Breakfast was great but expensive. The pool and hot tub were nice good parking. The ac worked well. Parking was included.

Beds were absolutely awful! Our backs are sore from sleeping on the beds for 2 days. Wouldn’t stay again because of the beds. The fire pit closes at 11.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The pool was small, but clean and heated; my daughter really enjoyed it. The common area/lobby and outside area looked beautiful. The location was great as it was next to the highway exit and the Niagara Outlets.

There was black mold on the shower tiles at the pool. The décor looked like it was in a transition. A lot of it had been updated, but the old décor was still there. It was kind of strange as there were two styles mixed together (traditional beige and rust mixed with modern bright colours).

My brother and I were very pleasantly surprised by the Hilton Garden Inn. The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfortable, the staff warm and welcoming. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The hotel was a little further out of NOTL than I expected, about a 15-20 minute drive, but the price made that worthwhile.

I used the workout room which was OK but it would have been nice having a machine for upper body stretches (like a Bowflex). My brother swam in the pool but it was too small to swim laps as he wanted. The towels in the room were quite thin and scratchy; it would have been nice to have towels that were more plush. But these are minor gripes in what was altogether a very enjoyable two-night stay.

Les installations de détente (spa et piscine) étaient impeccables et ouverts à des heures où nous pouvions en profiter ! :-) Le restaurant offrait un menu varié et de qualité autant pour le déjeuner que pour le souper ! :-) Le calme et le silence des lieux malgré l'emplacement de l'hôtel situé dans un carrefour d'autoroutes ! :-)

Le personnel était impeccable, mais ne parlait pas français :-( La propreté de la salle de bain laissait légèrement à désirer (cheveux sur le sol et dans la douche ! :-( J'ai été déçue que les chambres n'aient été nettoyées qu'un jour sur deux ! :-(

Rooms could use some simple updates specially the ones with the jacuzzi suit update the tube area to make it worth it.

Front desk supervisor (tthink her name was Chelsea) was very helpful concerning restaurants, wineries, sightseeing, directions. Very friendly and personable.

Would have liked breakfast buffet included in room rate.

No tiene relación precio, la habitación de 4 era super pequeña, su baño pequeño y no lo limpiaron de un día para el otro. No habia ni un papel, ni lapicero y la misma habitación te dan si era para 2 o para 4 personas. Me dieron la misma que el primer día tome para 4 que me cobraron casi el doble, que lo que me cobraron al día siguiente que solo eramos 2

Breakfast offerings are terrible. Pork, bacon, etc. Unhealthy offerings that cause heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension. No oatmeal. Berries? For families this is poor. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

Beds were VERY comfortable. Little extras ( coffee, tea, etc.) were lovely. Food in dining room was very good. The staff were welcoming and professional. Great stay...glad we came!

The beds, though very comfortable, were very tall for seniors and a bit hard to get into without a step up. Had to ask for a step stool.

You should not charge for non-compulsory extra fees - eg destination?? fees. You do not explain that these fees are not compulsory and are not declared as such on your booking websites.

We stayed two nights at this property, while visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, and the Welland Canal. The room was nice. The hotel breakfast was very good. The hotel offered nice amenities upon check-in, along with little snacks to taste when entering or leaving the hotel lobby. Convenient location to everything, without the busyness and crowded spaces surrounding Niagar Falls.

We had a great two night stay with our puppy. We know this area well and have stayed at all of the hotels in this vicinity. We chose this location based on pet friendliness and availability and the reliability of the Hilton chain. We were happy with our stay. The property is well kept, our room was comfortable, and reception staff were all super friendly. It’s a convenient hotel for getting into and around the region, as it’s right off the QEW. We loved the pet treats provided at check in. Nice touch!

Checking in. I prepaid for room, but was going to be charged again. Computer system is outdated and slow. Had problems programming keys which seem to be a normal occurrence

Nice social spaces both inside and outside. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Perfect location to all of the local wineries.

Whirlpool room was nice, but a little pricey

Pool was in need of a clean, as was hot tub. Pool deck was very wet, to the point where it could be dangerous. Rooms were nice but shower door didn’t fully close so it was hard to keep water in. Water cooler was available at night but not through the day?

Breakfast was yummy and lots of good choices.

The bed was too high and the toilets too low. My elderly mother was with us and she uses a walker so both were challenging.

I would like to have had the $100.00 incidental charge cancelled when we were checking out. I understand that it will be cancelled over the next few days but I believe that a system should be in place where the room could be checked and the charge cancelled immediately.

The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast. The hostess was very rude and disrespectful

Very clean property, and the pool was pristine with great access hours.

Location was a bit far from town center — a 20 minute drive.

Close to the venue where my kids were competing, close to food and outlets.

Expensive and breakfast was not free unlike nearby hotels for same price.

Our room was dusty, there was a metal piece poking out from the bed and the hot tub is in need of repair.

Very comfortable beds, clean spacious room, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Stayed here for for 1 night. Our room was very spacious Bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. Bathroom was perfect , large and clean. The only negative was the coffee bar area needed at least a pot light overhead. Definitely a perfect spot to stay if you are interested in visiting the huge Outlet Mall or driving to the numerous Wineries.

Lovejot was incredubly kind and helpful. The staff serving breakfaat were all rinning around busy but they all provided great custimer service

We went to Hilton Garden Inn Jabalpur for lunch the brunch had an amazing layout 2 live counter bunches of various food and the service was speechless by Ashish, Mahima (Team Leader) Ramesh (Associate), and Sayan (Manager) has personally attracted me with his skills the whole staff is 💯/💯

I would l have liked if they offered coffee after hours. they only offered in the morning. Wehn having dinner and site seeing I like to come back and have dessert and coffee or just a coffee for a night cap. they did not offer such in the lobby and there was not enough coffee provided in our room. (the pods). We also did not like that the rooms did not offer extra blankets. Only what was provided on the bed and it was quite cold.

The location was great. The bed was the perfect firmness. I prefer harder mattresses and it was one of the best sleeps I had

We did not have breakfast there. If it was included we were not made aware of that. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The taps in our room were reversed so at first we thought we had no hot water. Then we got charged again for the room even though we had already paid through booking.com and we showed the desk clerk the receipt. That was refunded eventually but very stressful in the meantime
