Best Western Plus Hinton Inn & Suites

grosszügiger Raum

Küche war nicht sauber, Ausstattung dazu mangelhaft

The lady at the registration desk was very rude. We booked on booking.com and had to wait for 20 minutes before she would check us in.

The room was large and clean with a kitchenette and dining table. It was value for money with a buffet breakfast included.

Included buffet breakfast including being a community gluten free options for my daughter who is coeliac

Had to request drinking water for room

The pool area looked uninviting.

Ótimo café da manhã

Ar condicionado e TV c defeitos

Service Personal

Cleanliness...coffee and water stations...hottub and pool...breakfast was excellent

I thought I was getting a kitchenette...it was only tiny fridge and microwave

Breakfast

Free breakfast and comfortable suite

Having to leave 250.00 deposit upon checking in

Ok colazione inclusa

Komfortables 3 Sterne Hotel in Hinton.

Super clean, great amenities, kind and helpful staff, comfortable beds, quiet, and GREAT breakfast with lots of options for everyone.

Located in Hinton, about an hour from Jasper where we spent most of our time. Still, a good value and less costly option that staying in Jasper town and the drive to and from each day was filled with incredible views!

We like that the breakfast is included, and there’s lot of options. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely we will booked again in this hotel.

None so far.

Breakfast only offered minimum choice and variety. No choice of bread, too mich convenience

Comfort

Nothing really

Breakfast was really good! Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable.

Shower is so so, the stream is very soft.

The room was so big for four people (two king beds), clean and comfortable (the beds were awesome), the furnitures were old fashion but correct. We had table and mini kitchen to cook.

The hotel it’s located outside the town, it’s near some companies that in the morning smells so bad, I don’t know why. The breakfast it’s not so good and always the same with some changes, but was the best in our trip….

spacious and clean room,good breakfast

the breakfast timing was till 9:30am even on sat/sunday. Also, there should be more guest laundry machines(only 2 at present and people don't take out clothes once they are done)

It is an exceelent hotel. We stayed in a suite and it was huge. The common areas (like the lobby) were very clean and posh. House-keeping was below expected standards but it is worth it to stay in this excellent hotel! Breaksfast is nice (for example, they had two waffle makers and an excellent range of teas and coffees). You can make a drink whenever you want in the lobby whilst wathching TV or reading a book or just simply relaxing. This is an excellent hotel and I would highly reccomend it for people who are travelling into Jasper or are visiting Hinton.

The hotel was very clean, with everything we needed. There was a completely beverage machine at the lobby that is accessible for 24 hours. Breakfast was buffet style, with make your own waffles station. If you stay more than one night, they switch around the hot items 😊 Staff were very professional and friendly. Very easy access from the highway, good alternative stay from pricy Jasper hotels.

Clean , great facility’s . Brilliant staff

My target destination was Jasper hiking trails and Hinton location was a bit farther than I would have preferred. The prohibition against AirBNB's in the area is unfortunate. Desk staff were not very friendly.

Camera

Zona colazione troppo affollata e qualità medio-bassa nel settore dolce.

Lovely family room. Staff very nice.

Room layout and cleanliness

Prima locatie , goede bedden.

Quite spacious room

Very poor breakfast Poor quality Poor choice

Location, size of room, facilities

Terrible service. For two of our 4 day visit, we had no room cleaning service. Despite mentioning this to the reception, nothing was done except a phone call to put room at 10:15pm to see if we were happy with the service.

It was clean and staff were friendly.

Everything

Nothing

Frühstück

Location was good. It was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing.

Duży pokój, wygodna lokalizacja

Pomimo wyłączenia klimatyzacji nawiew działał dość głośno

Location was excellent as were the ambience and facilities made available to us. We appreciate the sincerity and warmth of the housekeeping staff, specially Prince.

None that we could possibly complain about!

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Too far from Jasper

I like everything a hotel can offer

Nothing

Location and cleanliness.

Reception on arrival and poor communication from staff.

