Great customer service, nice and clean facility

이건 직접 가 봐야 알 수 있는 정보인데, 냄새가 너무 많이 났어요. 바닥 카펫에서 나는 냄새인지, 전체적으로 밴 냄새인지 모르겠지만 빨래 덜 말리면 나는 듯한 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났어요. 외출하고 오면 더욱 잘 느껴져 힘들었습니다.

planned to arrive 2 days early foe a cruise and found the Vancouver downtown rates to be ridiculous (world cup) so we blindly booked here...a great choice and we were not the only cruisers staying here.....friendly staff ...clean rooms... and a very good restaurant

The man can't remember his name he was so friendly. Check in on Jan 15 after 3:00. We ate at fixin bar and grill, food was excellent ,on the Jan15 best burger and fries and chicken and fries . the next night husband picked it up and it was also good and the bar tender was very nice to my husband ,the bar tender even bought him a beer while he waited. We only travel to the Greater Vancouver area for a quick visit to family and friends for a night or two so we just look for mid range hotels that give us a good night's sleep and a reasonable breakfast. We don't expect too much. This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded expectations. The breakfast was great. It was a separate but attached restaurant with proper cutlery and real scrambled eggs. It was nice to sit in a restaurant with good food, rather than the usual cafeteria setting. For a hotel at this price point that is very rare. The staff at the hotel were great and the rooms were modern and roomy.

Nothing much to say. We had a problem with the TV but the staff responded quickly. The back side of the hotel faces the freeway and you could hear it a bit in the morning but wasn't a problem.

HVAC system was very loud and never shut off. Broken toilet seat. They need a lot more focus on room maintenance.

It feels like an older well worn property. It was definitely a budget choice for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing bad, but nothing really outstanding either. I was disappointed that the coffee in the lobby ended at 10am as I was looking for a refill when I checked out. Other than that, I would definitely return. It’s a clean comfortable place and a good value.

Very comfortable room and bed. Staff were not very organized and didn't give me a breakfast voucher, which caused confusion when I went for breakfast.

The room was clean and updated but you could tell that the room had been smoked in at some point. The area the hotel is in is loud with lots of traffic going by making noise. Noise would probably be better if you are in a room away from the road. Staff were nice, it was fine for what we needed.

Everything else was very and above satisfactory but they should try and air the room or ease on the air freshener but i enjoyed my stay regardless. Very nice hotel

One bed felt like we slept on a slab of stone or table if you need a different comparison. The other bed wasnt much better. Crumbs of whatever in corners. Missing typical things like tea/coffee pods for the mini unit provided.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights....we had not been here since pre-Covid and really enjoyed our stay . Found the hotel and staff just as great as before. The hotel has an excellent location with very close proximity to Canada Hwy 1. The front desk staff are super attentive and always courteous with either Rachel (Mngr.), Charlie, Cecil and Priscilla present. Our room was comfortable; the restaurant service was pretty good with Antonia during breakfast and Jaspreet in the evenings. The selection of breakfast items is quite respectable (esp with lots of fresh fruit) and Chef Supreet? makes awesome veg omelettes upon request.

Great property

This hotel was fabulous! The front desk was so helpful and polite they made the whole stay. Rooms were clean and bright and comfortable. The location is great, close to food and groceries. Pool was fun for the kids, coffee in the mornings was free and tasted great. Would definitely recommend.

It was in a convenient location and the staff were nice but the AC didn’t work in my room. It was very noisy by the pool. The windows were very dirty! I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location, good service and very clean but definitely outdated. We got the executive room with the sofa bed which was not very comfortable and an old sofa where you could feel the springs.

We got the first floor and our room was right beside the parking lot so we couldn’t even open the curtains as there were always people in the parking lot and they could see us .so we didn’t have privacy .so the whole time we couldn’t open the curtains

Pleasant stay

Staff are polite and professional. The hotel is showing aged, dark and furnitures needs updating. Although the concept of breakfast was good because of the diner attached to it, the food that was served the days that we were there were not fresh. They felt like leftovers. Not worth what we included on the price. You will get a decent breakfast elsewhere.

Nice clean hotel with free parking and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Staff at the hotel restaurant were extremely friendly and showed us around the buffet and got us Togo boxes since we were in a hurry. They had scrambled and boiled eggs and in addition they could make any other kind of eggs on order. They also had the usual bacon, sausage potatoes, and continental stuff. The room was clean and housekeeping was effecient. Platinum status got us a thank you during checkin and the 2 passes for breakfast. Wouldn't provide passes for the kids which some other marriots have done. It was $18 each if we chose to pay for breakfast. No upgrade either even though they had suites available.

Stayed here during a hockey tournament weekend. I have only positive things to say - it was clean, the beds were comfortable, quick check-in and worry-free check-out, the housekeeping services were awesome, and above all the front desk service was brilliant. All personnel were hospitable and kind, yet I wish to give a huge shoutout to the two ladies at the from-desk on this weekend - Blanca and Priscilla.

This was a great stop for the start to our trip. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was in excellent condition. The dining area was clean and the food was very good. Due to a long day we decided to eat supper there and the meal was perfect. We had the free breakfast the next day before checking-out and it was also perfect. The area around the hotel had a neighborhood feel to it but was also very close to any business you might be looking for.

There was a long hair on the towel so it makes you wonder if there cleaning the room well

Staff quick to check room out to see if it’s smelled of smoke but they denied it smelt. They said they could not change us rooms and only offered spray for the room. The bathroom fan was so loud it woke up other parties in the night.

It actually smells in the room. It’s dirty. Musty and overdue for a reno. Cannot believe this is a Marriott. I stay in over 100 Marriott’s a year. This is the worst one I have ever stayed in. They should be embarrassed Would be better off in your car

check in and out easy. It has underground secure parking. Staff was nice. Only issue was the mattress on bed and fold out couch were past there best date.
