissima zona piena di locali e servizi, le Petronas tower sono a 10 minuti a piedi oppure a cinque minuti di taxi, camera bella spaziosa, colazione e ristorante ottimi

Due piccole pecche sono che lo scolo della doccia del bagno faceva fatica a scaricare l’acqua e quindi appena uno di noi faceva la doccia, si allagava subito la doccia, altra pecca purtroppo la piscina un po’ piccolina e sovraffollata

La habitación amplia y con accesorios disponibles como secador, plancha y tabla de planchar. La piscina con bar en la última planta. Destaco la amabilidad del personal de la puerta de entrada, están siempre pendientes de tu llegada y con una sonrisa.

Le fait qu'il n'y ai rien pour faire seché les maillots, service et autres. Obliger de faire appel au service du pressing et payé.Pour un 5 étoiles c'est inadmisible. Le petit déjeuner toujours identique, pas de diversité, la chambre très mal nettoyé, moquette non aspiré, lavabo mal nettoyé, et la propreté des serviettes reste à désiré car comment on peut récuperer la serviette d'un précedent client qui était bien pliée mais ouvert sale, plein de poil de barbe dessus, des cheveux sur les serviette et draps, je ne comprends pas pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas acceptable. De plus le petit déjeuner à emporter en excursion tot le matin n'est pas terrible , pas de choix et le schandwich qu'on vous met est du fromage, creme et concombre comme si tout le monde aimait. Pas de croissant, brioche rien de cela , Au moins il y a des fruits .

Excellent in every way

The room was very clean, staff was attentive and helpful. I held my birthday dinner at Brasserie 25, Dashni, Borhan, Kasturi and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure that all my guests were well looked after. The food served was also excellent. The staff also surprised me with balloons and a cake when I checked into my room.

The staff were absolutely superb and were so helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we were even given a packed breakfast to take with us to the airport as we had an early flight.

The fact that we couldn't use the swimming pool in the evening. We would arrive back after a busy hot day and a swim with a view over the city would have been a perfect end to the day.

Great location - fantastic places to eat on surrounding streets. Close to a mall and trains. Walking distance to KLCC and Central Market.

Struttura in linea con gli standard del Marriott. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivate prima dell’orario di check in e abbiamo pagato l’equivalente di 50€ per l’early check in. Avevamo la colazione inclusa ma non potevamo sfruttarla perché avevamo tour da fare presto la mattina, quindi abbiamo chiesto al personale di prepararcela un giorno alle 4 del mattino e l’altro alle 5 del mattino e ci hanno accontentato preparandoci dei sandwich con dei croissant e yogurt e caffè/succo a scelta. Il servizio di lavanderia è a pezzo.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend wo es tolle kleinere Restaurants, Bars & Boutiquen gibt. Ein ganz tolles aufstrebendes Virtel. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Die Rooftop Bar am Abend war toll, toller Ausblick auf die Stadt & die Drinks waren gut.

Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Gegen frühen Abend checkten wir ein, unser Zimmer war nicht für drei Personen vorbereitet. Das Frühstück war okay & am Pool gibt es definitiv zu wenig Liegen. Wir buchten 5* weil wir die Reise mit etwas tollem abschließen wollten, war es leider nicht.

Super accogliente, colazione ottima, stanza pulita e spaziosa, letto comodo e doccia spettacolare, piscina rooftop bella e palestra anche ben attrezzata. Dalle foto con quanto avevo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa che non andasse invece tutto ben oltre le aspettative. Tanto di cappello

The location is great, staff was extremely helpful. The hotel itself also looks amazing, loved the beds and the rooftop pool as well.

The breakfast options could be a bit wider.

I loved the pool. It’s long enough to swim laps in and when it opens there is no one there. The gym is also fantastic. The hotel room was lovely and clean.

The staff is pretty rude. Any time I asked them a question they made it feel like I was a huge inconvenience to them. It wasn’t just one front desk member either. All of them had that attitude. That changed the vibe of the hotel.

Tutto, hotel davvero ottimo. Pulito, stanza grande, staff gentile, ci sono tutti i comfort che uno può desiderare.

Verstehe nicht ganz warum die Zimmerfenster alle so vermauert wurden - man hätte so st eine schöne Aussicht...

