Location was great, good value for money
I have to travel to Maidstone for work and it's a hateful journey (M6, M40, M25 and so on) and as far as I can deduce an awful place to visit. Its only redeeming feature is this hotel which has a nice approach from the outside and it's set within pleasant grounds due to it being a golf course. The amenities are excellent and I make full use of the gym, sauna and swimming pool. All the staff are pleasant and the restaurant is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes which are all enjoyable. I stayed during the recent heatwave and thankfully the room had aircon and the bar was serving ice cold drinks.
Unlike other trips my room overlooked the front car park which was disappointing.
We asked for adjoining rooms and they followed through
No family rooms
I enjoy my stay
I was very upset regarding my who was getting Married to find there was no booking for herself and husband. A lot of mix up at the reception. Then then the hotel found their reservation after so many hours wondering. It was very stressful for the family
Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Good location. Good breakfast and bar area.
Function room in use next to rooms which was very noisy in the early evening. Very noisey people at night in rooms and corridors.
Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, gym and pool a bonus.
Surroundings and facilities
Cooked breakfast wasnt the greatest lots of stuff running out cups was not clean and cleaners do not hand in all lost property as i left a pair of expensive ear buds in my room after checking out and apparently no one can find them

Gym was great.Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning team were friendly.
Shower was not the best.
Location and outlook
Ligging, parkeerplaats, interieur restaurant en bar waren allen erg goed.
Badkamers zijn wat gedateerd.
Beautiful grounds , beds very comfortable , bathroom spotless
We could not check in before the wedding we were attending. Had to change in gym changing rooms , it was like a sauna
Sehr gutes Frühstück, kostenloser Parkplatz und Auflademöglichkeit für E-Auto
Die beschriebenen Bars und Pools waren nicht zu finden, Aussenbereiche und Terrassen nicht wie auf den Fotos
Breakfast was excellent; food in general was very good. Loved the leisure facilities; the pool is a very good size . Loved the position of the room, as I had a seating area outside, which was lovely to have Liked the extra bar facilities with the Zest bar
The steam room was not steamy at all The Zest bar was not well advertised, we did not know it existed, until we saw that the hotel bar was not open in the day
basic and unintetesting. tasteless and no fresh fruit available. free 1 day breakfast voucher and 2 drinks - room not ready
room dimly lit not enough power sockets cold reception,no ambience hot tub not working dark, cold and bland restaurant. my room was not ready. cannot delete wrong photo

Location was great
This shouldn’t be called a spa hotel. It is a hotel with a pool. Steam room didn’t work. Had to step over Barbie dolls and other toys to get to the pool. Had to scoop used plasters out of the pool. Dinner was over priced for mediocre at best food that you could find in any local pub cheaper.
Rooms were great, aircon during the hotter part of the summer was ideal. Pool was lovely, golf course was decent, gym looked really nice!
The place was a bit of a maze The staff weren't very interested in helping us get sorted It was actually very expensive for what it is
Room was lovely, pool was good for the kids.
Have to have a car to get about to and from the area.
Very relaxing. Lovely rooms, great facilities. Nice ambiance
Nothing other than the music coming from the wedding was a bit disturbing.
Good sized room, served at the bar quickly and efficiently by a friendly face
At £16 per day the breakfast was very expensive. I couldn’t eat £16 worth of food!
We ordered for our breakfast to be delivered in our bedroom. It was excellent, well cooked and served
The massage should be always available when needed
Size if room, sheets, daily servicing.
I expected more facilities eg room bar fridge, less chlorine in the pool, free coffee and tea in reception.
Good hotel
Swimming
Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent gym, pool & sauna (for a hotel). Breakfast was good with matching service.
Nothing springs to mind.
Staff were all excellent. Room service was quick and good quality foods.
No fridge in room and is started everywhere that the hotel offers 24 hour room service but on the app we were told it wasn't available after 11pm???
Room very good. Breakfast - food very good as was dinner
The staff in the dining room were not very professional
Stunning venue, clean and all staff welcoming and friendly.
