The room was dusty. Wife and I were sneezing in the room.

So easy to catch the airport shuttle bus to the hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable and dining room was terrific. There is also a couple of little shops and a Lawson.

Being so close to the airport it was very quiet, we could see the airport from our room and was worried but didn’t hear a thing.

Hot & cold water is controlled by two separate taps. It takes time to get the right mix. A one lever mixer will be more convenient.

De excellente gratis shuttle service diensten, relatief ruime nette kamers en het ontbijtbuffet dat al heel vroeg geopend is. Er zijn ook in-house restaurants beschikbaar, waaronder een schiterend Chinees restaurant. Dit alles voor een zeer competitieve prijs.

Un hotel que esta bien ubicado del aeropuerto de Narita en Tokio, con shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa.

Las habitación que nos tocó estaba limpia y espaciosa, pero ya paso sus mejores épocas, sería bueno que lo renovaran, ya se ve vieja y desactualizada. Es una lastima, ya que es una gran cadena hotelera.

Location. Easy to get to. Free shuttle coach every 30 mins. No need to book Rooms very comfortable. Staff excellent Lawsons on premises is handy. Breakfast fine. (Dinner options not so much to my liking but there are three locations on site)

Thought the dinner buffet a bit limited so had hot food in the cafe

Surprisingly spacious family room which made our last night in Japan very comfortable. Staff were very helpful with our queries and the regular free shuttle to the airport worked seamlessly.

Great services even in Japan standard. Very efficient too. Many staff comes to welcome centre shuttle bus arrives, so as to speed up the check in procedure. Also when departure, staff helps you to get into the shuttle and asked you which terminals. Also, the bus driver is so helpful with the luggage

I used the hotel service of Shuttle which was excellent. The employes were very courteous, very professional and helpful. Very clean and strategic location I will Stay in this hotel again. Rate: 10/10

Çok Çok Çok tecrübeli ve ne yaptığını bilen bir kadro işetiyor burayı. Biz gezimizin son gecesi havaalanına trenle geldik, havaalanından kolayca otobüsü bulduk. Ondan sonra tamamen onların elinde halloldu. Hayatımda yaşadığım en hızlı check-in'i yaşadım, ve gece gece yorgunluğuma çok iyi geldi. Resepsiyondan Ek Silikon/ortopedik yastık istedik ve hızla geldi. Sabah ise kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi, batı yemekleri de doğu yemekleri de vardı, rahatça doyduk. Sonra ise otobusle bizi terminalimize bıraktılar. Her şey yılların tecrübesi ile planlanmış gibiydi. Mesela girerken ücret aldılar, böylece çıkarken ben servise geciktiğim için koşarken yine hayatımın en hızlı check-out'unu yaptılar. Otobus kalkarken 2 ek insan sadece bizim gibi koşarak geçikenleri yakalamaya pozlanmış bekliyordu, onlar sayesinde 1-2 dk gecıikmemize rağmen otobüse binebildik. Sonradan fark ettik ki bizim saate çok talep olunca ikinci otobüsü kaldırmışar, biz o ikincideymişiz. Bizim yorgunluğumuzda onların tecrübe ve planlaması net bizi kurtardı. Ayrıca otelde hep açık bir Lawson da vardı, gece yemeden gelirseniz bişey de alabilirsiniz.

Koridorda halıda bir leke vardi, ve perdenin tülünde de hafif bir leke vardı, onun dışında yatak kenarları altı vs dahil heryer temizdi. Otelde de eski moda bir dekorasyon ağır basıyordu.

Room is spaciolus and clean.

The bathtub has no rubber mat so it's so sliperry. I slipped and hit my head in the bathtub. I thought I should file legal complaint but do not have time.

The facilities are old and dilapidated, especially the restrooms.

I like staying here for 1 night if I land at Narita at night time. Ammenities have everything you need when you are tired after a long flight and can’t be bothered getting things out of your bag. Breakfast buffet is exceptional. They also have a lawsons kombini in the building which is so wonderful for a quick and easy dinner. Convenient shuttle bus to/from the airport. Staff are nice. Quite good pricing. I will be back.

I liked the location after the long flight into Tokyo. It’s close to the airport and a nice rest for the beginning of a great trip

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it in any way. It was comfortable and clean it’s just very plain and the area doesn’t have alot around it to see and do compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo

翌日の早いフライトの為、前泊しました。ホテルー空港間のバスのアクセスとても良かったです。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。

The staff was rude asf. No drinking water was provided in the room. There were molds in the room. During my entire stay my body was itching. The room are soo smallll there is no space to breathe. The area is not nice. Just outside the hotel there are drunk people causing ruckus. Just ew!

Clean, spacious bathroom, room was sufficient enough and comfortable. Bedding clean , nice & clean pillows. 24hr convenient store was awesome! They had lovely gift shop.

Our room number was on 9th floor as 2 bed room in the main building. Interior was reddish pink , it was a bit annoying with red glare all over the space. Our son stayed on 5th floor as single bed room, they had clean contemporary interior : looked to me soothing to rest.

Property location is very good, conveniently located closer to the airport. Has free shuttle bus, but thebonly issue its too old

Super Lage und Nähe zum Narita Flughafen mit gratis Bustransfer vom Hotel 3x pro Stunde (+- 10 Minuten zum Terminal). Im Hotel sind 3 Restaurants und man hat eine super Bar auf dem Dach wo man die Flugzeuge beobachten kann. War bereist mein 3ter Besuch im Hotel. Gerne wieder. Perfekt wenn man einen Morgenflug hat und sich nicht stressen will.

Struttura vicina all’aeroporto ideale se hai un volo la mattina presto. La colazione ottima e varia e apre già alle 5.30 del mattino. Stanze pulite e personale molto gentile.

Hatten grosses Executive Zimmer mit 3 Doppelbetten. Mehrere Restaurants im Hotel (für jeden Geschmack etwas; haben im chinesische Restaurant gegessen und kann es nur empfehlen). Top Roof Bar mit toller Ambiente (besonders zu empfehlen für Whiskyliebhaber) An der Ausstattung merkt man, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter ist aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Shuttle Service zum Flughafen funktioniert ebenfalls einwandfrei. Beste Englischkenntnisse des Personals während unserer Rundreise das darüber hinaus auch äusserts hilfsbereit und freundlich ist. Sehr gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältniss.

Musik im Flur gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen.

Japanese Restaurant not so good. It should definitely be better since we were looking forward for authentic good quality Japanese food. Breakfast very average though cost ¥2600. We experienced smaller hotels giving excellent breakfast in Japan, this was a disappointment.

Very clean and absolutely adequate for a one night stay based on our very small room.

Our room was very compact, very hard for 2 adults to move around in.

It was a decent nice hotel where we could relax and stay the day before our long flight. Very helpful staffs and the breakfast was very good.
