1- لا أنصح العرب بهذا الفندق. شعرنا بوضوح باختلاف في المعاملة مقارنةً ببعض الضيوف من شرق آسيا، حتى في توزيع الغرف؛ حيث حصلوا على طوابق وإطلالات أفضل، بينما حصلنا على طوابق أقل وإطلالات أسوأ. 2- طاقم الفندق غير متعاون، والتعامل كان سيئًا وعصبيًا، وتشعر وكأن عليك اكتشاف كل شيء بنفسك دون أي مساعدة. 3- نظافة الغرف سيئة جدًا، وغالبًا يكتفون بترتيب الغرفة دون تنظيف حقيقي. طلبنا مستلزمات إضافية أكثر من مرة، ولكن للأسف لم نجد أي تعاون. 4- المسبح مزدحم جدًا لدرجة يصعب فيها السباحة، كما أن مياه المسبح كانت غير نظيفة.

Excellent hotel! Great location, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect with a great variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Apartment was very spacious. 51st floor pool is epic.

Dealing with staff feels like a bureaucracy. Little focus on service. We took a family apartment. The washing machine was broken. The doors and walls had stains from wear. The windows were super dirty. The kitchen had no plates and cutelary for only two people. We ordered room service, which came in a plastic boxes, without napkins. The room was bare. Essentially like in the photos, but with most of the decorations removed. In the fitness space many machines were broken. It’s listed as 5 stars, but far from that designation. It feels management does not have much love for the place. Mainly a huge high traffic hotel.

Gostei imenso do tamanho do quarto e das comodidades do mesmo. A piscina tinha uma vista fabulosa e o pequeno almoço além de variado, tinha imensa qualidade. Fizeram cheek in duas horas antes por cortesia.

Apenas o facto da zona da piscina ser pouco espaçosa e ter poucas cadeiras. O elevador demorava imenso a chegar e estava muitas vezes em manutenção. Não dão toalhas de piscina.

Las esperas para la hora del desayuno, el comedor es pequeño y se forman colas de 10-15min de espera para que te den una mesa. Hemos estado 4 días y hemos esperado los 4. El aire acondicionado suena muy fuerte. El agua caliente salía con muy poca presión

Non mi è piaciuto nulla è stata una terribile esperienza. Se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza state lontano da questo albergo per carità!!

Posso renderla molto dura e senza attenuare nulla. Eviterei però di trasformare la nazionalità degli ospiti in un motivo di critica o di scrivere “se siete europei o americani evitatelo”: indebolirebbe anche la credibilità della recensione. Possiamo invece descrivere esattamente il problema reale: sovraffollamento, gruppi numerosissimi, caos, rumore, scarsa igiene e gestione insufficiente. Esperienza pessima. Albergo sovraffollato, sporco e assolutamente non all’altezza delle aspettative. Sconsigliato vivamente. Parto dalla camera, che presentava diversi problemi già dal nostro arrivo. Il rubinetto perdeva acqua, mancavano gli asciugamani separati per viso e bidet e ci è stato fornito praticamente un unico tipo di telo da utilizzare indistintamente per doccia, viso e bidet, cosa che considero inaccettabile per una struttura di questo tipo. All’interno della camera era presente un fortissimo cattivo odore, simile a puzza di fogna, accompagnato da odore di umidità. La moquette era sporca e dava complessivamente una sensazione di scarsa igiene. Il condizionatore era vecchio e non funzionava adeguatamente. A questo si aggiungeva il rumore assordante della ventola del bagno, percepibile continuamente all’interno della stanza. Le camere sono inoltre praticamente prive di insonorizzazione: si sentono moltissimi rumori provenienti dall’esterno e dalle zone comuni. Anche il ricambio dell’aria è pessimo. La sensazione all’interno della stanza era quella di un ambiente chiuso, pesante e poco ventilato, tanto che in alcuni momenti sembrava quasi di soffocare. Ma la parte peggiore dell’esperienza è stata senza dubbio la piscina. Una struttura con questo numero di ospiti dovrebbe avere spazi e servizi proporzionati alla propria capacità. Qui invece i posti a sedere e i lettini erano completamente insufficienti.

I really loved the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. I also really enjoyed the sky deck, especially the amazing views of KLCC, KL Tower, and Merdeka 118 Precinct. It was definitely one of my favourite parts of the stay!

The property is very good. the water pressure of the room was superb. Flush is good. sink has dual temperature which is good. towel is good. everything is good.

Le rooftop est beau avec une belle vue sur la ville , la grande suite était immense , belle et propre !

