Breakfast was good. I love that it was included in the rate. There was a huge variety of it me to choose from and the staff was very pleasant. I am grateful for the airport shuttle and the help I received from the concierge to book my ride to another location.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also satisfying. Additionally, the staff was extremely professional and friendly.

Como lo usamos con mi familia previo a un vuelo, realmente fue 1 noche, me hubiera gustado quedarme más días.

Gutes, sauberes, zweckmäßiges Hotel sehr nahe (ca.15-20 Minuten) mit kostenlosen Hotelshuttlebus zu Tokio Narita Airport. Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut (westernstyle). Im 11 Stock gibt es auch noch Bar.

Good hotel if you just want a nights sleep. We didn’t fly till 8.30 pm so had a full day and a half to fill in. We did take the shuttle bus to the shopping mall but it was horrendously busy coming back and we had to stand for quite some time. The hotel was very tired.

Die Wünsche für die Zimmern wurden ernst verarbeitet und angenommen, auch in der Hochsaison. Die Zimmern waren sauber, Klimaanlage sehr gut funktioniert, Personal sehr freundlich, Convenience Store ist klein, aber hat wirklich alles was man braucht und Mitarbeitern dort super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt schon abseits von allem, aber gibt es gute Verbindungen zwischen Hotel und die Stadt, Einkaufszentrum und Flughafen. Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend! Gibt's lecker Omelette, Salate, Säfte und vor allem japanischen Leckereien! Im Zimmer gibt es Kaffee, Tee und Co.

Die Lage vielleicht, da es weit weg von der Stadt Narita liegt. ( Aber wie geschrieben, gibt es gratis Shuttle Bus Verbindungen zwischen Flughafen oder Stadt Narita und das Hotel, nicht häufig, aber immerhin besser als nichts. Mit dem Taxi von Flughafen 1900 Yen gekostet. Zum Aeon Shopping Center Narita 2600 Yen gekostet. )

Das Wichtigste an einem Flughafenhotel ist die gute, unkomplizierte und schnelle (Bus)verbindung zum Flughafen. Insoweit klappte alles ganz entspannt.

Die mitunter sehr negativen Bewertungen einiger Reisender konnte ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

This hotel most resembles a typical US hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, clean, and friendly staff. Despite being close to the airport, the location was not disturbed by air traffic. Perfect place to stay when you either arrive or are getting ready to depart Japan through Narita. We utilized the shuttle from the train station at the airport and then back to the airport the next day, which was wonderfully convenient.

There is nothing near this location that you can walk to. This hotel is only good for being very close to the Narita airport, unless you are renting a car.

Perfectly fine airport hotel. Not too far from the airport and they provide a shuttle bus service (although when arriving it could be a bit of wait). Breakfast is okay and offers the things you expect in Japan, plenty of both western and asian options.

The rooms are in need of an update. It all functions and is clean but the wear and tear is obvious. One thing I do not like and seems fairly common in Japan is the bed tucked in a corner. Okay when you are alone, otherwise not so much.

About the only thing to like about this hotel is the proximity to the airport and fact it has frequent shuttles to Narita.

The rooms were big but older and at least our room had stained carpet. This hotel was very expensive and while we’d requested a double bed in advance and interacted with them to get one we were still given 2 singles. For the extreme cat of this place I felt I was staying at a two star. They did not give me an upgrade via my IHG membership. Finally, the breakfast was paltry and well below the standard of other IhG hotels. Overall, this hotel was an expensive disappointment. Would not stay again.

2nd stay was here 2 years ago. Classic IHG service. Like to comment on the excellent service of Conceirge Chami. She greeted upon arrival at the hotel with a great smile and attended to us diligently. Must say her service makes a difference to our welcome hospitality. Great and wonderful job Chami!

Airport hotel. Big, dated, swimming pool, onsen, and sauna. The onsen was not expected or on the web site. Big place. Nice staff. Room spacious. Shuttle bus to and from airport and Narita town. Booked with IHG free night with Chase credit cards. Got one free drink. 20% discount on meals and drinks. Ate dinner, restaurant ok, nothing exceptional. Dinner buffet looked unappealing and at $30 each not worth it.

