While it ran on-time, the hotel allowed a private tour agency to buy/rent an entire bus during one of the pickup times; moreover, the hotel did not send a replacement shuttle. So regular patrons who were depending on the hotel shuttle had to wait double the anticipated time, so approximately over an hour.
See the note about the privatized hotel shuttle service not available to all guests. Also, the room was extremely moldy and dusty. The bathrooms had visible black mold. And we suspect our throats started to hurt due to possibly being exposed to mold spores in the bathroom and room overnight. We thought maybe we were feeling ill from travel, but then our throats actually felt better a couple of hours later (by then we were back on another plane for a connecting flight).

Eten bij buffet was lauw/koud. Bed was veel te klein voor 2 personen. Kamer was erg oud dated. Alles was gesloten er was niks te doen. Geen bar of koffie hoekje. Badkamer had schimmel op de tegels en douchegordijn.

Einzig und allein das Badezimmer hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt: schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, einige Schimmelspuren und dicke Staubknödel im Dunstabzug.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Friendly staff very helpful! Store at bottom which is convenient for purchasing essentials on a layover. Modern lobby and easy to access. Bus to and from airport as well as other attractions in Narita.