Hotel elegante e molto pulito, colazione ottima e staff gentilissimo! Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città a piedi.

Aria condizionata troppo forte con sbalzi di temperatura elevati, come d’altronde un po ovunque, ma qui un po eccessivo…. sono rimasto deluso della gestione della piscina, bambini che si tuffano e pochi lettini, poca tranquillità, cosa che mi aspettavo da un 5 stelle lusso by Marriot. Skyline dal rooftop non dei migliori, dato che sotto la struttura c’è un cantiere con gru annesse (Agosto 2026), si vede solo la KL Tower e le punte delle torri gemelle, simpatico ma non il miglior rooftop della città.

Bellissimo hotel a Kuala Lumpur, ottima zona. Buona colazione e camera bellissima e pulita. Bella anche la piscina, ottima per rilassarsi poiché non molto affollata.

Inizialmente la stanza non era pronta nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 17:00, poi però lo staff si è attivato e subito ha risolto il problema, bravi!

Nøglerne virkede pludselig ikke og vi måtte få dem fikset i receptionen. Lidt for dyrt i forhold til hvad vi fik.

La camera e la struttura molto belle

Al nostro arrivo alle 15:20 la camera non era ancora pronta e ci è stato detto di aspettare altri 40 minuti, poi a seguito delle nostre rimostranze sono diventati 15. La colazione dolce è imbarazzante, non offrono letteralmente quasi nulla: solo 2 tipi di cereali al miele, cornetti vuoti e pancake e neanche una crema alla nocciola da poterci mettere sopra ma solo 4 marmellate e neanche dei gusti più comuni. La piscina è dotata di soli 10 lettini per tutti gli ospiti quindi è impossibile goderne. Fondamentale non ha niente a che fare con un 5 stelle.

Splendido hotel vicino al centro di Kuala Lumpur , in un grattacielo moderno con una splendida piscina a sfioro e vista sui grattacieli circostanti , le Petronas Towers e la Menara Tower, dove gustare ottimi drink e un panorama meraviglioso Camera ampia, letto confortevolissimo, personale gentilissimo Ottima e abbondante colazione con ogni tipo di cibo , dall’orientale all’europeo , dolce e salato Nei dintorni dell’hotel ci sono numerosi ristorantini per cenare la sera dove si mangia benissimo, senza essere nel caos del centro

Bellissima la hall e le camere, tutto curato: c’era il personale pronto a prenderti le valigie, comodi ascensori, un bel buffet per colazione, la palestra e soprattutto la piscina.

L’unico appunto che gli si può fare è che i lettini in piscina erano limitati e spesso già tutti occupati.

Lekker hotel, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Leuk zwembad en prima gym.

De nachtclub in de straat maakt veel lawaai.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel was sich als 5-Sterne Hotel sieht sehr happig. Die Auswahl ist bescheiden, es wird nur langsam wieder nachgefüllt, die Tische werden spät oder gar nicht abgeräumt und die kalten Speisen stehen in einem Kühlschrank aus den man sich bedienen muss. Bis auf das Personal in der Lobby waren alle anderen eher schläfrig und wenig zuvorkommend. Das Wlan ist wie schon von anderen bewertet eher sehr schlecht.

Todo estupendo, atención, limpieza, ubicación y unas maravillosas vistas desde su terraza, sobre todo de noche son tan bellas que no parecen reales....

Se escuchan los ruidos de los alrededores del exterior. Es una pena que las vistas de gran parte de la ventana estén cubiertas por una celosía de ladrillo.

Heel mooi zwembad met uitzicht over KL. Zeer ruime kamer en badkamer. Flessen gedestilleerd water op de kamer. Prima ontbijt. Goede ligging in KL. Verschillende metrostations in de buurt en te voet ben je ook zo in Chinatown of bij de Petronas Twin Towers.

Bij het zwembad zijn maar een paar ligbedden. Deze staan in de volle zon. Geen enkele schaduw. Voor schaduw moet je in het bargedeelte gaan zitten (waar je overigens niet verplicht iets hoeft te drinken).

La piscine ferme trop tôt

I liked the room, I liked the location a lot, and the breakfast room was also large and spacious.

Breakfast ran out of options a lot and didn’t seem well managed. The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable considering this was a Marriot.

Personnel de la réception formidable ainsi que les hommes de ménage.

Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à échanger un petit mot agréable. Cet hôtel réunit tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour dans la capitale malaisienne. La chambre est confortable et la magnifique piscine, qui surplombe les toits de la ville, offre un cadre exceptionnel pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est très varié : chacun y trouvera forcément son bonheur. Nous avons choisi de le savourer sur la petite terrasse. Certes, il y fait chaud, mais cela n'a en rien gâché ce moment, qui s'est révélé particulièrement agréable.

I could hear other hotel guests passing by. The rooms didn’t seem that soundproof. Drinks on the balcony were expensive compared to bar prices.

The hotel was in a great location nearby to Bukit Bintan and the others attraction in Kuala Lumpur The staff of the hotel is especially outstanding team members like Lumbi and Naveed were class above the rest in terms of customer service.

There’s nothing that I do not like about the property. Only one thing that could do better is the variety of breakfast items that is being offered. I have been to other equal stars hotel that provides a more comprehensive Malaysian breakfast and I think this is a point that the hotel can improve and do better

Sabiendo que solo iba a estar un día, que no tuvieran una habitación lista para mi llegada y poder ducharme después de un largo viaje. Avisé previamente.

Wonderful hotel, my room was spacious, the bed was really really comfortable, the shower was amazing. Room included towels, robe, iron, slippers, towels On the rooftop is a small swimming pool and a great bar. I had a drink up there and you can also order food. The view from there was superb. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and coffee house options. There is a metro station just a few minutes walking from the hotel. Room was cleaned once a day and in the afternoon a second round of check-in was run. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. My stay was wonderful, will definitely come back.

It was not explained that the mini bar was hidden behind a mirror so thought that I had to pay for water. Instead water and coffee are free.

Check-in staff were friendly and courteous to our needs. Following being unhappy with initial room which had an awful smell and small, was provided alternative room which was larger with a better view. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very courteous and helpful. The security/door staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Gym was adequate and good air conditioning.

Initial room was small, had a mouldy smell and needed refreshing and a bit tired looking. Views from window looked straight into another building. Some of the breakfast items were almost cold when should be served hot. Limited main options if you don't eat meat - no fish or seafood! Pool area small could only accommodate 10 loungers, which is inadequate for size of hotel/no. of guests, so many guests unable to enjoy pool area. Overall would not classify as 5*

Wij vinden het fijn om te lopen richting plekken. Het hotel ligt best geïsoleerd van het centrum. Je moet langs een aantal grote wegen lopen voordat je er bent. Niet heel gezellig.

This is a really nice high end hotel. Everything was clean and spacious. Plus the rooftop pool and the view we're amazing. The breakfast is good & fresh. There are lots of good restaurants around it & it is handy for transport.

It would have been nice to have a place to spend time in the heat of the day other than by the pool.

Mention spéciale pour l’homme de ménage ANOWAR qui s’est occupé du ménage de notre chambre - impeccable et toujours de bonne humeur quand nous le croisions. Le petit déjeuné est tout à fait correct.

Room was clean, staff was polite, attentive and very accommodating.

There was no view at all. Window was obstructed by the semi-solid brick wall (actual design of the hotel). Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. Very limited storage/hanging space for the belongings. Leaky shower.

Le personnel était top Les toilette commune était sales dommage pour ce type d hôtel. Nous avions était surclasser par booking et a notre arrivée il nous on mis dans une deluxe au lieu d une exécutive. Dommage que booking ne tienne pas ces engagement . J avais demander une entité attention dans la chambre et rien n a était fait . Je ne retournerai pas dans cette hôtel à ma prochaine juste a KL

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette, freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Personal, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut. Auch das Housekeeping war top: Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und gepflegt. Die Bodylotion und das Shampoo waren qualitativ wirklich sehr gut und haben einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Außerdem gab es jederzeit genügend Handtücher und Wasser, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend Restaurants, Metro, Malls sind schnell und bequem erreichbar. Der Poolbereich war sehr einladend und perfekt zum Entspannen.

Die Frühstücksauswahl könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher und größer sein. Außerdem wären Sonnenschirme am Pool wünschenswert, damit man auch mehr Schattenmöglichkeiten hat.

Hotel was comfortable and quiet (for a good nights sleep). Gym was good and the roof top pool next to the bar was a fun additional facility to use after a busy day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
