Reviewed Sep 8, 2026I absolutely loved the apartment. It was exceptionally clean, modern, elegant, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the décor was beautiful. We slept wonderfully and truly enjoyed our stay. The owner’s communication was excellent, and the location was perfect for visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and the nearby wineries. I only wish we could have stayed longer, and I will definitely return.
There was nothing I disliked about the property. Everything was perfect.

Owner asked me a day before to cancel my booking because of a failure in the apartment. Instead he promised to find the other one. Of course he failed. It's obvious there wasn't any failure in the apartment, he just wanted to cancel my reservation because it was only one day stay, and the long weekend just started

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The AIRBNB was beyond exceptional. It was so clean. The decor was outstanding!! The location was perfect. The beds were so comfortable. More than enough cupboards and drawers to put clothes in. The kitchen had everything one would need. There was complementary Prime and Netflix. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious. And the shower, fabulous!! The hosts are delightful and wonderful !! I can't say enough about Serene Haven. I highly recommend this AIRBNB. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you Hafiz!!

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026This is very well put together rental unit, everything about it was amazing. The rate, location, cleanliness, look, appeal and extras was spot on. They added the little things like snacks, multiple towels, blankets and made it suitable for multiple guest. This place is better than any hotel you can stay at in St Catherine’s and honestly is in my top 10 North American accommodations I have stayed at. This is not a rental unit - it is a home that is well kept and perfect for short term and long term stay. BIG UP to the owners for holding it down and providing such an amazing location. I will be returning once a month for work and this is my go to location - honestly, I won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for the kind care and effort you put into this location.
It was perfect for a week stay, if you require to do laundry - you will need to go to a laundry mat. Only down fall to the location.

We will certainly stay here again - our issues were minor in nature. Minor things: My daughter and I found the pillows to be too firm. My husband found the pillows to be fine. This is a 2nd floor apartment which was not an issue for us but could be for guests with mobility issues. Couldn't find TV stations on the television so not able to watch the first baseball game of the World Series. We watched it on my phone.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Byli jsme nadšeni tímto ubytováním. Vše bylo dokonalé. Velmi prostorný apartmán, kde je myšleno na vše do posledního detailu. Velmi jsme oceňovali čistotu, účelnost a pohodlí. Cítili jsme se zde jako doma a opravdu si odpočinuli. Mohu jen doporučit.
Doporučila bych jen myčku na nádobí, ale dalo se to bez ní úplně v pohodě přežít:-) Vše bylo perfektní.

The location is perfectly situated, a short drive to Niagara on the Lake, the outlet and Niagara Falls -if you want to do a bit of exploring. Super clean and excellent host! I'd definitely stay here again.
