The AC unit makes so much noise when the unit is cooling.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber es waren die bequemsten Betten auf unserer ganzen Reise! Das Flughafenshuttle hat super funktioniert, anstelle des Frühstücks (wir mussten zeitig in der Früh aufbrechen) bekamen wir ein kleines Lunchpaket. Unser Zimmer plus das Bad waren frisch renoviert.

Staff was great. Glad it was close to airport.

Breakfast area too small to get in to eat because it was super busy the entire time it was open. I came down to eat 5x.

Bed and bedding were so comfortable! Didn't need to wait for hot water when showering. Very clean comfortable room. Close to restaurants and shopping.

机场接人的穿梭车要等很久，其他酒店的车已经来了4-5趟了，才来一趟，而且还要先到其他酒店去绕一下，本来15分钟可达的，则需要半小时。 打扫房间要去前台预约。很奇怪。 我来回住了2次，第一次房间可以，比较正常，第二次的房间不仅窄小，窗帘都拉不上，太潦草了。

Comfy beds. Airport shuttle was convenient.

The showers were very slippery. There were no mats to put in the shower and there was no grip on the shower floor. I’m younger and spry and I almost slipped several times. It’s quite dangerous. There was a smell in the room. I waited nearly 10 minutes to check out while the front desk staff was nowhere to be found. Breakfast area is too small. Not enough tables and very tight quarters.

I waited 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle, that runs every 1/2 hour. I made three phone calls to the hotel regarding airport pickup. The third call the receptionist said, “you’re still there, people have been dropped off”. This delay and not acknowledging the delay when I checked in an apologizing was hard to get over.

Last minute booking from YVR -- there was availability (Tuesday). Rang for the shuttle which arrived 15 minutes later. check in was quick and received a quiet room at the back of hotel. Booked my return shuttle which was substituted for a taxi (others waiting too). This has happened before. Maybe Comfort Inn and Sure Stay next door should split the shuttle service rather than the other hotel which is further away. Breakfast is adequate and plentiful.

A better price for mid-week travellers. $150 would be more appropriate. Airport travellers don't stay long and a single person doesn't mess up the room much.

There was reliable 4am airport shuttle. had a microwave oven and mini-fridge.

They gave me smoked room with strong chemical smell in ground floor. When I asked for a change, they again gave me another smoked room. I had to wait till next day to get a better room. For the price I paid, least I would expect is normal air quality in the room.

They did not offer a coupon for taxi because they did not have shuttle service at 4:30am to go to airport.

le temps d'attente de la navette(45mn !) et la durée de son trajet en soirée (30mn) alors que l'hotel est à à peine 10-15mn en taxi. Bon à savoir, En fait la navette du soir est partagée avec un autre hotel donc on attend .... et on est "livré" en dernier! Petit déjeuner très moyen, mais vue sur les avenues de Richmond et le parc

Convenient

The staff on duty at reception was very helpful. The property is located in a quiet area and is within walking distance of a few nice restaurants. The room was cozy, though a bit tight. The bathroom is provided with the much-needed amenities, which was appreciated. The breakfast was adequate and had some variety.

The room (401) was tiny and awkwardly shaped like a triangle. We had two carry on bags and one larger suitcase and there was nowhere to put our luggage in the room. We also thought there would be a desk (as is standard) but there was not one, so we had to do our computer work on the floor. We were only two people and we were tripping over each other anytime we were in the room. The room wasn't exactly cheap, so I was expecting a normal, nicely arranged room. Also the hallway was very warm.

A/C is set to certain temp. Barly kept room cool. Carpets where dirty, like stuff on them. Bathroom floors where dirty. Shower curtain is almost to short. You have to watch your water isn't running all over floor. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Staff was pleasant and even though we were close to elevator, it was still pretty quiet. We were walking distance to where we wanted to have some food and the shuttle from the hotel was a good experience.

I found hair in the tub and air vents above the tub were really dusty and dirty. I have allergies so it didn’t help. On the left side of the bed there was a lamp attached to the wall that was flickering and would not completely turn off.

Location was good, room comfortable and there were lots of places to eat nearby plus a lovely park with a lake behind the hotel. The shuttle to the airport was good and frequent.

Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer sauber & das Bad war schön und komfortabel. Gut für eine Nacht Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, unser Zimmer lag im EG direkt zur Straße. Fenster oder Vorhänge öffnen ging kaum.

Posizione comoda per vicinanza ad aeroporto e servizio navetta gratuito. Colazione ok nella media, camera spartana ma pulizia ok.

Initially, they would not let me pay to park my car in their lot while I was on a 4-day trip, despite that I booked one of their rooms on each end of my trip. The morning clerk was more flexible. ❤️

Location was very convenient, airport shuttle was a plus..