Our TV wasn’t working. Had maintenance issues and couldn’t connect to the WIFI, so we couldn’t even mirror/ stream from our phones to the TV.
Lovely quiet old school venue!
My room was in a sub level and there was an odour, damp, like the room hadn’t been used for a while. Bathroom dated - the shower in the bath is a bit yesterday - bath needs to go and be replaced by high pressure large head walk in shower.
The location is ideal if you are planning to use the Shuttle to France. It is airy and bright and clean.
Nothing to report
Good location, comfortable room, nice bars/restaurants.
Breakfast, food and staff very good
Ridiculous deposit of £350 on card for buggy. Never come across this in any other venue in UK. Buggies poor standard also for such a high security
Everything
The property was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were immaculate, the hotel was very clean, the staff went above and beyond for any additional amenities required. The pool was clean and warm. The facilities in the room were of great convenience and thoughtful. The food served in the restaurant was exceptional, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten along with the squid. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is nothing I could fault at this hotel, highly recommended.
The location is only a short drive to the Channel Tunnel terminal so an ideal stop over.
Nothing to dislike
Loved this stay. We’d booked down the road instead but had to check out due to it being awful. We booked this hotel at about 8pm that night and everything was relaxing and peaceful from the moment we parked up. Welcoming staff, very clean, smelt great, rooms were cosy and comfortable, food for dinner was delicious!! Would recommend. Great location for the Tunnel too which is what we were doing.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Etwas Hellhörig, wenig schallisolierte Zimmer.

I stayed for 5 days in August and unfortunately this visit was very disappointing compared to my previous stay. There was no outdoor area available to sit, eat or have a drink, despite the beautiful summer weather. The outside golf bar was never open, which was a real shame. We went for breakfast in the indoor golf bar and before we even ordered, the electricity went out. Although it came back on after about 10 minutes, we were then told the computer system takes an hour to restart, meaning they could only accept cash. Like most people these days, we didn’t have cash with us, so we had to leave without breakfast. The TV in our room didn’t work when we arrived. An engineer came to fix it, but it broke again every single day, so we had to keep asking for assistance throughout our stay. I have stayed here once before and it was fine, but this time the experience was really poor. It’s disappointing because I visit this area 4–5 times a year to see family, but based on this stay I would probably not return.
Goede ligging om Kent te bezoeken. Zeer rustig.

Nice location
Shower was broken , not the first time we have have issues with our stays Quality or the rooms and there fittings are lacking maintenance and attention to detail
Beautiful reception, helpful staff. Bedroom clean and well presented. The gym was great. I needed to walk on a treadmill every morning due to my spinal injury. There was alway a treadmill not in use. Pool side was great. The spa treatment was relaxing.
I didn’t know there were steps to climb to our room. As I have to use crutches. But I managed it as there were only 4 steps. I think it worried my husband and daughter more than me. He
The breakfast and the location was very good
The safe in the room did not work and there was no fridge in the room
It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with pleasant staff.
Our booking said meals would be £30 per person but the restaurant didn't seem to know anything about this deal. They advised us to email the hotel reception. We decided not to do this as didn't want to create a fuss and cause any embarrassment.
location was good for us
breakfast was disappointing, not enough choices for a hotel of this level. Also poor selection of rolls/bread our room smelt of smoke
Welcoming and clean
Lack of signage to areas eg zest bar, grill restaurant
Friends staff, we'll equipped room, good parking and location for visiting Maidstone
Lunch expensive and a bit limited.
