Arum Restaurant was not great. Servings were tiny and the flavours weren’t great. Tokimeko restaurant was nice, but again the servings were tiny!

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Overall an incredible experience of luxury and relaxation. The staff make this hotel that much more special. Perhaps a combination of the natural hospitality and kindness of the Balinese along with the standards of the hotel itself. From the moment we arrived untill the moment we left, we felt comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. We upgraded the Adult only section which did not disappoint. The Reserve and adult only pool area is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your holiday. We only stayed for a weekend so couldn't make use of the array of excursions and activities on offer, however it seemed very comprehensive. Food - WOW! Great food especially considering an all inclusive offering, good service and a lot of options for those picky eaters out there! Staff very flexible and always served with warmth and a smile. The room! - We stayed in the Master suite which provided us with a very large living area and bedroom. With 2 huge TVs a very well stocked mini bar and 2 great bathrooms. The shower was also very good, pressure and temperature were always up to standard. A nice long balcony also provided but the views were nothing to note although it was facing away from the main hotel areas so a great place if you want a private area to relax. Final shout out to the sunglasses cleaning provided whilst resting at the pool! A lovely touch and great service!
If I had to mention something it would only be the SPA: having been lucky enough to visit multiple spas during our trip in Indonesia it was underwhelming and some facilities were out of order. This is not to say anything about the specific services as we didn't try any of those and I can imagine they are very good. The hot pool had a rather bad smell which we reported to the staff, unusual given everywhere else in the hotel smelled incredible.

The bed was a bit hard, and we woke stiff each morning. We got you to send us another mattress topper which helped. The pillows were lumpy and terrible and not 5 star quality. Please invest in good bedding / especially pillows for comfort as this was the biggest let down of our stay.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The property itself is absolutely stunning! The gardens are beautiful and the facilities are fantastic, especially the pool area, kids’ splash park and kids’ club activities. There are huge open spaces throughout the resort. Lots of lounge chairs/cabanas - we never couldn’t find a seat! The staff were also a real highlight — everyone we came across was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were travelling as a family with three young children and really appreciated how lovely the staff were with the kids.
There were a few things that could be improved, particularly for families. We booked two rooms for our family of five and contacted the resort several times before arrival to request connecting rooms. Unfortunately, we were given two rooms next door to each other instead. This meant constantly having to exit one room and walk around to the other, which wasn’t ideal with three young children. Connecting rooms would have made a huge difference for us. The bathroom shower was probably our biggest concern. There is no shower screen, so the entire bathroom floor gets very wet, including around the toilet and toilet paper, and I found it quite slippery and almost slipped several times. The shower head also has to be held as there isn’t a movable holder, and the positioning wasn’t particularly comfortable if you’re taller. A shower screen and adjustable shower holder would make a big improvement. We also found a few of the room settings a little unusual. The TV automatically turns on whenever someone enters the room and resets to quite a loud volume, which became a little annoying — especially with sleeping children! The air conditioning also resets to 23°C whenever you leave the room and again during the night, so it would be great if guests could control their preferred temperature. The automatic lights were another feature we found a little unusual. For families, we also found the restaurant menus could have had a few more kid-friendly options. Poolside menu needs more variety. This was actually one of the reasons we chose not to go with the all-inclusive option. That said, we really enjoyed being able to leave the resort and explore the restaurants along the beach and at Bali Collection, so it wasn’t a major issue for us plus we saved money doing it this way. Poolside drinks could take a little while to arrive, but we were on holiday and certainly weren’t in a hurry!

The rooms were smaller compared to other places in the island, and did not have a playroom for toddlers considering it is an all inclusive resort

Even though recently refurbed the room we were in still a bit dated and mouldy. A/C issues in our room which we repeatedly asked to fix during our 1 week stay, but was still sweltering over night.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Everything about the resort was first class. The facilities were excellent, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Despite the resort's size, it never felt crowded. It maintained a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay, making it the perfect place to unwind.
First world problem - Air conditioner very loud and annoying at night time when trying to sleep

The price for meals and drinks were more expensive than other resorts we have stayed at in the area. Not a good system for monitoring Cabanas. If staying without children it can be quite overwhelming, but great if you have kids.

All inclusive is worth it as the food and drinks are incredible! So many restaurants to choose from and restaurant by the water park area is very family friendly.

Our bathroom did not have a shower head. It was so difficult to take a shower in a bathtub with no shower head. Water was spilling everywhere and the whole bathroom floor was covered with water. Bathroom area was so small and inconvenient. You would expect much more with the amount of money you pay for a premium room. Restaurants were average or even in some cases below average. Like the middle eastern restaurant Samira’s food was awful. We ordered Beef Tagine, Koofta and a few more and were really disappointed. I couldn’t even eat more than two or three bites. Food was really expensive as well. Like more than 500000 rupiah for something like that.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Paradise for kids! The kids pool area is simply amazing! My daughter spent hours and hours enjoying all the slides! Sasmitha at the restaurant near the kids pool is so great, she remembered our names every time we came to the area.

Heel veel kinderen, mag niet zomaar naar reserved gedeelte of daar eten dat was raar, restaurants zijn duur, zwembad heeft zand op de bodem wat niet wordt opgeruimd, Airco heeft het 3 dagen niet echt gedaan ondanks dat ze het kwamen fixen.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The welcome was lovely and the reserve section was very quiet. Staff where very attentive and a very luxurious feel.
The WhatsApp used if you were wanting to book additional items like the spa etc responses were great when asking for other items such as late check out of llr of the luggage could be collected, no response even though the messages have been read. Food that has been eaten the previous evening for room service in a different room was still outside when we were checking out 24hrs later

Reviewed May 28, 2026Die neu renovierte Anlage ist wirklich schön. Gerade die Gartenanlage und der Poolbereich. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.
Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war das winzige Bad. Auf der Toilette hatte mein Mann und selbst ich so unsere Schwierigkeiten nicht andauernd überall anzuecken. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, war der Boden nicht sauber, was sich aber am nächsten Tag änderte. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschcmack sehr hart und wir hätten uns 2 unterschiedliche Kissen zur Wahl gewünscht. Auch fehlten die Bademäntel, was bei dieser Kategorie doch ungewöhnlich ist. Baden gehen ist nur am frühen Morgen möglich, was wir aber vorher wußten. Die Preise in den eigenen Restaurants sind recht hoch, aber für die Kategorie und die Lage nicht ungewöhnlich.

The vanity and bathroom area are too small and cramped. Not female friendly. Sorry to say. We had the entry level room however the bathroom area could do with extra room. Bed was very comfortable and good quality.Coffe machine and pods A Class. View across the grounds superb.
