The price is awesome. The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is the best among other ones we had on this trip.

A bit further from Jasper about 1 hour, but we love the view along the way, the gas price here, and stores and places to eat nearby.

Location was an hour out of Jasper which suited us. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms

The receptionist on our first night was polite, though she had limited options to fully help us.

A horrific and dishonest experience. When we checked in, our first room had closed windows and an overwhelming mold smell. After reporting it, we were made to wait 15 minutes—only to be shown a second room with all the windows left wide open. Hotels do not leave windows wide open at night for no reason. This was a clear attempt to mask the smell. The second room smelled slightly better at first, but the mold smell was still present and far from acceptable. However, because it was extremely late at night and we were in a rural area with zero alternative lodging options, we had no choice but to stay. The moment we closed the windows to stop freezing, the suffocating mold smell quickly returned in full force. We were forced to reopen them and essentially freeze all night. My sister has asthma and couldn't breathe or sleep in these hazardous conditions. We reported the issue again during the night and asked to leave, but the receptionist said she had no authority to help further and told us to speak with the manager in the morning. In the morning, the manager was completely dismissive and rude. Despite seeing photo evidence of the mold and being informed of my sister's asthma, she refused to take any responsibility or issue a refund for our unused second night, simply dumping the blame on Booking.com. To make matters worse, even when Booking.com contacted the hotel directly on our behalf, management still refused to authorize a refund for the night we didn't stay. ​Instead of enjoying our trip, we were forced to waste valuable time finding emergency alternative lodging and managing medical care for my sister's asthma flare-up in a foreign country. They used cheap tricks to hide unsafe conditions and showed zero care for health, basic honesty, or customer care. Avoid at all costs!!

Quiet location in Hinton. This is one hour from Jasper town. If you want budget friendly place to stay not too far from the park this is it.

It’s a bit dated but still clean so all good. Let’s see it as 80s charm ;)

Free breakfast was pretty solid

The layout was very awkward, the king bed was downstairs completely open to the rest of the apartment. The appliances were very old, fridge/freezer were not clean, the hot plate was not clean, the carpet and furniture smelled of stale cigarette smoke despite the room being non-smoking, the ceiling fan was very noisy. The area outside the room smelled of garbage.

I was very happy to check in early because I was traveling with my 2 young children. I was happy with the breakfast. It was very nice to have a later check out 11am was perfect for me! Also it was awesome that we were assigned a room on the main level of the hotel & I could park right outside my room.

The hotel location is a bummer because it's noisy by the highway but obviously there's not much that can be done about that! It was a drag that my room had to be paid before I arrived booking.com. I was planning to use a different credit card for my stay.

the room we stayed at only has 1 AC to share for the entire room that has an upstairs bedroom. Overall, the room was great.

The room was equipped with the basic necessities, but the overall look and furnishings felt old and outdated. The TV had very limited channel options, which was disappointing.

Great loft suite suitable for two couples, and an infant. Kitchenette was very useful, and the second bathroom was an added bonus. Very comfortable!! Great value !! Breakfast included was perfect for all. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Shower curtain needs cleaning/replacing, made bathroom smelly, but otherwise everywhere appeared clean.

The staff was very friendly and the location was just off the Trans Canada which was convenient.

We rented the family suite for the night and the upstairs was quite warm as it did not have a separate air conditioner. The air conditioner was on the first floor only. Breakfast is only served until 9:00 a.m., it would have been nice if it was available until 10:00 a.m.

Room size was generous. Location suited us well. Breakfast was hearty.

In general the facility is older than we anticipated, and maintenance is falling behind. Noisy water pipes contributed to less sleep than usual.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer über 2 Etagen. Es war okay für die 2 Nächte. 2 große Fernseher wo man Fußball gucken konnte das war das größte Plus. Frühstück war okay.

Die Küchennische war halbwegs funktionstüchtig aber definitiv schon in die Jahre gekommen. Draußen war das Hotel nicht so schön und auch nicht viel drum herum man braucht halt ein Auto. Wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht wieder kommen.

The front desk agent was very welcoming and well behaved.

This property exceeded my expectations, the rooms were very roomy and my co worker and I shared a suite so nice to have 2 full baths in the room. Would recommend this property to everyone. Breakfast was a bonus.

No remote for tv,had to get front desk to turn tv on,toilet way to small,not right size for anyone,airconditer did not work and,left room get food someone took parking spot had to walk carry suitesand stuff,should not have to walk far ,should be hesitated parking, other guest should be told that.

The free breakfast was not what I was expecting.. Instead I was able to get a delicious breakfast and help me continue our journey to the north. Coffee was fantastic.. Love the loft suit, to have my own space after being with two teenagers for 8 hours, it was heavenly! Bed and pillows so cozy, just made it so difficult to get out of bed. Staff was amazing and kind.

We didn’t have a good sleep because the heating system was very noisy and woke us up every time it started up. Sounded like loud creaking in the wall. (Room 120)

Room was neat and tidy, however, the bathroom sink was plugged and could not be used. Free breakfast was OK, and attendant did a good job of keeping the table-tops clean and the room tidy.

The light switches were a bit tricky to find and a couple light bulbs were burnt out.

The extensive loft was particularly welcome as we were a couple and a non-family single. Perfect for the three of us. Very well equipped kitchen that I hadn't expected. Most welcome breakfast.

I felt like a nuisance to the front stuff. They are the most un-accommodating bunch I’ve ever came across. This property has great potential but has some areas that are lacking. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Rooms are spacious.

Nothing really I can say that I liked except for location.

We were given a room with a very strong, stinky or unpleasant odor that made it extremely difficult to stay, let alone sleep comfortably. Based on this experience, it seems likely that other rooms may have the same issue. Additionally, the property does not have an elevator, which made carrying luggage to an upstairs room inconvenient. We managed to get through the night but chose to check out early the next morning. Thankfully, our stay was brief.

We had a family suite which allowed us more space and 2 bathrooms, as well as a galley kitchen. The room was clean and quiet with more amenities than many modernized hotels. Though the property has a dated look, it was perfect for what we needed and provided comfortable beds.

Good highway motel which was clean and relatively quiet.

The room we were in was excellent. Spacious, clean, all the amenities one would expect, plus a kitchen area. (No cooktop, but that was okay). In addition to all that a bonus area! An upstairs loft with a king bed, a 3/4 bath, also very spacious. Probably one of the top three best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. What I didn’t like was the policy of charging an additional $100 damage deposit upon check in, without prior notice. The free breakfast was a real disappointment. Mystery meat labeled as sausage, what looked like powdered eggs made into little patties, and beans? But there was cold cereal as an option, and the apple juice tasted good.

The unit had two rooms, one above the other, providing privacy and spaciousness. However, the furnishings were old; the exterior appeared rundown, especially the floor outside the unit. The nightstand clock did not work. One ceiling lamp did not function. The breakfast did not have decaffeinated coffee.