There were no coffee, nor drinks, facilities in the room. Checking in at close to midnight, a cup of coffee would have helped after a tiring journey to Vancouver. Not only was coffee, nor drinks, not available inside the bedroom, it wasn’t available anywhere else in the hotel! Breakfast was average, if not unappetizing.

L’employée nous a offert le stationnement intérieur gratuit quand j’ai expliqué que je n’avais pas lu nul part que c’était 30$ et qu’avoir su nous aurions retourné la voiture de location et aurions pris la navette gratuite. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Déjeuner inclus quoique simple au moins il y a des options chaudes.

Un peu d’action le matin (bruit dans le couloir) mais c’est normal dans un hôtel d’aéroport où les gens ont des vols tôt. La climatisation était bruyante mais nous n’en avions pas besoin donc on l’a éteinte.

Bed was lumpy and old, carpets needed cleaning, drapes were a mess and hanging off rod and way too long so dragging a foot on the ground in front of the heater/ac unit so no ventilation. Slop running down wall, lampshades askew. No elevator security after hours. Basement foyer filthy and stinks. 400 bucks for this plus parking 13.99/night.

The pillows were too puffy for our liking (appreciate this is personal preference) but couldn't think of anything else that we didn't like.

För oss ett perfekt läge i Richmond nära både sporthall och flygplats . Toppen att det ingick gratis skjuts till och från flygplatsen . Rymliga och fräscha rum! Trevlig tillmötesgående personal.

Hade blivit instruerade att kontakta hotellet vid ankomst för att boka kostnadsfri flygplatstransfer. Problemet var bara att hotellet inte svarade varken på mail eller telefon under de 45 minuterna som jag försökte nå dem, vilket resulterade i att vi fick betala en taxi istället. Var inte alls imponerad av frukosten. Inga färska produkter, endast halvfabrikat. Skulle hellre betala extra för en riktigt bra frukost, än en gratis undermålig.

Staff are friendly. Location is great as it's a very short walk to CF Richmond Centre.

Breakfast can be better. Bed needs to be checked out or changed. Child keeps on getting rashes every morning but gone when we moved to another hotel. Parking is too tight when backing up to leave since backing up to park was not allowed. Need a mirror for drivers to see if there's oncoming traffic when coming out from the parking ramp.

El servicio que te lleva al aeropuerto funcionó super bien.

La pieza. Esta estaba llena de olor a humedad cuando llegué y las sabanas de la cama estaban todas arrugadas. No me dió la sensación de que era un lugar limpio y abri la ventana para ventilar un poco.

It's a fairly basic but comfortable hotel. Free breakfast (which I did not sample as unwell). Decent pub diagonally opposite - good for a meal and/or a drink.Really good hot shower. Reasonable distance from the airport (the return shuttle was quicker than the pick-up).

All Vancouver hotels appear to be vastly overpriced for what you get. Apart from breakfast, very basic amenities.

ショッピングモールが近く、駅までも歩いて行ける為アクセスが良かったです。空港までのシャトルバスも無料で運行されている為、便利です。軽食ではあるが朝食が自由に食べられるのも良かったです。

部屋の天井電気が付いていないので、間接照明のみで少し暗く感じました。

Probably just improve the free shuttle service. It was nice of your staff to pay for my cab to the airport. However, i waited more than 45mins before they decided to do so.

Property was up to date however we were placed on the first floor in a room that had once been a smoking room. Waffle maker had been abused and unusable. Bathroom door hardware did not match the rest of the room.

Staff was friendly and personable.

The bathroom faucet was literally falling off; the door squeaked so loudly that we woke each other up in the night, when using the bathroom. The shower head they installed is an over the head rain shower style, not meant to come out of the wall. Lastly, the toilet seat was up; and there were drops of urine on the floor. So, definitely not perfect. For ~ $400/night.

Breakfast - served precook sausage, no eggs provided but good choice of quick breakfast and Fruits. Coffee. Tea. Juice...It was comfortable dining area. Dining room area was clean and thank you to the lady who keep up the good work.

This is a Quality Inn, Old and Outdated and run by Indian immigrant. There is no AC on Hallway in July...So hallway on our floor was hot/warm. Only one floor provide ICE where you need to travel to 3rd floor for ICE. The AC in our room was old and beat up, generate smell and noise. It needs updated and renovation. Location and prices are high and competing with the big hotel Chain like Hilton. Sheraton. It needs a lot of updated and renovation. Staff was very helpful, all run by Indian immigrants. Manager was constantly monitor their Webcam and even approach you for not using the wooden silverware after breakfast hours. This unprofessional manner was really need to be improvement if you are looking for return customer. Your guest would like to feel comfortable at the place they stay. The shuttle from Airport was good services But sharing with few other local hotels. The bed sheet and pillow sheet needs to be clean by higher grade detergent...