A place that service well for accommodation. One front-desk steward helps and assist me so much during my night stay in Narita at Ana Crowne Plaza. His name is BASBAS if not mistaken. Very warm welcoming and helping a lot during my stay. Suggested me good place to go and explore. Also about food and culture among locals

Very old hotel

We booked a Double Junior Suite Room 1624. The room was large but very outdated. Upon entering, a display drawer and large drawers underneath, a desk and coffee/tea station. A decent size living area with a wing back chair with foot stool, large oval coffee table, wall mounted tv and a 3-seater very low to the ground couch. There is one luggage rack and a couple of lamps. The bedroom consists of 2 double beds with small pillows. The bed was comfy but didn’t like the pillows very much. The bathroom is very small – a single vanity, toilet and shower over the bath. The shower head didn’t look much but was pretty good and the water was nice and hot. There is another area where there is a makeup station, small open robe and a couple of drawers. The room was extremely clean. You need to catch a taxi from the airport to get here, way too far to walk. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport which we used when leaving. Unsure where you catch it from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast was included and is held on the ground floor. There is plenty of choice of eggs, omelettes made to order, breads, pastries, jams, fruits, juices, teas, coffee, salads, cereals just to name a few. Everywhere within the hotel is dated, but if you can look past that, it's not a bad place to stay.

We were given a room that was so small that the queen bed had been pushed against a wall meaning that one person had to climb over the other to get into bed!!! I complained and was given a larger room (a normal room) but was advised that I had selected that room when booking but that it not true

最上階にあるレストラン（2件）に、定休日がある事。 私どもの宿泊日が、たまたま不運にも週一回の定休日（火曜日）に当たってしまいました。レストランを利用しようと思っていたのでとても残念でした。 しかしフロントで対応してくれた女性スタッフが、さまざまな代案を提示してくれましたので、助かりました。

Jeg tror jeg har lavet en aftale til en nedsat pris på en buffet aften , og jeg var en del skuffet at den har været glemt dagen efter. Vi har købt 2 overnatninger med forudbetalt morgenmad, hvor vi brugte kun 1 gang spisning da vi rejste dagen før kl 18. Og jeg har talt med personalet om det allerede ved check in. Muligt sprog misforståelse? Det er ikke stort beløb, men aftale er en aftale. Et lille minus.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this hotel, which left much to be desired. The building itself was quite old, and this was particularly evident inside the hotel. The interior seemed to have been neglected over the years, contributing to an overall feeling of discomfort. The room I was assigned had a distinct musty smell, which was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, I discovered mould underneath the bed, which was concerning for both health and hygiene reasons. Although the towels appeared clean at first glance, they had a musty odour, likely due to the lingering scent of the room. This was disappointing, as fresh and clean towels are a basic expectation for hotel guests. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the shuttle bus service, which provided convenient transportation. However, even this was not enough to compensate for the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others.

I needed to relocate from my hotel in downtown Tokyo to a hotel close to the airport because of an approaching typhoon. The Crowne Plaza had availability and is a short shuttle bus ride to Narita. I was able to book on very short notice and the pricing was very reasonable. The service at the front desk was excellent and very responsive to my needs in addition to providing a late checkout. The gym is well stocked and one of the better hotel gyms I have used.

The hotel itself is a bit aged and is very cold in appearance. Could use a makeover.

We had a great stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Narita. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy after a long flight. The free shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was convenient and easy to find, which made getting to the hotel stress-free. Having a FamilyMart convenience store located in the hotel lobby was a huge bonus, and there were also cafes and restaurants on-site, so everything we needed was available without leaving the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after travelling. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great option for anyone needing accommodation near Narita Airport.

El hotel viejo, no lo han renovado, yo pedí un cuarto no fumador y me dieron un cuarto que olia bastante a cigarro, el colchón viejo y malo, si mi esposo se movia yo saltaba y el Sr que nos atendió cuando llegamos nos dijo que el desayuno era hasta las 9:30 y era mentira porque era hasta las 10am

Relatively close to the airport with regular shuttle service. Old and dated property, also rooms are old and dated. Staff is friendly. Food is average. Pool is also old and dated, but ok for a swim. Overall ok for the relatively low rates. Solid three star level. As there is no real luxury hotel close to NRT, this still might be a good option if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Muy cómodo y bien comunicado con el aeropuerto. Su servicio gratuito de shuttle es excepcional, si corren algo caótico en la entrega y recogida de maletas. FamilyMart dentro de las instalaciones, muy cómodo.

Al estar en la zona del aeropuerto no tiene mucha oferta a nivel hostelero sin depender del propio hotel o moverse con algún transporte. Sin embargo no se trata de un hotel tanto turístico como de descanso entre vuelos o, como fue mi caso, recurso ante un vuelo cancelado.

It was peaceful, clean and the survives provided were consistent and top tier. There were no problems with the staff and survive being exceptional and reasonably priced especially for how good the food was we would go there again

The only down side I can think of is the pillows were a bit too soft and I know that sounds petty but that’s the only thing I could think of