Golf break overnight.nice golf course. Good meal in the evening and excellent breakfast in the morning, staff friendly and helpful.
ruhige Lage
A real mixed bag at the Tudor. The good: great selection at breakfast and very nice staff there (shout out to friendly Shirley), large bedroom, good food. Housekeepers very friendly and the place was very clean. Check in and check out were both fast. The bad: hotel is looking dated in places especially the bathroom. Service was so hit and miss. We couldn't find a single soul to serve us food or drinks in the lounge/bar areas. Eventually walked to the outdoor bar by the golf club and the food there took ages to arrive - at least 45minutes just for sandwiches. When they did come they were tasty though. In terms of atmosphere there isn't much. It feels quite dated but also corporate. I also personally hated that as soon as you walk in there are loads of pop-up signs for thrifting and valuing your jewelry. It totally cheapens the hotel as soon as you walk in and isn't a good first impression. Would I choose to stay here again? No. It was pretty average overall.
Great location, lovely and clean, food excellent, and staff very friendly and helpful!
Nothing!
I stayed at Tudor Park overnight and wanted to share an experience that genuinely reminded me what hospitality is all about. After an early night (I was asleep by 7pm after a long day!), I headed down for breakfast the following morning. The breakfast itself was good, but what really made my stay memorable was Shirley, who was hosting the restaurant. From the moment I arrived, her welcome was warm, genuine and effortless. Throughout breakfast I watched her interact with guests, and it was clear she wasn’t just doing a job—she genuinely cared about people’s experience. One moment particularly stood out. A couple sitting next to me mentioned they weren’t keen on the coffee. Rather than simply apologising, Shirley immediately offered to bring them freshly made coffee from the bar. Within minutes she returned with exactly what they wanted. As she walked away, I heard the gentleman turn to his wife and say, “That’s wonderful. Wasn’t that great?” Later, as guests were leaving, Shirley spotted that two golfers had accidentally left a credit card behind. Without hesitation she picked it up and hurried after them to make sure they got it back before they left the hotel. Neither of these moments was dramatic, but together they perfectly summed up what great hospitality is. It’s about noticing the little things, caring enough to act, and making guests feel genuinely looked after. Hotels often invest heavily in facilities, refurbishments and technology, but it’s people like Shirley who create the lasting memories and make guests want to return. My compliments to the management team at Tudor Park for having someone like Shirley representing the hotel. She is an absolute credit to the property and to Marriott. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Overall impression We recently stayed at Delta Hotels Tudor Park Country Club and, while the setting and staff were generally good, our dining experiences were disappointing. Dinner experience On our first evening we ordered sirloin steak in Cast Iron Grill and were very disappointed with the quality of the meat. The steak was very small, contained a lot of fat and did not match what we would expect from a Marriott-branded hotel that promotes “fresh, locally sourced, best of British dishes.” It may be worth management reviewing their butcher’s choices and portion standards, as the cut simply did not feel fit for a hotel of this calibre. Restaurant management and service To be fair, the restaurant manager on duty that evening was excellent. They listened to our concerns, were very professional and immediately offered an alternative, which we appreciated after a long journey. Unfortunately, because we had to wait for my fiancé’s replacement meal to arrive, my own dinner sat untouched and was cold by the time I started eating it. After a 2.5‑hour journey we were too tired to raise another complaint, but it meant neither of us really enjoyed that meal. Breakfast issues Breakfast the following morning also fell short. The hotel’s own description highlights starting the day “with a delicious breakfast spread at Tudor Park,” so expectations are understandably high. I ordered poached eggs, but the kitchen failed to present them in a timely fashion, and by the time everything arrived our food was again cold and not enjoyable. This felt more like a service‑timing issue than a one‑off mistake. Suggestions for improvement Review steak quality, portion size and suppliers to ensure consistency with the hotel’s “best of British” positioning. Improve coordination between kitchen and restaurant staff so that replacement dishes do not leave other guests’ meals going cold.

Breakfast and rooms was good. Overall a nice hotel.
Evening meal menu was not great and outside space was hard to get to from the bar. Better outdoor seating and space would really improve hotel.
Gute, ruhige Lage, kostenfreier Parkplatz. Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.
Very comfortable and a great location for us as a family as we went for a birthday lunch to the fish on the green
Walking through the pool area to get outside
Good location for Eurotunnel
Television didn’t work, needs updated, air conditioning in room old and noisy unit.