Hotel was good and very much what we expected for budget accommodation. Comfortable bed, quiet, clean and convenient location. Would stay there again for a one night stay.

I'd probably give the breakfast a pass next time.

Great location. Staff is helpful. Breakfast wasn't great, but there are several good eating spots nearby.

Breakfast could be better. Most people in my group have gluten allergies and having a little more variety could make a huge difference.

Pour un hôtel situé au Canada, je m’étonne qu’ils n’y avait aucun chaîne de télévision en Français sauf une chaîne Française de France. Comment se fait-il que Radio-Canada en français ne fait pas partie des chaînes disponibles. Je ne sais pas comment voir ça. Est-ce que l’hôtel se fout complètement d’être situé dans un pays avec deux langues officielles?

Guests chatting loudly at 2am in morning. Sounded like they were sitting in breakfast area and my room was very close to this area.

We arrived early for our booking and the staff was very helpful in providing another room very quickly. The airport shuttle was very fast and convenient.

The breakfast dining area was too small to accommodate a lot of people at one time, and it was difficult at times to find seating.

Carpet was dirty with large stains. The sitting area for the breakfast was crowded and limited. I had to eat off of a wooden spoon because there wasn’t enough forks.

New and clean, friendly employees, easy shuttle service to the airport. Great little place to eat across the street called Free Bird.

The photos looked better for example the shower looked much better and instead I had a shower in bathtub? The shuttle service is supposed to be every 30 minutes. Pickup from the airport took about 45-60 minutes. And pickup from hotel I was planning on getting the 9:45am shuttle (to the airport) and it come at 10:40am.

Across Westminster Hwy from the corner room I stayed in are two highrise apartment buildings. Unfortunately, the room does not have a pull down blind for privacy at night and the configuration of the blackout drapes does not allow them to close sufficiently over the sheer drapes.

The stay was close to perfect in regards to comfort and appearance. The nderground parking provided a sense of sadety However, breakfast needs a revamp and more fun options like waffles and whip cream and more delectable baking products.

Front facing rooms are quite noisy as there is a large road junction at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise either people coming and going through the night

The hotel met all expectations.

The staff were all so accommodating and helpful (from being able to help with an early check in and store our luggage after check out before our flight home). Great location. Super clean. Very comfortable and quiet rooms.

We ended up having car trouble (no fun) and they were wonderful in terms of support and kindness while we tried to sort everything out. The airport shuttle was also greatly appreciated.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. We checked out prior to the breakfast time, but the staff gave us a takeout breakfast, which was really thoughtful, we really appreciated it. Shuttle to the airport was well appreciated. The Minoru park right behind the hotel is beautiful.

The room had a bit of a weird smell when we first walked in, and you couldn’t open the window because it was sealed shut.

23時近くに空港到着予定だったのでシャトルバスを期待していましたが、他のホテルのバスは定期的に回っているのに、こちらのシャトルは来ず。途中2度ほどホテルに確認の電話をしましたが「もうすぐ行くよ」のみで1時間ほど待ってシャトルを諦めタクシーを利用。 1時近くにホテルに到着。玄関が施錠されている上にフロントに誰もおらず電話を鳴らしても反応なし。野宿を覚悟しましたが、裏口に回り、やはり施錠されていましたが、観音開きのドアだったので強めに押したら鍵がズレてフロントに辿り着き、20分ほど待って、やっとフロントマンが悠々と登場。 玄関が施錠されていたのは防犯上問題ないと思いますし、フロントマンが離席していたのも問題ありませんが、電話を鳴らしたらすぐに反応して欲しい。 また施設は古くトランジットのためだけに泊まるなら問題ありませんが、300ドルの価値はありません。

The property was close to the airport and a Sky train station. About 10-12 minute walk through a clean safe neighborhood.

They were having mechanical problems with their airport shuttle. However, the front desk called a taxi for us and covered the cost. Hooray for great customer service.

I enjoyed breakfast, the eggs and sausage were delicious. Location was very good and convenient to where I needed to go. Balcony overlooking the park was nice.

Minor things. One light above the bed was burned out and the plugs to charge my phone beside the bed were not working. The TV remote was confusing to use, not that anything on tv is worth watching anyway, lol. I run hot when I sleep and the AC could have been a little better.

Het heerschap dat ons op de 2e dag te woord stond was allesbehalve vriendelijk. Verder prima klein hotel met dito kamer en zeer eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet met een forse prijs.

The water pressure in the shower is great. The soap is usable and decent. Controllable air conditioner. The bed was comfy. Airport shuttle was good too!

The pancake machine was broken. There was eggs and sausage and muffins and lots of options though. The coffee was a bit weak too.
