TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville

Le service et les déjeuners.

Les divans lits sont extrêmement inconfortables.

Checked in late, room dirty, bad breakfast

Modern. Clean. It has absolutely everything needed.

The mattresses were very used and uncomfortable, at least in the queen studio.

I like the rooms and breakfast was pleasant.

Nul

Très bon petit déjeuner

Tranquillité et propreté

Everything was enjoyable. The suite, breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The room was good. Breakfast was sumptuous. Beds were comfortable. Very good location with lot of food options nearby.

Jacuzzi didn't work. Indoor swimming pool water was colder

The staff very nice !!

Unfortunately when we were unpacking we found a pair of women’s underwear on one of the kitchen chairs! When leaving we spoke with the girl assigned to our room for cleaning and she had no apologies no emotion what so ever!!! So it makes me feel how clean are these rooms????

Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast

Clean friendly staff

Staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful and great sense of humor. Gave an early check in after an exhausting 7 hour car ride to get there in the blizzard:) beds/pillows super cozy, glad they booked the rooms well and put all the families for hockey tournaments on one floor so the other guests could sleep well:). BTW - heard the young boys hockey team did well so good for them The breakfast is quite varied with hot and cold items and coffee and tea available all day. Will stay again and recommend this hotel

more toilet paper in room. ran out and that was the only roll in the room. had to go to front dest to pick another roll up Our view was the highway and gas station but it was across the street and no problem sleeping though -- quiet and didn't hear the traffic. would recommend a kettle in the room Maybe an additional blanket for sleepers who are cold an night

Very clean staff was excellent!

The futon pullout couch could be a lot more comfortable.

Great location for an evening out at the casino, and the room was very nice also and our breakfast was included

The staff were all very helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the breakfast room staff to the cleaners. Our room was very clean (not easy with winter mud) with a comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchenette. (Plus there is a list of items that can be borrowed.) The included breakfast had variety. The pool was a real bonus. The location is great, close to the 401 but quiet. The rooms at the front look onto a parking lot and the ones at the back onto a wooded area.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent staff

The room set up. Kitchenette space was phenomenal. Spacious, cozy, neat. The entire family loved it.

Location, beside the casino, very clean, aesthetically appealing, lots of extras.

The property is darn near perfect.

Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Very clean and well kept room. Very satisfied with this hotel!

Clean, new, modern, well kept

Clean inside and out. The little gift for my dog was a nice touch. Staff was interested in our results from the day’s dog show.

Very clean and beautiful facility

Nothing

Love that is had a kitchen and breakfast had oat milk as o have a dairy allergy and often don’t get to have coffee the morning (so crucial).

The bathroom floor was a bit dirty or stained, hard to tell.

Las atenciones

Las habitaciones.

This was exactly what we expected and more. The team are lovely and the stay although short was very comfortable

We stay here whenever we can in Belleville. Great hotel.

Clean room with towels/toiletries, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. It was our third time to stay!!

Everything was excellent except for the breakfast. Breakfast was a 5/10, not much selection and hot food tasted fake, I couldn't eat it. Bed was very comfortable. Very nice room, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Convenient stopover

Isolated from eateries

Professional

Clean rooms, friendly staff, would stay here again.

It was right beside the casino which provided some great entertainment. Facilities were great!

Very nice hotel- good breakfast and close to casino

Loved that it's right next to the casino. Rooms are super clean and super convenient, with everything you need.

Centrally located. Very nice property. I would return

Very clean and modern. Excellent location close to the 401 highway.

Breakfast was good but could do with more fruit options.

The size of the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable with perfect pillows. We had a wonderful sleep every night. The kitchenette and everything one would like to cook a good meal. The pool was really nice, perfect water temperature for my morning swim. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice.

There was no shower/change room by the pool.

There was a bad smell in the coridor

Woken up before 6am by noise coming from a neighbouring room, nullifying the value of every single penny spent on this hotel. I’m shocked by the poor soundproofing and presumed lack of self awareness from the folks staying next door. Surprised the staff here don’t ask about your stay during check out so they can try and improve their facility.

Friendly staff, clean

Great place to stay

Really nice place

Great

The amenities were outstanding at this property we love all that the hotel has to offer we will always stay here as it's our favorite hotel in the Belleville area

Clean

Upon arrival after 4pm i was told due to selling out my room was not ready. While staff tried to be accommodating it felt like i was inconvenient. They had difficulty checking me even though my room was not ready. They gave a very unconvincing apology for the lack of rooms available. Then promised to call me when my room was ready. After 2 hours of no calling and me approaching reception i got anotber fake apology due to not calling me. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Twice i had to visit reception for room supplies during my.stay as necessities were not avaliable. I will not be visiting this location again.

Breakfast was great location very good prices great clean and comfortable

Not a thing

It’s a decent stay. Food they have same menu for breakfast everyday. Exactly same . So if you staying for more than 2-3 days you

Clean place

Love the kitchen in the rooms, perfect hotel to travel with kids

Clean, quiet, fully equipped and a great breakfast. Friendly staff too!

The Suite was well organized and had essentials

I wished the breakfast was available a little longer in the morning. Not a early riser or vacation!

So this is definitely a place to stay. Love the nearness to amenities and entertainment. The room was lovely The reception staff very professional and understanding. It would be great if they had uncooked pasta and pasta sauce available I love that they don’t have a store but the have a snack bar that you can have the reception do the charge for! You can eat 24/hrs without issue

Great hotel!