Locatie was prachtig en een ruime mooie kamer
Hard matras, kapotte koelkast en luide airco
Very clean and well maintained. Staff was also nice
We asked for a baby cot and they only brought the cot. No mattress for it or cot sheets (we had to go and ask for them at the reception and they gave us double adult bed sheets..). The breakfast wasn’t very good also
Good food, no queues and a quite a variety to choose from.
The only slight disappointment was a lack of air con other than in the bedroom.
The location is perfect - easy to get to and a great hub to base ourselves at for the various North Kent meetings we needed to get to. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast offer was good.
We were a little disappointed with the pool facilities - no jacuzzi and the steam room wasn't working properly.
Sehr sehr nettes und sympathisches Personal, top Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück
The staff were lovely, particularly the lady on reception (I didn't take her name) who was so helpful when my husband got stuck in the lift
The aircon wasn't great and the room was a bit stuffy
Alles lekker comfortabel. Ruim opgezet. Wel wat afgelegen maar dat is geen probleem voor een nacht. Prima bedden.
Staff went above and beyond and were super helpful
There is no fridge in the room, but that’s a minor
I come her quiet a lot but this stay was not very pleasant. It made me feel like I won’t go back
The bathroom sink was blocked and I was not allowed In my room till 330 and because the room I booked was not clean they put me in other the air con sound like a train all night. Went to get some clean cup and they said they didn’t have any went to the bar to get a drink to take back to room and the declined and said no
Nothing
Me and my partner felt like we was out off place due to the fact that we wasn’t a member off the hotel and we left the hotel a day earlier then expected as I didn’t get the room I paid for and they tried charging us for an extra for breakfast that I didn’t ask for and tried charging me extra for room service even though this was already paid and every time we brought something we got charged extra for vat
Grounds stunning- there for wedding
Not automatic earlier checking as part of a large wedding group so couldn’t check in before the actual wedding
Breakfast very good choice of Hot and cold food.
Eat in the restaurant, could do with more choice on the menu, food very tasty. Had a large party in the restaurant, with kids running around, which a staff member did stop but they were still quite loud. Could do with air-conditioning in the restaurant.
- Lovely spacious room & bed - Nice bathroom/good facilities (e.g ironing board, tea/coffee station, etc.) - Good TV & selection of channels/apps available - Reasonable price & good location
- Aircon unit wasn’t the best and it made the floor around it really damp and there was an odd smell initially in the room, but it seemed to air out after a while
Had a lovely 2 day stay here for a wedding close by. Very comfortable, great service. Highly recommended.
Beautiful surroundings
The air con unit leaked both nights and the carpet was soaked
Good facilities, clean and good parking.
They obviously rely on ‘parties’ etc, so weekend could be crowded and noisy. Breakfast was a struggle and service poor on a busy Saturday morning.

Room: keycard only worked once to open door so had to visit reception regularly after not being able to access room- very frustrating Shower terrible inside a pokey bath but at least my water was hot as another member of group only had cold water from their shower Tv didn’t work when arrived maintenance guy couldn’t fix so said someone would check or change following day - I reminded receptionist following day when I left hotel at midday - nobody bothered to check or change it Hotel set up very poor - very hot in bar area so our group wanted a few drinks and sit outside in garden - they have an outside area which to access from main bar after you purchase drinks you have to walk back through reception then through swimming pool past gym through golf shop which is where access to outside area is - impossible journey when carrying more than one drink and to top it off the Golf shop shut the doors at 9 pm and then was advised to walk out main entrance to hotel then aound the outside of hotel building via the car park to have a drink outside in the Sun completely ridiculous (as zest bar closes at 5pm which is closer to outside area although this still requires a flight of stairs to exit building to seating area outside) One of our group was in a wheelchair and requested accessible room which was just a normal room and to access this my brother-in-law had to wheel his son out of the main entrance down the car park go through a fire exit door which he would have to arrange for another member of the party to open from the inside for him and then his son could access his room and then to exit the room he had to do this again via fire exit and the car park to get back into the hotel absolutely ridiculous as he booked an accessible access room for a wheelchair
Schwimmbad, Lage,
We discovered Tudor Park whilst checking out places in the area to hold our Charity Ball, raising funds for the Not Forgotten Association. We loved it immediately, the staff were welcoming the food great in the bar area, together with the spa made it a perfect location. For our Ball, we were given full access to their large function room (For a cost naturally) and had our own member of staff to support the event. Everyone had a great night. They all commented on how good the three course meal and service great. Our thanks go to Karen for her planning input which made this event so successful. Our room, though fairly routine despite the reported upgrade was fine, clean with a lovely view of the lake at the back. The spa was lovely too, though disappointed the jacuzzi was no more by the time we stayed. I lovely place to stay for a quiet restful week, especially if you love golf, pampering and great food. We will come again.
