The bed was very comfortable and having the kitchen was a bonus. Staff were excellent and the room was clean.

we stayed here and would highly recommend it! all the rooms have been recently renovated and were so clean. the room had a kitchen (they all do) and laundry. what a bonus as we were there for 11 days! Patrick and the rest of the staff were sooo nice and helpful. the room was so quiet you could not hear the other suites. great location close to lots of malls.

I always really enjoy anytime I get to stay here when I come down to visit for work, the rooms are spacious the Inn suite kitchen washer dryer and dishwasher are always awesome but we really makes the place pop off is the people Two staff members really made my stay memorable and that was Husan and Prosper they helped me with a tricky urgent delivery and we're joking and laughing with me the whole time I was there it was great interactions all around. I really appreciated them and I will definitely be back in the future!!

It was nice and clean. Having a suite was big plus. it was good to have to kitchen appliances to use it.

It was far from downtown and traffic was bad all the time.

Location was good and the full kitchen and living room was also a plus.

It is quite far from downtown, which is not necessarily a downside but makes travel a bit more lengthy. I was here for the World Cup so it was a bit far but it was also nice seeing more of Vancouver. Was quite pricey as we booked in March and it seems like prices went down after then which was a bit disappointing

I just arrived at my hotel room at Sandman Signature suites and my experience has been amazing. I haven’t checked out yet, but I had to leave a review because my experience at Sandman Signature has been fantastic so far. The guy at the reception named Prosper made my check-in completely smooth and stress-free. He was warm, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was set up right from the start. My hotel room is exquisite - clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed. But what really made my experience memorable is the exceptional service. Prosper went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. If you’re staying at Sandman Signature, ask for Prosper. He’s the kind of staff that turns a good hotel stay into a great one.

The kitchen and room amenities were great! Clean room

We stayed at this location because it was close to where my partners LASIK appointment was. It was just a short walk away which was perfect for our morning appointment the next day. The staff were all super friendly. We arrived a bit early, and they upgraded our room and got us in before check in time. The room was massive and clean. We definitely appreciated the curtains in the bedroom area, as they were almost black out curtains. Perfect for recovering from LASIK. Hotel prices are outrageous everywhere nowadays, but the room we got was well worth the price we paid.

Honestly everything was great. We had no complaints!

Comfortable rooms and location

Parking not very clean and under construction, limited access to elevators

It was quiet and felt private.The suite was very clean and well organized. The pillows were comfortable.

We brought our 2 small dogs with us and I thought the fee we were charged outrageous. Especially being charged all the hotel and other taxes on top.

The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. After settling we received a call from the front counter to make sure we were settled and needing anything.

I thought they had a continental breakfast but they had some breakfast items at their coffee bar.

The staff here went above and beyond for me. I spoke to them ahead of time about the difficult situation I was in and they not only let my cat and myself check in early but also late the next day. My “suite” was actually a fully furnished one bedroom apartment complete with laundry and a full kitchen. I was blown away and will absolutely stay again if I am in the area. Big thanks to Manroop and Prosper. Both of you made everything so much easier. It was the best hotel experience of my life.

Stayed in Penthouse 1 and it was a nice bright room with good views. Good facilities in the room like wash/dryer, full kitchen. The Indian kitchen is really nice that’s in the same building, staff are really friendly.

The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and rock hard. Despite it being new this needs to be better for relaxing. The restaurant next door albeit is lovely but unfortunately the whole hotel smells strongly of the restaurant below,

Staff were great and very helpful. The room had everything I needed. Having the kitchen made a big difference. Location was great, close to Guilford shopping mall and lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, great stay.

On going construction.

My family and I had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the great location. We were upgraded upon arrival, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The lobby and rooms are newly renovated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, the bathroom and towels had a noticeable smoke odor, which was a bit disappointing. As we had already settled in late in the evening, we didn’t inform the front desk at the time. That said, the front desk team truly made a difference in our experience. Divanshi and Prosper were incredibly kind, approachable, and attentive to detail. Despite this minor issue, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Everything! The staff were really nice, the room was awesome and very clean. I don't know if we got a free upgrade, but I think we must have because our room had a separate living room and a kitchen. This was the best place we stayed in our travels in BC. Would definitely stay there again. Plus, this location was very central to a lot of other places in the metro area.

Just a couple of small suggestions.... The wifi was slow and the shampoo and body wash (I think they were the same thing) had a really strong chemical fragrance, like bad cologne. They'd be better fragrance-free or something way more mild smelling and more natural. (The conditioner smelled ok.)

Staff were friendly, and responsive. The suite was spacious, and nicely done for the price.

There was a smell similar to sewage on our floor. The shower had mold in the grouting.

There’s breakfast available for everyone everyday, After 1 month of stay at the hospital and I picked this place to recouperate from my previous operation, so I have been craving foods that I haven’t had during my stay at SMH. I just wish they have eggs available for breakfasf though 😊. But I must say, our stay here has been very pleasant, all the staff are very friendly and accomodating to our needs. So keep up the good work guys!

The view was completely blocked by the next building or a house. I did find a big bug near the window.

Construction. And all of the rooms do NOT have a washer and dryer. After 12 days on the road I needed both. First room had neither. It was a 'disabled access" room, and I guess those people don't do laundry? Had to move 8 floors higher. On two occasions, sitting at the table next to the windows 12 floors up I was startled to hear people talking right outside. WIndow washers, and then painters. And a cart with limited options plonked outside the closed restaurant doesn't constitute a proper breakfast. The parking garage is very tight, might be an idea to place the card reader needed to open the gate NEAR the gate.

Staff was fantastic! Helped us with extra pots/pans, sundries, issuing a parking pass for a guest. Really nice shower. Great having in-room laundry facilities and very close to shopping, groceries, liquor store, etc

I would have liked to have been notified that work was being done on the unit above us & given the option to stay in another suite. The breakfast is only a coffee service and no decaf is available. Not enough blankets in the room. Only 1 extra that we used in the bedroom. If we had the need of the pullout couch, there was no blanket. Also, the suites are advertised as a full service kitchen but there were items lacking, very basic. You can only operate the stove or dryer one at a time. We discovered a switch beside the dryer for this but there is no info about it in the suite.

Staff was wonderful. Nice view. Comfortable beds loved the pillows. Over all it was great.

Floors weren't clean or vacuumed in the suite. Renovations happening so hallways and elevator very dirty. No breakfast at all. For the money I think something should be offered mornings.

Very old building and dirty hall & elevator. Floors were not clean in my suite. Coffee Table was dirty so I washed it. No breakfast downstairs only coffee etc. Renovations happening. Robes were dusty old I washer them. Pet floor rooms need to be vacuumed after every stay before next dog. Maybe sprinkle baking soda before the vaccuming. Other than that was fine. Maybe have clean dog blankets that are washed after every stay. To keep them off the carpets as much as possible. Washer and dryer old but works. Takes a long time though. Very dirty in parts of them. Maybe should be cleaned more.

Parking was secure. Kitchen was fully equipped. Room was very spacious. The only complaint was there was very little water pressure in the shower. We were on the top (penthouse) floor so that might have had something to do with it.

Nice spacious room, quiet and perfect location for what we needed. Will stay again.
