Good location, about 50 mins from Jasper but amazing drive. Lovely staff, good breakfast, room had everything what we needed.

When we checked in i believe the sheets hasn’t been changed but i they replaced room for us with apology.

It was very good to have breakfast in the hotel and tea/coffee 24h available

In breakfast area there is only one toaster oven ,so sometime we had to wait in line

They accommodated us late at night during the Hinton power outage. The staff was very helpful.

Location was convenient on our way from Jasper to Edmonton. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable to get a good sleep.

No elevator, it was inconvenient to carry luggage. Staff helped to carry it to the room and bring it down when we checked out. Not much options for breakfast. It was quite basic. We skipped it.

Frühstücks Raum viel zu klein , einfaches Frühstück, cerealien , Eier pattys Kartoffeln Ecken, Bohnen Würstchen und Toast und Saft. Einfache Qualität.

No está limpio. El baño y sobre todo el inodoro dan micho asco. Recogen la habitación fatal. Hacen las camas de mala manera. Osea lamentable de verdad. Los pasillos de la pensión (porque hotel no se le puede llamar) parecen de hospital. La ubicación es mala porque no esta cerca de nada caminando.

Room size is bigger compared to the other hotels we stayed.

The staff named Corbin was rude to us when we asked for toiletries needed for the second day stay. He said “Isn’t that too excessive?” Considering we are 4 in the room.

Ontbijt was prima, werd voldoende aangevuld. Ontbijtruimte aan de kleine kant. Rustige omgeving.

Es war äußerlich unscheinbar, doch sehr schön, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet im Inneren. Es war sehr sauber. Die gesamte Einrichtung war in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und die Servicekraft extrem aufmerksam.

Die Fahrtzeit nach Jasper ist mit 1 h gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett. Es war gut zu finden und auch ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort. Beim Einchecken wurden wir mit der Nachricht überrascht, dass wir ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen haben und somit hatten wir ein Maisonette Zimmer bzw. Familien-Suite. Tolle Ausstattung und viel Platz.

Dass das Hotel etwas sehr abseits gelegen hat, fanden wir nicht so gelungen, man war schon fast aus dem Prt raus. Für unsere Zwecke der Zwischenübernachtung aber ok. Es gab trotzdem zwei Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen.

Chambres spacieuses, personnel agréable, lit très confortable, rideaux permettant de dormir dans le noir, frigo dans la chambre

Les échantillons de gel douche et de shampoing n'ont pas été remplacés (permettent 2 utilisations, on a dû utiliser le nôtre), pas d'ascenseur, la femme de ménage passait dans la salle de bain mais pas dans la chambre, petit-déjeuner vraiment décevant, le syphon de la baignoire fonctionnait mal, bruit du frigo un peu gênant pour la nuit

The check-in process was fine and the location was acceptable.

The hotel urgently needs a renovation—everything felt flimsy and run-down. There was a terrible smell upon arrival, and we couldn't even take a bath because the bathtub plug/stopper was missing. On top of that, the breakfast was very low quality and tasted completely artificial.

Great location to visit Jasper National Park. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good enough to start the day.

Thin walls and floors above. Therefore constant disturbance from people moving around.

The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable Tea and coffee is provided in the rooms as well as in reception Location is good if you don’t mind a drive to Jasper: it’s about an hour away. Lots of facilities around the hotel, just not as scenic as Jasper itself, although the drive into Jasper from Hinton is wonderful.

The breakfast is adequate, not a lot of choice, no fruit, no yogurts left on our second morning, beans were yuck, sausage hard and egg patties just warm. The dining room is small, definitely not enough seating for the amount of guests. Other than that, really nice place to stay and good value for money.

Rooms were big, hotel had laundry and okay breakfast, 1 hour drive from Jasper, there was shops and restaurants nearby

Continental breakfast was a bonus. Nothing fancy but better than having to drive to eat breakfast. Beds very comfortable, staff very friendly.

We had a very noisy family above us. At midnight I had to get the night clerk to intervene. I was surprised how the noise carried down to us. Like most hotels they only give fresh towels after 3rd night unless you ask. They removed our bath towel rug but never replaced and when we checked into our room we had no face cloths. I do think the garbage should have been emptied daily when beds were made.

Staff were so helpful and kind. The room was spotless. Definitely stay there again

Closer to the highway, the room is spacious and the reception had coffee and hot water round the clock.

Beds werent comfortable, place was dated, could hear everything between the walls, there was a hole in the wall in our room, breakfast was not good.

There were a couple of hiccups during my stay, like a double booking (not the staff’s fault) and a TV that wasn’t working, but the team fixed those pretty quickly. The real problem was the shower: it was completely clogged, and there was no one available to fix it. They didn’t offer any other solution either, like switching rooms, so using it was honestly pretty gross.

Ik kreeg de dag dat ik zou inchecken te horen dat het hotel gesloten is. Waardoor ik last minute iets anders moest gaan zoeken. Het ziet er van buiten verlaten uit en lijkt onderkomen. Wat ik hier hoor van locals is niet naartoe gaan!

We had to ask to change rooms twice as both rooms had not be cleaned. Urine and pubic hair on both toilets. One toilet had feces on underside lid. Both rooms beds had shocking amounts of hair and staining on the sheets and pillows. The 3rd room we were offered was barely acceptable, we had a late check in and did not want to change rooms again so we just called it a day and accepted the 3rd room. We were to have an early check out so the continental breakfast was required so we could get on the road asap. To our surprise there was no staff and a note stating no breakfast was to be served. I only booked this hotel because of the late check in and breakfast offered This was a let down

Staff at night on 12th June 2025 was a bit rude and did not welcome us at all. He did not even show us the room correctly; instead, after 5 hours of driving, we had to walk around to find the room, and even though the room was just beside the reception, he did not even tell us where the room was located. The room was excellent, clean sheets, clean towels, air conditioning was pristine.

The fitness center was in disrepair. You don't need to buy machines, you can get away with plenty of calisthenics equipment or foam rollers with gymnastics floor mats. People enjoy fresh scrambled eggs, or any type of eggs in the morning. Set up a small portion orders with foods low in saturated fat and sugar. Low calorie drinks are popular and cheap. Many travelers dislike prepackaged foods with many additives, you will receive poor reviews from offering "food-like" substances.

There was no hot water for shower..for breakfast only boiled egg and bread even after paying high price for the room.

Missing an elevator. Window was missing screen. Would have liked some pastries for breakfast.

Room was clean and cosy. Staff very friendly. The desk person was helpful with directions and recommended restaurant close by. Cleaning staff had a greeting and smile. Felt very welcome there and will recommend it and return myself.

Convenient to explore the area. Great little restaurant just next door for handy evening meals. Quiet, easy to find.

Breakfast was great, the staff were awesome and really went above and beyond with helping out when we had any issues, even giving us tips on where to see the Northern Lights and helping us out when we had a flat tyre.
