We were in a room facing the highway which we found very noisy. On telling tgecstaffxwexwere upgraded to a livelyvsuite. Wonderful staff, wonderful room,

We liked that it wasn’t too far from both Seattle and Vancouver and that it had easy access to the highway.

The restaurant wasn’t too great. Not terrible, just not great.

Horrendous front desk staff, the young woman who was working on the afternoon of August 27th was possibly the worst human being ive ever encountered in a professional setting.

The front of the hotel is under construction and looks to be in dis-repair

The room was very nice. The parking, check-in, and check-out were fast, and hassle-free. The location was ideal because we just needed to break up a long road trip and it was really fast to get to and from the highway.

The front desk staff member was kind enough to give my son access to an underground parking facility when I mentioned he was moving his vehicle to get away from the traffic noise to join a meeting. He was attending in his van where his computer is set up with all he needed for the meeting. The traffic noise was not a problem inside the facility. Loved the pool and hot tub. Nice way to get in a bit of exercise.

Staff were very helpful and understanding

Loved the fresh free coffee. Love the discount at white spot. By the way are server was the best server I’ve ever had. Middle-aged lady with years of experience. She made us all want to come back for sure.

Het hotel ligt aan drukke weg. Wij hadden een kamer achter, wel donker maar minder gehorig. Het is niet-echt een mooi hotel. De hygiëne liet wat te wensen over.

The smell of cowsh@t was dominant all over! For the price they are asking for, they should provide at least breakfast for free!

The breakfast offered is a great selection. I felt that there could have been some lighter choices rather than full plate loads of food.

The odor that permeates the hotel from the nearby farm is absolutely ghastly. I realize that is out of their control, but it was very disturbing to us. We will not forget that odor !!! We felt that there could have been more air filtering/purifying of the air that is circulated in the building.

Für das Frühstück musste man in das Restaurant nebenan gehen. Dafür gab es vom Hotel einen Rabatt. Ebenso für das Dinner. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Leider liegt das Hotel sehr nahe an der Autobahn. Das sorgt für viel Lärm.

Like having the White Spot connected to the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were adequate.

We were there for 3 nights and nobody came to our room to check on our coffee/tea needs. We had used the two tea bags the first morning and the coffees. We could have used a couple of towel replacements. A note said that every 3 days the towels and linens would be replaced, but I would think that they would check on us every day to ensure that we had everything we needed. The TV kept turning off on us while we were watching. It would come back on and we would have to start all over again to get to the show we were watching. Happened to others in the hotel also ( we talked to others staying in hotel). The parking was inadequate. We came back from town and found there was absolutely nowhere to park, even the roadside was full.

Convenient location which made facilitating my daughter back and forth to the volleyball tournament easy! Close to the freeway.. but my room was quiet. Liked having White Spot right there.. made eating out easier too.. and Tim's / MacDonald's were close by for my preferred morning cup of coffee.

That’s it was right off the highway

It was old & tired & our room had an unpleasant smell, which hit you the moment you walked in. The window looks out over a mess of bramble bushes , nothing else & was dirty. Room definitely overpriced.

There's no breakfast, just a discount coupon for the restaurant next door. Convenient location but it's noisy being beside the main hwy.

Noisy, lots of traffic noise due to being so close to the hwy. The hvac was very noisy, sounds like a circular saw cutting wood! Poor sound insulation between the floors and rooms. Sounded like a herd of Elephants running around above my room! Front desk person didn't ask how our stay was when we checked out.

i paid for a single room and they're was a joint door and the people next door kept knocking and they had a baby and it was crying it was very annyoing, and the bed is against the wall so people next door hear it sqeak terrible Experience

Great Hotel & White spot in building is convenient.

Rooms should have glass or plastic drinking glasses for guest use. Currently only drinking containers are paper, and that is not a pleasant mouth feel for cold drinks.

This was the cleanest hotel that we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. The beds were so plush and comfortable!

Hotel could use a back up generator. During our stay light went out for an hour or two while we have to get ready for a different place to go, but couldn’t go at time.

I liked the openness of the room. The layout had flow and was spacious for the 4 of us, with a cot bed in the room.

I would have liked a clean the second day of our stay but it didn't happen for some reason.

Convenience and facilities. If you have no high expectations it is okay to stay here. Hotels in Canada are all very low quality compared to Europe .
