We stayed in room 224B rooms, the room was very small. There was just 2 of us and we were tripping over each other. Both of us could not use the sink at the same time. No way more a family of 4 could stay there. I paid almost 3000 dollars for a 1 week stay and I definitely feel that I overpaid, The kitchenette had no room to store snacks, or small lunch items. The light switch in the kitchen didn’t work. The room service was not the best. They basically made the bed, there were 2 glasses in the sink, and they didn’t wash them. I left the room hairdryer plugged in the bathroom, they left it plugged in. Having only 1 elevator in service, was not ideal. Luckily we were on the second floor, so we took the stairs almost every time.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. The price was way too high for the quality we received. They charge for parking even though there was plenty of parking space available — it honestly felt like they were just trying to make extra money. To make it worse, the parking spaces are very tight, even after paying for them. We stayed in a 2-bed suite, which was surprisingly small and quite run down. The windows didn’t even have proper curtains, just old-style blinds. The breakfast was another major disappointment. The selection was basically the same every day and the quality was poor. The bread and bagels tasted stale, the oatmeal was watered down, and there were no muffins. The turkey and bacon were disappointing as well. The yogurt and scrambled eggs were probably the only things that were okay. I will say that the staff were friendly and the service was good. Food was refilled promptly and we didn’t have any issues with the staff themselves. Overall, though, the stay was extremely disappointing. For what we paid, the quality was nowhere close to acceptable. I would definitely not recommend staying here and would suggest looking elsewhere.

Les lits inconfortable malheureusement et la moquette vielle pour mon fils asthmatique cela était difficile pour lui.

I recently traveled to Sandbanks and stayed at a beautiful resort. Everything was wonderful—the two-story accommodation, the water view, and the private beach. The only thing that left a negative impression was the check-in experience. That experience actually made me realize something I had taken for granted over the years. During all my visits to Tremblant, we have always stayed in the Marriott suites, and the service has consistently been top-notch. I guess I never stopped to appreciate just how special that was. So, here we go again! Even though we always get a suite, we never really cook there. For us, it’s more about having that homey feeling—the comfort, the space, and especially the balcony. The place has always been wonderful, the staff fantastic, and the breakfast has always been great. I do remember that, in the old days, they even had a pancake station where you could make your own pancakes, which was a nice touch. Overall, every visit has been fantastic. We have always had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stays. So, thank you for so many wonderful years of great memories, warm hospitality, and consistently excellent service. We were made to feel very welcomed from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception guest agents were very friendly and called us by our names. They asked if we were Bonvoy members and thanked us when we said we were. The information and schedules for their breakfast, pool and gyms times were very clear. Breakfast was very satisfying to us all. Warm and cold options were available. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows very comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied with cooking implements.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott! Our room was clean, comfortable, and very nice, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they let us leave our luggage with them both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the pool area, and the kids especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub. The fire pit was also a wonderful touch, particularly in the evenings when the temperature starts to cool down. Although the breakfast area can get quite busy, we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast included with our stay. The convenient hotel location was another major highlight and, in our opinion, one of the biggest perks of choosing this hotel. The location is truly perfect and makes it easy to access everything we needed during our stay.

There are definitely some areas that could use improvement, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and overall upkeep. At first glance, the room appeared reasonably clean, but once we started using the space and cleaning a few things ourselves, we noticed quite a bit of grime that had clearly been missed. For example, there was a significant amount of black gunky buildup behind the kitchen tap and along the creases of the countertop. The furniture also had noticeable stains, and we even found old yogurt bottles underneath the bed. These details made it feel like the rooms would benefit from more thorough, regular deep cleaning rather than just surface-level cleaning between guests. The rooms themselves could also use some updating. Although the kids enjoyed them either way, as adults we found it disappointing that one of the hot tubs seemed to be more of a cool tub during our stay. Another major inconvenience was that only one elevator was operational for our entire stay. Being on the third floor, this became especially frustrating on checkout day when everyone was trying to use the same elevator or while wanting to go up to our room. We were given a small gift bag with two water bottles and two gummy snacks as an apology, which was appreciated as a gesture, but given the extent of the inconvenience, we felt something more substantial such as complimentary parking or an activity voucher would have been a more appropriate way to make up for it. Overall, there are some good aspects to the property, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience could definitely be improved. With more consistent deep cleaning, some room updates, and better attention to amenities and maintenance issues, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

The breakfast could use a little more variety i.e. Pancakes/Waffles some Muffins or Scones.

Unfortunately when we stayed there was only one working elevator during our entire stay which was a bit of nuisance

Price a bit step and the fact that the lifeguard didn't manage the jacuzzi and as adults couldn't use it because a family let their children use it as a pool , splashing water and screaming.

Nothing wrong with this hotel - just feels a bit dated. But they have all you need for a stay - like fridge, coffeemaker, Safe, TV, WIFI and breakfast included. The bed was comfortable.

Fantastic location. Its inside the Mont Tremblant village. Room is dated need a bit of upgrading esp this is a Marriott brand. The free breakfast is okay. They have a pool and 2 hot tubs- we did not use as they look so cloudy 😶‍🌫️

Je vais y aller avec ce qui m'a un peu déplu. Le matelas était mou pour nous et la deuxième chose c'est le prix que j'ai trouvé un peu dispendieux. Mais pour tout le reste c'était super. Le personnel, l'accueil, la chaleur de l'eau de la piscine, la propreté et le déjeuner. J'en oublie sûrement mais merci.

