Sink in room was weird...wasted space for comfort. No room for a comfortable chair...could have been laid out better.

Breakfast options were plenty - cereal, pastries, toast/bagels, oatmeal, waffles, coffee/juice/milk. Lots of seating for families, area was kept clean. Rooms were clean and had large fridge and microwave.

Hallways carried noise (we could hear the ice machine down the hall). The beds were comfortable enough but the box springs sounded like they were on their last legs.

Very basic, but clean and convenient location for our roadtrip. Free parking and an indoor pool.

The bed was too soft to our taste. Breakfast was below average; only a couple of croissants, dry bread (nothing to put on them really) and youghurt.

Easy check-in. I arrived late night. When I ran out of coffee, the staff gave me more. In my second stay, the coffee maker was broken but they immediately found me a new one. Very helpful!!

This is not a complaint. In my second stay, that room had a tub with a slow drain. I forgot to mention that to the staff. Room 315. I am sure that will be fixed asap. Overall wonderful stay!!!

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and a supermarket. The room was spotless and included a great breakfast. Staff very friendly, and the parking was plentiful. Great value.

This hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds as well as great showers. The breakfast has several options to choose from and served from 6-10.

A bit tricky to get to off the main road.

Price could have been a little lower. Hallway walls show wallpaper peeling, starting to show it's age a bit.

Location was good but a bit busy.

Stayed with our two dogs for 5 days, on day 3 we asked for house keeping to replace our towels and change our sheets. They did change the towels, however the remade the bed with the same sheets which we found very strange. The top sheet was visible soiled from the dogs having gone to the beach the day before but they just reused it anyways. Not the end of the world but weird considering I specifically asked for the sheets to be changed. AC did not work very well. Also I had asked to be close to the stairs as I usually take the dogs down and outside via the stairs so I'm not in the way of other guests, the front desk person nodded and put us in the room beside the stairs, only for me to go and use the stairs and the door at the bottom had a big sign saying "emergencies only. Alarm will sound if door is opened" why couldn't the front desk lady have said "you can't use those stairs to get outside"

Breakfast was good and the lady in cafeteria was friendly. Cleaning crew was great.

Front desk receptionist (Christiana) was extremely unpleasant. We reached there an hour ago and coming from a long flight. Requested her to help and she was adamant that the room is not ready and check in time is 3pm. We sat and waited and the cleaning lady informed her around 2:35-40 that the rooms are ready . I could hear her as I was sitting across and she still didn't let us check in even after informed that we have an event to reach at 4pm. She still kept on saying the room is not ready and went for lunch. I went back to the desk at 2:59 and asked her and she said the same so I had to ask her can we atleast start the paperwork where she asked her young colleague to start and that girl gave me the key as soon as she gave me the credit card back. I travel a lot and never had to wait anywhere in any country to wait for the exact time to enter the room. Never have I experienced such an unpleasant front desk though the young girl was trying to help but she was helpless due to this old lady who was unpleasant and rude for no reason. I was exhausted and let it go elsewhere I was in the mood to talk with the manager. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Very well organized check in, with friendly efficient front desk staff. Quiet evening, even with a hotel full of young rugby players.

Breakfast was a bit average. Standard sugary cereal, usual plastic yogurt and poor quality coffee creamer. Some fruit was around.

They upgraded my room for free and also gave me a gift bag. What a nice suprise!!

Smoking area needs cleaning and a sitting area under cover.

Our room was facing the highway, so the traffic noise was very loud. It woke me up several times throughout the night. The windows should be double paned to block the noise. Parking was also minimal.

Gute Lage als Durchfahrts-Hotel. Großer Parkplatz.

Zimmer direkt neben dem Raum mit Eisnaschine die dauernd wieder ansprang - sehr lautes Motorengeräusch - hellhörig. Frühstück verdient keine Erwähnung.

Asked for an early check in about 5 weeks ahead of time and the room was not ready when we arrived from our 5 hour drive as we had requested very unprofessional attitude by the front desk ladies

The kids loved the pool and the gym. The location was excellent, very close to nice restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfy. It was nice to have the kitchenette.

Breakfast was a little bit disappointing, no hot options and variety.

Continental breakfast was quite good, room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, our pets were welcomed with a minimal fee. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool or hot tub so can't rate those. Staff very pleasant and easy to deal with.

Crappy cheap breakfast. No egg station or sausage or bacon. Lack of protein. Just cereal. Sweets. Yogurt. Fruit. Breads. And very old cold boiled eggs.

There is a weird smell in the washroom and on the towels. Doesn’t feel super clean. Breakfast is basic, also the staff are not super welcoming. Not coming back.

Property is dated. The walls/doors are very thin and you can hear people going in and out with the doors auto slamming all day and night. No chair other than a desk chair in the room. No place to sit other than the bed.

The fridge kept running all night. There was a party going on until after 1am and nobody stopped it. There was a check-in lady was somewhat rude.

Internet and TV were down, photos of pool area show hottub but it has been removed and note on door says ‘they only advertise the pool’ - please also update photos. Rooms are tight. Metal bed frames are loud.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast and coffee decent with different milk alternatives. Staff was apologetic when wifi was down.

No hottub. I wouldn't have booked if I knew the hottub was out of commission. No Wi-Fi was tough with kids and expensive for us. Smell in the hallways of BO, I guessing the carpets need cleaning. Chairs in the lobby are dirty on the arms.

The hot tub wasn’t working.

Good location and staff friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the solid surface floors in the rooms. The morning breakfast was limited but OK. There were sports teams in the hotel but warning signage in multiple places discouraged noise in rooms and public areas, so hotel was quiet.

Parking was a problem as there is a Spaghetti Factory on the property which uses the same parking lot. The lot is full on the weekends so patrons that arrive later in the afternoon/evening or go out in the late afternoon have to park at the funeral home next door. The rooms could really use 2 comfortable chairs. The 1 chair that we had in our room was a very ancient, uncomfortable, dirty, torn computer chair on wheels. This needs to be addressed! The price I thought was high. Pool was closed for cleaning the day we arrived and the sign was still up the next afternoon. I finally asked and the pool was open. Hot tub is permanently closed.

The Coast Abbotsford has a handy location to the highway and to Rogers Forum, ample parking, a decent continental breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. We were able to check in early, which was a huge bonus, and our very clean room had a small kitchenette, 2 comfortable beds, and a tub and shower in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel :)

The price of $199+tx/ fees on a Monday night in Abbotsford booked months in advance seems high, but not a complete dealbreaker, as the amenities and service provided were stellar :)

The breakfast was so-so. Cold hard boiled eggs aren’t very appealing. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage would improved it greatly. Also, the facility should negotiate parking space with Old Spaghetti Factory. The parking lot cleared greatly after OSF closed.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant

We were upgraded to a suite which was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety to choose from.

Overall good. Like that there is real cutlery for breakfast. Would be better with real plates and cups, better for the environment. Note good that an outdoor ashtray was there for smokers, but it was broken and most of the butts were on the ground below the ashtray. Needs repairing and Butte cleaned up. Then ashtray maintenance would be a good idea.

The compost was closed. Staff said they did not want to attract fruit flies. They are easy to manage. Just use compostable bags and seal up right away after breakfast or when full for pickup. Compost in garbage produces methane gas at the landfill. A very bad greenhouse gas, 10 times worse than carbon dioxide. Also there used to be a waffle machine, frozen ones not as nice as freh made. For juice switch to paper cups, better than plastic. Or even better glass cups for juice and ceramic coffee mugs.

Comfy bed, good brekky, close to highway to continue our trip.
