La habitación es amplia, tiene un buen tamaño y las dos camas son perfectamente cómodas. Estaba bastante limpia en general y había espacio para todo. Además, había facilidades para diferentes servicios como el aspirador de productos (aunque solo lo utilizamos una vez porque tampoco vimos más bolsas) por 500 yenes, un FamilyMart integrado, una tienda de recuerdos y una Drugstore dentro del Hotel. La conexión con el aeropuerto fue, además, bastante fácil y buena. Aunque sea un hotel de paso, está bastante bien.

お手頃な値段で、翌朝早く成田空港を出発するため、ただ前泊する為だけにいつもここに泊まります。 ロケーションが最高に良いです。

成田空港への送迎バスの時刻、車で成田空港に行く場合の駐車場の情報等々、フロントのスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた。忙しい中、非常にありがたく感じました。

シャワートイレのパワー調節が出来ず、超弱状態であった事。

建物や設備が古いのか、建物のきしむ音や冷蔵庫の稼働音が寝ている時に聞こえて気になります。

Apenas a localização. Realmente é muito perto do aeroporto e tem o shuttle do próprio hotel a cada meia-hora. Mesmo assim, não ficaria novamente.

Tudo muito sujo. O banheiro tinha portas e bancadas cheias de manchas, o chão estava cheio de cabelos. O hotel é bem antigo, mas o problema é que é mal cuidado. Falta limpeza!

日本人スタッフが少ない。外国人スタッフが日本語も英語もイマイチなのにびっくりした。「チェックアウトは何時ですか？」と日本語と英語で聞いたら、「今、チェックアウトできます」と繰り返された。

Great proximity to the airport, amazing staff who was very helpful at check in / check out (we had to deal with freezing breast milk), and generally spacious rooms.

Quite an old property with very limited upgrades (we already booked the “newer” wing), room smelled old, some things like curtain rails / corners of the room looked dirty. Old water kettle took forever to boil water. Toilet was old style, but it was very clean.

The restaurant had a great selection to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious. Was great being able to get the shuttle bus straight to, and from, the airport which was only a short ride away. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The comfort triple room with tatami area was perfect for one night's stay with 2 adults and 2 small children. Close to the airport, super clean, room was comfortable and modern, decent enough bathroom. As a pre/post-flight stopover it had everything we needed. The 24-hour convenience store within the hotel and the Illy coffee machine in the lounge (about 600 yen) were a great help.

ベッドがセミダブルが２台でととも広く寝心地もとても良かった 読書灯があるのは素晴らしい。結構有名なホテルでも付いてないところも多い。 雨だったので、コンビニがあるのはとても便利だった。

◯部屋に入ったら洗面ボウルに髪の毛が２〜３本残っていた。 ◯チェックアウトが早く朝食を食べる時間がなかったのでテイクアウトにしてもらったが、サンドイッチとジュースでサンドイッチは美味しくなかった。もうひと工夫欲しいです

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Shuttle bus do centrum I na lotnisko jest dużym udogodnieniem. Łóżka są bardzo duże, spokojnie 2 osoby się na jednym zmieszczą. Przez to nie potrzebowaliśmy rozkładanej sofy, która została nam przygotowana. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony sklepik z pamiątkami z normalnymi cenami, oraz apteka i sklep w hotelu. Przyjemnie spędziliśmy 2 noce.

Głośna klimatyzacja i specyficzny zapach po wejściu do pokoju. Po chwili przestawał być wyczuwalny.

空港への無料バスあり！コンビニ・マツキヨがありたすかりました。 バイキング少しお高めでしたが、すごく美味しかったです。

良くない点ではないのですが、あると嬉しいなと。 ＊お土産品などの品揃えがもっとあるとよかったな。 ＊近場の観光の行き方や、バス等の時刻表などあれば、助かるかも、、自分で調べても初めての場所だとたいへんだったので😅 ＊浴室？トイレの匂いがきになりました。

Schnell und einfach vom Flughafen zu erreichen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder fünf Minuten mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle. Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und unten im Hotel ist ein Family Mart, indem mal alles wichtige kaufen kann. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice in die Stadt und zur Mall. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Falls es mich wieder nach Narita verschlägt, werde ich definitiv wieder herkommen.

成田空港から近いです。 空港シャトルバスが頻繁に出ています。 1回にマツキヨとファミマがあり便利です。

浴室のカーテンがカビていて臭いです。換気が弱いのかなとも思います。空調は全館空調タイプなので寒くても我慢でした。 ホテルへ向かう際、空港シャトルバスの時間が予定と合わずタクシーを利用しましたが1,600円でした。距離が近いですが空港から出る時は道が複雑で少し時間がかかります。空港に入る時はスムーズで早いです。

Ideal location, staff were very helpful, free shuttle services were a bonus. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

El personal muy normal y lo único “bueno” es que es muy organizado el transporte que te recoge y lleva al aeropuerto o al mismo hotel desde el aeropuerto. Por un poco más o lo mismo elegiría otro hotel de la zona con los mismos servicios.

Yo no me quedaría de nuevo. El dormitorio era amplio, pero estaba sucio, se veía descuidado y pelos en el baño y en la moqueta. El baño estaba asqueroso, no me lo esperaba después de haber estado en varios hoteles y visitado Japón. Parecía que ni lo habían limpiado. Menos mal que fue literalmente a dormir.

Serves the purpose of a airport hotel. We arrived there late after a long journey from Hiroshima and could check-in so easily. We didn't hear any airport noises at all despite sitting basically right next to it.

Well the room could have been a little cleaner but maybe that was just my high standard of me and in general japanese hotels.

It is close to the Narita Airport for international flights. The best part is an airport shuttle bus is available to take travelers to and from the airport. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and I will surely come back.

I didn’t see anything I do not like about the hotel.

浴室が暗く臭く（かび臭い）お風呂に入るのをためらった。 バス用のカーテンを洗っていないのだと思われる。 清潔とはいいがたいお部屋だった。

I liked the location near the airport for the last day before our flight.

What I didn’t like was mainly that you have to pay €9 per person to use the gym and swimming pools. The breakfast wasn’t very varied either. There were a lot of Japanese dishes and only a few European options.

Goede en verzorgde plek! Ruime propere kamers. Leuk dat er winkeltjes in het hotel zijn. Een groot en lekker avondbuffet + een verzorgd ontbijt. Wij verblijven hier zeker opnieuw bij ons volgende bezoek aan Japan.
