Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

The free shuttle to the airport and my long history of staying here brought me back. The reception staff were excellent and made sure we were comfortable.

Location is great if you like Chinese food. Free shuttle is also a bonus

House keeping only dumping trash, don’t even bother make the bed or cleaning at all. The phone in the room is broken and I have to look up the phone number to get room service. $300 USD per night only to get Airbnb like experience is well below my expectations. Plus checking in and getting help takes forever as there isn’t lots of staff, which gave me a feel of motel like checking in experience. The staff is cold and not so friendly.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful . We also ate in the restaurant which was lovely as we were able to sit outside . The restaurant menu was also good with lots of choices .The bedroom was a really good size and bed was super comfortable.

The shuttle from the airport was running on a reduced schedule so we did need a taxi from the airport after dropping of our hire car but a short journey none the less

I do not recall it being offered as I departed at 6:30 am. Staff service over all was great. The restauarnt was welcoming. Starbucks was closed.

There were parts of the facility that seemed questionable. Some area's of the floor were not cleaned. Trash that someone had left was in the elevator.

One would think that the biggest plus for this hotel was it’s proximity to the airport, and that is a plus because you can get a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but the staff is what made our stay special. The hotel is a little dated, but very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night sleep. The restaurant, Harold’s was outstanding! We ordered two appetizers thinking we could always get something later if still hungry. The appetizers were enormous and we could not even finish them and were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also good. Would we return again? Absolutely and will be back in June.

We last stayed at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in January 2020. In our most recent visit in February 2026, it felt like coming back home. The hotel is calm, comfortable and clean. It hosts a lot of people and there is a lot of guest turnover each night. We were already familiar with the hotel and its layout and amenities. Our rate included Breakfast each morning. Buffet was available but we chose to eat off the menu. The breakfast dishes were well prepared. The coffee and orange juice were delicious and always welcome. We had access to the Concierge lounge as well. The lounge was quiet and snacks plentiful. Since the hotel was undergoing a remodel during out stay, not all services in the Concierge lounge were available. To compensate, the hotel gave us supplemental vouchers for a daily appetizer and alcoholic drink in the main bar/restaurant area of the hotel - very thoughtful and generous of them. I'd like to thank Jimmy, Nalini and the entire staff at the Sheraton for your thoughtfulness, kindness and great service.

Free 24/7 airport shuttle a big plus. The driver was super friendly and a joy to talk to. Typical Sheraton bed (very comfy), room.eas.clran. I got assigned a renovated room in the west tower, where the club lounge is located.

Location isn't far from anything. food around. mall within walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. plenty of parking, ease of finding elevator and room. Option of opting out of room service. room attendants were friendly and polite.

It was a really nice airport hotel.

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are cosy and clean. The outside views are also pretty good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a good variety and is nutritious. Overall, it is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern and obviously well cared for

One of the receptionist was rude. The room wasn’t ready until 6:00 when we were supposed to check-in at 4:00. Plus the room we purchased was changed at the last minute.

The people make the difference We are an international business couple VIPS with one world airlines as life members. And Titanium Marriott members. Im sure you agree hotels are mostly the same , but its the personal service that can make a difference. We want to take the time to commend Julius and Jimmy in the restaurant, Joe at the bar and at reception, Marium, Vivian and Loretta, their warm smiles, showing genuine personal interest in us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks you all and we highly recommend with compliments to the management for their quality staff training. We had a great stay here at the Sheraton. The staff was super nice and the rooms were comfortable. I definitely would recommend checking this spot out if you're in the area. Local to a lot of great restaurants nearby.

做Check in 时的前台那位女士态度非常差，很不友好！原因是瞧不起Booking .com 的客人！ 我预定时明明看见是包含早餐的，结果她却说不包早餐，还让我自己联系booking.com 。我说如果这样麻烦的话，那我就要取消订单区别的酒店了，后来她叫来了值班经理，幸运的是这位值班经理非常Nice！ 听了我的解说后，给了我们早餐卡。后来进入房间后，发现房间在二楼，窗户外没有风景，看到的是二楼楼顶的一些设备。 我想说的是作为四星级的酒店，我们付的钱也不算便宜$474 一晚，真的是不值！

Lovely views

Stayed here while a family member had surgery and a few days post op before flying home. What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and easily walkable to/from hospital, a nice park across from it and easily walkable to the mall.