The breakfast was outstanding! the first room they assigned to us was inadequate ( no view, closed in etc.) we asked them to change it and the second room was amazing! Beautiful, bright with lots of windows and a balcony.

Chambre très spacieuse (suite) et propre, insonorisée. Matelas confortable. Piscine et Spa dont on a pu en profiter. Bien situé. On a rajouté à notre séjour une place au garage ,bien apprécié aussi. Déjeuner était bien avec un personnel chaleureux.

On aurait apprécié un petit coffre fort dans la chambre afin de mettre nos effets personnels en sécurité. Une robe de chambre aurait été aussi un plus pour nos déplacements à la piscine.

Nous logions dans une suite avec 2 chambre et cheminée . Les bûches sont à acheté à l accueil de l hôtel pour 7,5 $. En plein coeur du village de mont tremblant une localisation stratégique au pied du téléphérique qui passe au dessus de l hôtel . Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant . Nous y avons séjourné qu une nuit mais nous y reviendrons c est sur

Hôtel assez ancien, assez sombre (on était au 1er côte chemin, très peu de lumière), canapé lit pas confortable (on se tombait dessus). Le bloc chauffage fait bcp de bruit. La tv ne marchait pas et ils n’ont pas réussi à la refaire fonctionner. On a eu une reduc sur le prix pour cela, merci bcp.

L'emplacement est réellement super en plein cœur du village. Les spas extérieurs après une journée de ski sont très agréables et appréciés.

La propriété des murs de la salle de bain en raison de l'humidité des douches. Le café filtre....pas très bon à ce prix un Nespresso serait apprécié.

Pleased it was offered. Great location for mountain access. Front desk support was kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast room staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

No gluten-free options other than powdered eggs.Was disappointed with housekeeping. Shower products were empty upon arrival. Dishes and silverware in the cabinets were dirty and greasy to the touch. Turned over the plate and it was full of food. Requested housekeeping one day and left a 20$ US tip, but was disappointed the bathroom was not fully cleaned. The water closet was never cleaned, the tissue box was not replaced, and the hand soap bar was not provided. Dishes were not replaced with clean items.

The door to the patio had a gap an inch wide and it was minus 22 outside. Had to put a towel up to keep out the draft and crank the heat to keep warm in the living space.

Staff was very helpful & pleasant to interact with. Games available in the lobby were great! the Suite had a nice sized fridge & dishwasher and the loft was spacious. Breakfast had a nice variety. Gondola rides up and down the hill were great!

placement of beds in the suite - awkward to get around the 2 beds in the one room and the angle the pull out sofa was on made it impossible to walk around that and the table was always in the way when bed was open. soap & conditioner missing in upstairs bathroom. Underground parking didn't work for our vehicle so we had to us the public lots - they were rough, full of big pot holes a long ways away. Longer hours for the pool & hot tubs would have made the stay better

Les lits étaient très mous et les oreillers trop gros. Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avons tous très mal dormi. L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait presque pas. Il n’y avait pas de place pour s’asseoir lors du déjeuner et ça semblait pas très propre dans le buffet. Il n’y avait pas de place pour s’asseoir à la piscine et l’eau ne semblait pas propre ( odeur et brouille). Le stationnement souterrain était très serré. L’espace pour les voitures n’était pas assez large. Le prix payé sur Booking était vraiment plus élevé que si on avait appelé directement à l’hôtel (30$ de plus par nuit plus tx)!!!!

Le séjour agréable, accueil formidable, contexte et lieu relaxant. J'aurai juste aimé qu'il y ait un service buffet au soupé cela aurait été top En gros c'était très bien.

L'air conditionnè dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien et pas que dans notre chambre, il y a eu d'autres reclamation par d'autres résidents de l'hôtel à qui vous avez proposé des ventilateurs. Dès qu'on sortait de la chambre on respirait mieux. Ce disagreement nous a beaucoup dŕrangé.

Nothing, well sometimes the dates for the cleaning service because they made it late, I believe the perfect hour to do rooms is 10 by hiring maybe another cleaner.

I liked the location and the ease of ski on and off. The included breakfast was nice as well. Room service was quick to bring stuff if we requested.

I thought the room was very dark. The bedroom had one little light and it was hard to see. I also thought the hallway was never vacuumed and we had food on the carpet outside our room all week.

Location was perfect, in the heart of the village and close to all restaurants and activities. Hotel was clean throughout the premises. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a good addition to our stay.

We didn't like the slippery steps to the outdoor hot tub spa. It was frozen all over the ground. One of us slipped and fell down coming out of the hot tub. Parking spaces were very tight right next to eachother.

Hôtel vieillissant qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. Le buffet petit déjeuner inclus est très basique mais fait le travail. Par contre, le ménage laisse vraiment à désiré, le sol n’est pas constamment nettoyé, les list sont à peine fait et les poubelles sont vidée que très rarement, 2 fois sur une semaines dans notre cas. Pour un franchise Marriot, on est loin de la qualité de la maison mère.

For the 5 days of staying at the hotel our room was never cleaned. They made the beds, but that was all. Even the towels weren't changed. We were offered the smallest room for seven people, and when we asked to change rooms, they simply refused.

The hotel has a fantastic location, it’s super clean, and they even have an outdoor jacuzzi. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a really lovely place to stay. And a special shout-out to Doris at the front desk—she was so kind, helped us with everything, and even gave me birthday coupons for local restaurants and the casino. The service was truly top-notch!
