Location was good close to bar and restaurants, staff were friendly and welcoming , lots of parking only critique is the pool hours were 10 to 10 they could be open at 8 for us early risers and people that check out earlier. So I did not get to use this amenity. Also the beds have aloud metal frame on beds that are loud to hit with feet or with movement in bed. But the room was super clean … good job housekeeping!

Numerous hairs left in shower/tub. Not the best room 205, right over the front door and noisy with check in and checkout with cars right outside loading and unloading.

Excellent communication with very friendly staff. We didn’t arrive until 2am and the reception waited for us to check in. Nice comfortable, clean room. Good breakfast and all in a convenient location.

Water slide was the highlight of the trip, staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive, cost was very high the added on pet fee and cot fee brought a double queen room up too like 300 for the night, TV is dated, and baseboards Definitely needed a good dusting, breakfast was very sad, only 2 choices of cereal and the apple juice was out, no sausages or bacon or muffins. Very very minimal options Cost for 1 night was too much, would have been okay with out the added on hidden costs. To sum up Great slide and staff Room was fair Good location Over priced Sad breakfast

Very noisy - we were on the 2nd floor and sounded like the people in room above us were dancing all night. I am disappointed that an organisation that calls itself ‘green’ uses disposable plates, cups and cutlery for breakfast service.

We stayed here for five nights while attending wedding events around Abbotsford. The room was simply fine – spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. The pool and gym were practically empty, which was actually a nice bonus. There were other guests in the hotel, but overall it was surprisingly quiet and felt quite private. For the price, the standard was pretty much exactly what we expected.

The view wasn’t exactly spectacular, basically a Walmart parking lot ;) but we knew what to expect, so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall, no real complaints.

Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Coffee in the room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was under stocked. I was there at 8am and it seemed several things were already out and not replenished. Its a basic breakfast bar which is fine, but there was basically cereal and toast remaining.

Everything was rather gross...stained couch, dirt in hot tub, big grease stains on comforter and one of the pillows was yellow. We actually debated asking for extra towels to put on the couch before sitting on it...

room was overall clean, but not aired. It had stale smell. Water pressure in the shower is non existent. Chair was broken and uncomfortable. As for the "breakfast"- it is a shame that it is advertised at all - cold rubbery boiled eggs, stale waffles, some butter and jam, one kind of cereal and small yogurts.

We asked front desk 4 times to get people above us to get the kids to stop running and bouncing a ball..went from 7pm to 1215 am they did nothing....got no sleep people yelling outside...heavy traffic noise...breakfast was gross coffee and soggy tough waffles and not much else to eat

Breakfast was not a continental breakfast absolutely aweful waffles were soggy and flat no muffins or anything sad when my kids won't eat waffles. We had to go out to supplement continental didnt cut it we have stayed at other super 8s decent selection. Pool wasnt open before 10 am we had a wedding to be at so kids were super disappointed they couldn't hit the pool we travelinf so far got in super late.

Everything was just right. The room was clean. It is close to Roger’s Forum.

We chose this location because it gave equal time and distances to the various things we wanted to do .

For me the beds were a bit firmer than I would have liked. But I like a softer bed than most I think hehe he.

I booked on line and did not notice that it was third party. I was travelling and had to be a special place by 3pm. I make note a number of times, if I get a key early. When I arrived to book in at 2pm give me time to get to my special party. No room had wait for half hour if I wanted the room I ordered. Therefore I had to take a lower class room. They gave me a total $10.00 refund. The person that I was dealing with never got of her chair all the time. Should review request from the third party you are dealing with. The breakfast was not the best no bacon or meal. Just a hard boil egg and waffles were old and chewly. Went for breaksfast before 10 am. The the room was full on young male and they were talking about going to McDonalds across the street. In fact some alright went to Tim Horton. I have stayed before and enjoy my meal. I had to stop on my trip to get something to eat. I hope you can do better in the future.

The hotel was easy to find.

The smell in the room there was a distinct odor.

My room was directly located across the train track. I’m a light sleeper. Whenever the train passed by, it was extremely loud especially. I was forced to wake up several times at night because of the train noise.

The property is close to shopping area and close to the area where we did our activities

Our room would not lock.. When we would leave and we shut the door all we had to do to open it was push on it.. We immediately told the front desk and they said they’d send someone up to fix it but they didn’t come to fix it for two days.. We had an 8 night stay in the hotel and so we really needed it fixed asap.. That’s really only issue, besides very little parking, that we had.

Breakfast was disappointing. One kind of toast, no bagels . Waffles empty, no cups at the coffee station, no bacon or sausages. No fruit selection. Just apples.

Our family stayed here for a month while our home was being renovated (2 kids: 3 and 4, plus our dog) and we had a really positive experience. The pool and waterslide were a huge highlight — the kids loved it and it made the stay feel fun instead of stressful. Having continental breakfast ready every morning was so convenient, and the guest laundry was a lifesaver for an extended stay. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, and the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. For a motel, this is incredible value — we’d absolutely stay again.

when I went out for the day when I got back I had to go both times to the front desk because my key didn't work.. Also maybe for people that can't figure out how the shower works just have the diagram of how it works put into each of the rooms.

Well priced, good location, rooms were clean and comfortable. underground parking and close proximity to a number of places to eat were bonuses.

For the price there was nothing that was disappointing about our stay.

The stay was very comfortable and convenient, and in my opinion great value in today's hotel market.

1. after having a shower I noticed the bathtub was slow to drain. If I had a bath it would have been more of a problem. 2. With the heater/ac at 3am my sinuses became very dry. We needed to turn it off and open the window for fresh air.I wonder if the filter needed to be cleaned or replaced. 3. I loved the pool and fitness facilities but 10 am is a rather late time to open. They should be available before people get started on their day, especially if check-out time is at 11am.