Loved it. So clean breakfast was amazing 👏

Nice amenities in the hotel with really spacious rooms, modern room decor, bathroom fixtures etc. and comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good as well including the variety present so definitely value add for the location and the price paid. There is a restaurant in the property even though we did not visit since there are other options in the town that are fairly close by even though this particular hotel is kind of one end of the small town. Of course if you are first time coming here, be aware that due to the pulp mill here, you will likely encounter very strong sulphur or rotten fish like smell in the area (which honestly I wish the hotel advertised it since we thought some one was cooking fish in their rooms). I found out about the smell when I stayed for another night on my way back from Jasper in another hotel in Hinton. Now the worst thing is that the hotel should really invest in some cybersecurity or getting systems that are functional and does not require the guests to provide credit cards where the front desk people type in the credit card numbers and in the process either steal it or have the information get stolen by malware that results in credit cards being stolen for fraud. Yes that is exactly what happened to me at checkin where the front desk said their credit card scanners were not working and they took down my credit card number assuring everything was safe and lo behold in just a few days, sure my credit card information was being used by some one in Singapore to buy stuff off of tiktok. Thankfully my credit card company flagged it and I had to go through the ordeal of cancelling the card of course.

The hotel was comfortable

More options for breakfast required

Nice location

Some staff not really friendly

Very convenient had everything we needed. As well as being clean.

Parents + 2 adult kids. Sleeping arrangements in the two queen + sofa twin were excellent. Everything was new, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Ample and professional staff. Very nice breakfast area and good options. All-day coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch, and the lobby itself was a very pleasant sitting area.

Very clean up to date.

Although I asked several times our rooms were not next door which was difficult with kids in different rooms. We also thought our room would have a double pull out but it was only a single which wasn't great for 2 kids.

Everything was great. Fantastic value for money. Great space in the Queen double room we booked. Very friendly and accommodating staff

We were a family of 5 and only 2 bath towels in the room. In saying that, both times we asked for extra we did get them

1. Spacious, clean, and modern rooms with a mini kitchen and comfortable lounging area. 2. Convenient location with ample parking, making it a great stopover when travelling to or from Jasper and Banff. 3. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of tasty options. 4. Water dispenser in the lobby for refilling bottles, which was a thoughtful addition. 5. Coffee machine in the lobby that made great coffee, hot chocolate, and specialty drinks. 6. Good Swimming pool and fitness centre. 6. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay with good value for money.

1. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Despite requesting a room cleaning in advance and coordinating with housekeeping, the room was not serviced as promised. 2. The response from the front desk regarding the housekeeping issue lacked empathy and professionalism, which made the interaction disappointing. 3. Mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. 4. Bathroom & Bedroom lighting was too dim, making it difficult to get ready. 5. No bottled water or kettle provided in the room.

The breakfast was nothing special.

The front desk staff.

Tout parfait

Super grote kamer.

Everything is clean, nice staff, nice b.f.

The mattress sinks in too much.

Clean

Location was good. Easy Accessible from the east and the west! Helpful, Caring Staff. Rooms clean. & Quiet Breakfast was great, lots of choice, hot and cold!

Location

Switching rooms to 2 Queen beds gave us a bathtub.

We needed to ask for extra towels

Hotel was clean and accessible. Friendly staff and great hotel

Beds weren't comfortable. Too soft, could feel springs.

I found a bedbugs in a bedside drawer. Was moved to another room that a staff member had obviously been watching TV in. TV was on to a hockey game and the toilet had been used. My concerns were dismissed when brought to management's attention. Bedbugs happen. Get some mattress covers to protect your beds. Listen to your guests concerns.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The pool and gym were great.

The breakfast was quite good. The pool and gym were good.

It was too remote to walk anywhere.

Everything was very nice really gud time

Nothing

Great breakfast! Awesome experience, clean and spacious room and amenities.

Breakfast was really good and well maintaned. Staff memebers were replenishing everything even before they were all gone. Room was clean and quiet even though the hotel was full.

Nothing we didnt like

Breakfast was great.

Lack of larger size shampoos.

it was clean and comfortable. They understood our request very well and accommodating. pool was extremely clean. Only problem we had was we found a cloth that as hidden behind the furniture. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast we had.

all good except it was bit further from Jasper. but not too far to make things difficult