En revanche l’hôtel est tellement grand que ça fait usine , il faut 15 min pour trouver une table au petit déjeuner , personne ne vient débarrasser tellement il y a de monde , le personnel n’est pas assez nombreux ce n’est même pas de leur faute. Le buffet est dévalisé en 2 secondes tout est vide. Concernant l’ascenseur il faut en laisser 4 avant de pouvoir rentrer dans un tellement il y a de monde dedans on dirait le métro à l’heure de pointe ..

Troppo caotica

Todo el mérito se lo lleva la piscina infinita, tan solo por eso ya merece la pena. También a destacar la limpieza.

Tan solo 4 ascensores para todo el hotel es muy deficiente, en horas puntas puedes tardar en subir o bajar más de 10-15 minutos, sin exagerar. Creo que ha sido el principal problema.

La habitación era muy amplia, y la cama muy comoda.. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Las vistas desde la habitación a la ciudad desde planta 30. Las instalaciones modernas. Las vistas desde la piscina en la azotea a la ciudad y a las Petronas.

Solicitamos dos tarjetas para la habitación y nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad, teniendo en cuenta que es necesaria para utilizar las instalaciones y el ascensor lo veo imprescindible. La piscina de la azotea quisimos usarla por la tarde y estaba llena de gente muy ruidosa y el agua no se veía limpia.

viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool, daher wirkte der Bereich sehr überfüllt mein Zimmer war sehr laut, da es direkt neben dem Aufzug und einem Raum mit Pumpen gelegen war. Außerdem hat man alle Geräusche vom Gang auch im Zimmer gehört.

Antipatia dos funcionários, particularmente com a indelicadeza do segurança de piscina. Falar com pessoas exige competência, usar um apito aos ouvidos para comunicar é irreal e com falta de educação. Não houve serviço de limpeza de quarto. Sem toalhas para todos no quarto. Muito barulhento e confuso.. Sem capacidade de resposta para o número de hóspedes. Para utilizar o elevador, temos que aguardar 10 min, chega sempre cheio ou não pára. A televisão também não funcionava. A piscina funciona ate as 22h em teoria, mas as 21:40 começa a confusão para sair do piso da piscina. Toalhas para a piscina só há de manhã.

The room is spacious and worth the price. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was okay.

The swimming pool is not for swimming, for sure. Only if you wanna take pictures with a nice view. It was not very clean too. It takes forever to get on the elevator, and the hotel was pretty crowded.

Onbeschoft personeel , de eerste 5 sterrenhotel in me’n leven die ik binnenkom dat ze je niet helpen met je valiezen , ze spreken geen woord engels , ik had extra betaald voor een suite met uitzicht maar toen in toekwam was dit niet meer mogelijk en toen ik een refund vroeg was dit ook niet mogelijk dus eigelijk betaald voor een kamer die ik niet gekregen heb , het zwembad boven zitten er zoveel indiers dat het water currysaus geworden was , en dan gezwegen over de liften die je soms 15 minuten op moest wachten en daarnaast kwam ik s’nachts terug naar me’n hotel en probeerde 2 jongens me af te persen voor geld en 2 security guards die 24/7 op hun fluit staan te blazen zagen dit gebeuren en hebben er niks aan gedaan , lang verhaal kort , buiten de design van de kamers is dit maximum een 3*** hotel

Максимально дружелюбные сотрудники на стойке регистрации. Помогли, всё рассказали и полноценно сопроводили. Апартаменты большие и комфортные. Бассейн на крыше с прекрасным видом и удобствами. Если нужно остановиться на непродолжительный срок - это отличный вариант

За 1 ночь проживания, никаких проблем не найдено. В следующий раз думаю остановиться тут же

We were surprised that only one hand/face towel was provided for two guests (maybe common in Malaysia?!). The pool loungers were quite dirty.

Let me be upfront: if you’re here to film your morning pool routine with the Petronas Towers as a backdrop, you’ll love The Face Style. If you’re just a regular traveller, it’s still a solid choice — just go in with eyes open. The pool is genuinely spectacular. The infinity views over KL are as good as the photos suggest. The problem? Everyone else knows this too. At any given moment, half the pool deck is occupied by someone filming themselves rather than actually swimming. It’s less a place to relax and more a live TikTok set. Get there before 8am and it’s a completely different, magical experience. Room finishes are better than the price point suggests — good quality, clean and modern. Genuinely impressive value for money in one of KL’s most central locations. One operational gripe — the lifts. The warnings online are completely accurate. With a hotel full of influencers heading poolward at peak hours, the wait can feel endless. The verdict: stunning pool, comfortable rooms, great value and location. Just don’t expect a tranquil retreat. 😂

The staff were friendly and the location is good

It was really grubby. The pool area doesn’t feel clean and the loungers are filthy, you don’t get pool towels only the ones from your room. The lift takes ages. The rooms are not clean, filthy carpets covered in stains and cockroaches seen multiple times