Freundliches Personal. Modernes Hotel mit Bar und Restaurant. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Schönes Zimmer.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, aber leider gab es relativ schnell nicht mehr alles.
Liked how clean the place is
The tennis court close
Really nice hotel
Friendly staff
traveling 1700 miles to attend my sons wedding. The wedding venue had very kindly given me a "discount" code to use for this hotel. As you can imagine the cost is astronomical travelling back to the uk. And any help with a small discount, with us being pensioners, is very welcome. However i am unable to use the voucher code, even though there is no mention of limitations or blocked dates in the terms and conditions. It would have been nice if they would have honoured this for guests. But its all about making money and not providing the service advertised. I have been in contact with the hotel and they will not honour there offer. Very disappointing, we will now have to find alternative accommodation.
Staff was nice, golf and spa facilities were good
When checking in was told I had a twin room, I did say at the time I thought I had paid for a king room. Later on that evening I checked my booking and I had booked a King room. Told reception and they said non were available they also told me the prices of the rooms were the same, which I didnt believe to be true. Best they could offer was breakfast which I didnt enjoy.
The reception staff were excellent as the first point of contact this makes such an example of your overall impression of the hotel.
Breakfast was not very good, plenty of choice, very clean breakfast area, attentive and helpful staff however the hot products was cold or lukewarm warm.

Food restaurant was delicious y breakfast
Food & service
The staff were really friendly and helpful. However the hotel rooms are a bit tired and need updating. The same with the bathrooms which really need updating. The buffet breakfast was very good but we tried snacks in the bar one evening and they were poor. The air conditioning was awful especially in the main bar area. It felt very muggy and was uncomfortable to sit in. The was no atmosphere in the bar area and the music was so quiet you could hardly hear it.
As above. Plus there was no fridge in the room, the bed was not comfortable and the plug sockets next to the bed were not uk sockets. We had to borrow an extension lead from the reception for my husbands sleep apnoea machine which was a trip hazard when getting up in the night
Lots of great facilities and lots of room

Myself & my husband went along for a massage & afternoon tea yesterday 29 March. I wanted to write & say what a lovely day we had. We booked it through reception & Megan who dealt with it was a lovely helpful lady. At the spa I had a lovely lady called Charlotte who was very welcoming & I had a relaxing massage. Afternoon tea was delicious, varied treats. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day. Hope to be back soon.
The staff were very helpful & polite, hotel was clean
I received wrong information about breakfast. I was told by reception that breakfast was between 7am & 11am but on second morning went for breakfast & was told restaurant shuts at 10am, wasn't happy at all
Breakfast
All good
1st breakfast on Saturday was very good, Sunday breakfast was not good. No cups bacon very hard sausages on the burnt side
See above
Excellent choice of breakfast even had porridge made to order. Fresh and hot
We could not find out when breakfast started and when finish had to ask at the reception desk
Good room with decent bathroom.
Dinner okay but not great.
Stop extremely professional, extremely clean rooms Food and restaurant was superb
