Kept hearing footsteps above us. Requested a different room for the next night and was told there would be nobody above us that night. 1:30 am more footsteps. I probably should have slept in my car.

The room was great and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

Only issue was we went to take hot tub in morning but pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning.. would like to have known in advance

The site is well located close to the US border, easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the onsite Rickys Diner provided a good selection of cold beer and very tasty, hot food.

I like having everything on site ie. restaurant, provided breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the stafff was friendly. The location was perfect for my needs.

Excellent location. Easy to find. We were very comfortable with the location for some isolated quiet time. Close to exit so easy to walk the dogs. Liquor store across the street but I did not go. Ricky's restaurant attached (we didn't go only because we were already full). Great reception. Even the security guards were helpful. Buffet ladies were great..tipped one if them. She was amazing with her service.

There was not one thing I could fault. Its location right off a highway exit, within city shopping, restaurants and close to the Abbotsford International Airport.

La qualité du petit déjeuner était vraiment moyen, la nourriture était très basique et sans goût, j'ai été choquée qu'il existe encore des établissements qui utilisent des ustensiles jetables de nos jours, l'assiette, les couverts, les tasses, le lait, le beurre, la confiture, la pâte à tartiner, etc.... tout est en packaging jetable, et dans une poubelle unique avec aucun tri !!!! La planète n'est pas assez polluée comme ça ?? Vraiment il y a un effort à faire à ce sujet !!

Not your fault, but I walk every morning and I wasn’t entirely comfortable due to the homeless scattered around on clear brook. Also, it appears you could use more room cleaning staff. 4:00 is a bit late for some travellers and arriving a bit early, you get the standard answer..oh, your room isn’t ready

Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms made it a very comfortable temperature. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy.

Very clean rooms

Breakfast was good lots of different options. Location was easy to find not much around for walking to shops or anything like that.

The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that the pool was closed for renovations. They did offer us the option to use the pool at another location down the road, which we appreciated. However, we didn’t find out until we arrived, and my kids had been looking forward to a quick swim before bed.

In my room the drawers of the dresser wouldn't close, so I had to sit my luggage in front of the dresser. I reported the issue the day I checked in it was never addressed.💁‍♀️😢

The Keurig wasn't working. The confusion of staying in another building than reception. The water stains on ceiling made it feel old. It felt different than pictured. Pillows were too big.

It was easy to find coming from Vernon BC. The staff at front desk was very friendly and quick to get me booked in. I love how clean it was and well appointed decor and furniture in the lobby and my room. It was very quiet even though busy streets are everywhere. The breakfast is amazing! Everything is fresh and there's a huge selection of food and beverages.

Rigid waiting time to check in, even though rooms were available. We waited long to be exactly on time for check-in. No flexibility.

The night we was there people was slamming doors late and room above us sound like a people was running around. Soundproofing is not best but that like most places.

Courtyard in the lobby was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Felt clean

Pool is small and not really suited for adults. Breakfast coffee is really bad. Lobby coffee is better but they dont have milk or cream available, just whitener. Room was basic. Bathroom was too small and awkward. Shower was low pressure. Breakfast was mediocre at best No rollaway beds available. Warning - pullout couch is a single, not a double. Area isnt great to walk around. There are convenience stores within 10 min walk, but it isnt pleasant. Elementary school across the street has a playground and field if you have kids to exercise

The bath room lock was faulty. We were having tough time two times opening it after it was locked from inside.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. It was a very quiet and comfortable place .

They wouldn’t let us stay there because we live in Abbotsford. Our boiler was out of order for 4 days and we just wanted to stay in a hotel and have a hot shower. They are not nice people there.

The breakfast, room and staff were excellent.

Both pools were out of commission. Our room was approved to be ready between 2 to 3 p.m. but was not. No one told us the pools were out of order. The pools were part of the reason we booked the hotel. They could have told us that and given the option to go to another hotel before we got settled in. Sarah the manager was very helpful once I talked to her. We asked for a discount since there was no pool and she gave us one.

Bed was comfortable, but hard to get out one side as was too tight against the wall. Bathroom is small with toilet and tub all in one room. Breakfast had lots of choice & was good. Liked the flooring with no carpeting. Our room was quiet, but this hotel is close to the #1 freeway.

Move the king bed farther from the wall.

Noise in front of the building from like 3/4am until 6am was not what we expected when arriving with the late flight from Toronto. Gym was small, dark and not very well equipped. Not like on the photos.

Central to the expressways. Staff that checked me in were excellent polite and efficient.

I woke at 6 am with a terrible headache I called the front desk immediately to request an additional day. While they were happy to accommodate, I had to move rooms?? It is unclear why because at 6 AM there were multiple rooms just like the one I am staying in available on Booking.com and at noon today when I dragged myself out with luggage and feeling still unwell, there is still multiple rooms exactly as I was in available on Booking.com. Why they couldn’t allow me to keep my own room. I will never know, but that is very poor customer service. Shame on you I’m travelling across the country and I will not stay in another best western.

The room is pretty good. And the receptionist was a nice lady. Gave us the quiet room taking into account that this hotel is right on the road. So that was good.

I hate this LED lamps in the room. It is so cold, not cozy. I just do not understand why hotel owners do it. One of the reasons I hate staying in such hotels. Can you use yellow warm lamps to create this warm nice feeling? Is it too expensive or what? It is written - good breakfast. It is a regular cheap breakfast with very low quality food. Sorry. Never it eat. But I know there are people who like it. My kids couldn’t drink even “juice” The second reason I do not like staying in such hotels.

The staff were nice and the room was clean.

The beds were hard and the pillows were worse. Like rocks. The tub didn't drain and the toilet ran constantly. No sound proofing between the floors and you ckuld hear the noisy guest upstairs as well as the water in the pipes all night.

I stayed at Kamloops and Abbotsford both were very comfortable, clean and safe. I had a great sleep and the food was great as well.

The pool in our building was out of action, it was annoying to trek over each time. Reception staff were pot luck if you had someone helpful or extremely disinterested.

It was not a great experience this time been staying here for more than 4 years used to be my permanent spot in abbotsford.Always booked through expedia never got treated the way i got treated this time.The big lady who checked me in was probably having a bad day at work when me and my wife checked in she was very rude and showed us a really bad attitude when we asked for a bottle of water saying that you are not a privileged for water it is only for members. This was seriously something that i was not expecting in form of customer service at this place. Thanks and never staying here

When we went to check out we locked our keys in the car. Amar who was working at the desk was very helpful. He was able to unlock our car and get the keys out. All the staff have been great every time we stayed there but this time Amar went above and beyond to help us out.

Although we choose not to have our complimentary breakfast, we were surprised with all the amazing options to eat! The hotel was very very clean, the decorating colors (walls, carpets, wall pictures, etc) blended nicely and gave a relaxing feel to the hotel. The price was affordable for us because we booked in advance through a third party site so we received a great rate. The staff was professional, kind, and diligent. The convenience of the Ricky's restaurant attached to the hotel was a bonus! (Ricky's was impeccably clean, great food and amazing service!!!)

There was not a single thing about our stay that I could have been critical about, even if I tried.