Everything was excellent as expected

A hotel in a complex of 3 hotels including the Marriott and Hilton. Impressed throughout my stay with their services - shuttle, front desk (they got me a kettle instead of coffee flavoured tea), maid interaction, breakfast and even the swimming pool (open late). Their customer service was beyond my expectation. This is a clean, bright, newly renovated facility with all the amenities that just does it right. Well done.

The air condition was very loud, I didn’t have a good sleep for the first night. But they were very kind to move us to another room on the other side of the building. It’s much better. The location is the best in Richmond. The service is great.

Staff were the winner here. Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and we got put into the Sheraton for the night and the staff were so happy and easy going it made us go from upset to okay very quickly. The restaurant is also delicious!

The staff was exceptional, sincerely concerned with our comfort (since we arrived late in the evening, and were leaving early in the morning) -- their concern and attention was exemplary!)

Huge hotel footprint -- We arrived late at night, and couldn't appreciate much of the grounds, but the gardens and pool area looked nice (although at that hour we couldn't see much of anything!)

Although the wifi has very bad connection, it is clean, friendly staff at the dinning and comfortable.

The service was wonderful. The concierge lounge was poorly stocked compared to other properties. The coffee makers (in room, and concierge lounge required a PHD to operate.

You booked me into a king balcony city view instead i got a ground floor parking lot view. Every time i book with hotels.com I get screwed. I never get what you claim Im booked for. Last time I didn't get the complimentary breakfast because that hotel said it wasn't included but your itinerary for me said it was. Im going to stop using your site and I will inform others as well.

We had to overnight in Vancouver on one of the busiest weekends of the year, so consequently hotel prices were insane. Greater Vancouver has a shortage of hotel rooms so supply and demand kicks in painfully. As expected, the hotel was unbelievably busy yet reception staff were courteous and welcoming. The hotel has a huge footprint so wayfinding is quite a challenge. A decent size room with a very comfortable bed and nice soft furnishings. We had a great night's sleep which is what counts. For a quick on-the-go breakfast there's a Starbucks in the lobby but unfortunately totally inadequate at peak times. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The air conditioning did not function properly. The bathroom vent was not working.

The property is convenient but i don't feel the room being upgraded because there is bugs in the washroom and the carpet smell.

帰国前日で、シャトルバスを目当てに宿泊した。30分ごとに発車するので 大変助かった。こじんまりとしたホテルで、近くにショッピングセンターもあるし、ホテルのレストランも良かったし、個人的にアメニティの香りがとても好きだった。

The fridge was not working at all. There was some kind of big on-site ventilation unit going on-and-off every 5 minutes under the balcony, sounding like starting lorry. The toliet tank was overflowing. The day we arrived, the hotel's fire alarm started blaring at 9 PM, all guests self-evacuating to the lobby, with the electricity also going off (only in the hotel, the rest of the neighbourhood was lit up) and it was off the whole night till 10AM next day. They offered no compensation at all (not sure what we paid for, the first night, really). The staff was unwilling - we were extending the stay due to flight cancellation and the lady at the reception forced us to go up to the room, call her using the room phone so that she could forward us to the manager sitting literally in a room behind her. Absolutely not worth the money.

Air-conditioning needs upgrading, it's extremely noisy and is just a giant fan in the side of the wall. The room we stayed in was an extremely long walk from check-in; needs to be a shorter way to get to these rooms. What I was most upset about was the broken door lock. There had clearly been a break-in attempt, but Sheraton decided that the lock didn't need fixing? Only the latch was stopping anyone from getting in that night.

Staff were excellent. They made checking in easy. Great location for boba and shopping. Parking was easy and convenient. Rooms were clean. Great shower pressure. Keep up the strong work.

One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

Late check in and early check out we were very disappointed with the hotel receptionist who would not help us with an early check in. After speaking to a someone else he was so accommodating we were given an excellent room . As an airport hotel you would expect them to be a bit more flexible with guests.

Very good hotel, close to Richmond Centre for shopping as well as sky train. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor pool but would definitely like to give it a try in future.

I’ve traveled on business for almost 40 years and thats got to be the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. $142.00 for a family of four for breakfast, you should be ashamed of yourself. Never in a Sheraton again.

The room was perfect! Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Michelle at the checkout desk was very welcoming. I appreciate that the hotel has on-site security. Ill definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were top notch especially Sophia! We had a last minute change in our travel and she was so kind and helpful. I was exhausted and she did everything she could to help us get in a room as quickly as possible. The hotel itself was very clean and all of the other staff were just as friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable!

Great shuttle service and friendly staff. Easy and fast check in and check out. Needed a quiet and comfortable space to rest in between travel days and this suited well.
