Hotel was located directly in the pedestrian village. With easy access to all the activities and restaurants. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with which had every accoutrement that an apartment would have. The room rooms were big. The apartment was spotless. The doors opened up to the mountain and next to that was a big balcony. I would highly recommend the Sommet Des Neiges. Check in with seamless. The Internet or Wi-Fi works terrific and the parking was directly below the hotel connected to the elevators. Easy In-N-Out. The pool and the workout center were clean and very accessible.

The location is great. The rooms are clean and I liked it has full kitchen, waser and dryer, iron, ... They had good services too.

They charged us for parking which surprised me a bit. When u pay for the room, you need to park your car for free. Also, there is no breakfast service. If they had bf included, I would give it a 10/10.

Beautiful area. We were there for the blues festival and the venue was very close by easy to walk to. Property was beautiful. The rooms were well appointed and clean and we had all that we needed. We would definitely come back.

In my oppinion the building had already have the best years, it is little outdated (but well maintained). This is not connected to building but do not use the store in this city as its expensive and without any suplies.

My brother, sister and I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit for a 3 night siblings trip. It was amazing from beginning to end. Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. We asked for recommendations on restaurants and take-out, and they were happy to offer info and suggestions. The unit itself was lovely - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), large dining area, and large living area with a gas fireplace. Everything was sparkling clean. Beds/pillows/bedding were extremely comfortable, and all bedrooms had closet space and dressers available for storage. Both bathrooms were outfitted with Dove toiletries (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), hair dryers and lots of towels. The dining area was large enough to very comfortably host extended family one night for dinner, 8 of us in total. Underground parking was available for a cost of $25/night. It was really the only option, other than parking at the very bottom and walking up/taking the tram. Our visitors were also able to use the underground parking for $25. The building had a good sized library area with lots of books, cozy chairs and a fireplace. Restaurants and shopping were a 2 minute walk away. Lots of good options for food, and everywhere we ate was excellent. There is a small grocery store near the bottom of the hill that offered a good variety of all the necessities. The weather sucked (it was rainy), so it was great to have lots of space to hang out in. It was an excellent stay, and we're likely to do it all over again next year.

L'hôtel est très bien, l'appartement était d'une propreté exemplaire et très bien équipé. Celle-ci est aussi très bien située au cœur du village de Tremblant à 2 pas des activités en plus d'être très bien équipé pour toute la famille, tels que piscine, spa, salle de jeu, gymnase... wow !

Everything! The ladies on reception were so welcoming on our arrival, our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the gym and pool on site were an added bonus. The proximity and access to the pedestrian village was fantastic, allowing us to explore easily and enjoy the summer activities on offer.

Right in the village. Excellent views! 2 bedroom was huge! Full kitchen, 2 master suite bathrooms. Great indoor parking.

Only thing missing was a pizza tray in the kitchen to cook frozen pizza. Door knobs falling off in some rooms. Plugs not working in some rooms. Wish there was more USB plugs too.

lady at the reception was very patient and attentive, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Everything was very clean, and the size of the room exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Only minor inconvenience was the ski lockers. Quite small and no shelves, not enough space for our group. But we were able to use the ski valet service from the resort, so it was not an issue for us.

Stayed here for a weekend in March, 2026. It's literally right at the ski resort. Put your stuff in a locker, gear up and out the door. Super convenient. The room was nice. Very large, very comfy. Bathroom is good sized. Could easily do a family of 4 between the bedroom and pull out couch. The jacuzzi was nice. The village next door was nice too. People in the resort were very kind, attentive and helpful. Parking underground. Bus access out the door. What more could you ask for? Awesome stuff: Definitely do the Scandinave Spa a couple miles down the road. Definitely visit all the different villages in Mont Tremblant, i think we found 2 or 3 of them. Summer would be AMAZING in the area. We didn't do Cross Country and I'm wishing we did. Downhill skiing - depends on your expectations. I reside at a top tier resort year round, so it was small for me, but i'm biased. Definitely SKIP: The "Casino". what a joke. The bus ride to and from was the highlight. Casino was terrible. The bartender was very nice as was the two coat check ladies and the bus driver made the exerience for us.

The location was perfect right next to the ski rental location and the ski school. The room was very spacious and the beds were so comfy. Everyone was very nice at the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Les chambres offrent une belle vue sur le départ des pistes, ce qui est très agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, au cœur de la station, est idéal, avec la possibilité de stationner en sous-sol (parking payant). La piscine et le jacuzzi extérieurs chauffés en hiver sont un vrai plus, même si nous n’avions pas trouvé cette information lors de notre réservation. Enfin, la salle de bain, avec baignoire et douche distincte, est très appréciable.

Nous n’avions que deux peignoirs pour quatre personnes. La cheminée, qui fonctionne au gaz, s’éteignait au bout de deux minutes ; une vraie cheminée au bois aurait été plus agréable. Cela dit, l’hébergement reste très bien dans l’ensemble.

First of all, this is NOT a 4-star hotel. You're paying for the location close to the ski lift. If you're willing to walk for 5 minutes, there are better and cheaper options available. I suspect that many of the positive reviews here have been purchased by the hotel. 1. The rooms are NOT SOUNDPROOFED. You can hear all the noise from the neighbors, from the people walking in the hallway on other floors, from people talking in the hallway. It is a very old and worn down building that has never been renovated. Sleeping is difficult and bringing earplugs and/or a white noise machine is absolutely necessary. 2. There is a gym and hot pools, but these are worn down and quite dirty. I wouldn't enter these pools if I wasn't willing to get some infection. 3. In addition, there is a major problem with the hotel workers in the area of professionalism. There was a problem with the keycards of the room. The reception workers tried reactivating them 4 (!) times. Every time they reactivated the keycard, I had to walk to the room on the third floor to see if it worked (which it didn't) and then walk back to the reception each time. !!! Even the third time that I came back to the reception, they didn't care to apologize, nor try to solve the problem in a more professional manner than to have the customer walk back and forth repeatedly, such as by joining the customer to the room to make sure that the customer can get in. I wasn't the only customer who had this problem, which is a sign that this hotel doesn't care to fix these things. These kind of jobs are usually done by young students. It is strange to see people in their 40s do this work and then show such a refusal to even engage with the customer in a service oriented manner. Which hotel would employ such people??

4. I shortened our stay, because staying was not possible due to bad noise insulation. I requested a change of the dates through Booking and went to the reception to ask if it came through. Two employees ensured me that the request had been approved, that check out time was the day after in the morning and that the price for the final day would be refunded at the end when checking out. The day after, we arrived at the reception with our suitcases, ready to check out. Two different workers were there. To my surprise, these two workers didn't know anything about an approved check-out request and said the price of the day that had been removed could not be refunded. Of course, as anyone with some common sense realizes, it is a MAJOR PROBLEM when a hotel reception first says one thing, and the day after - through two different employees - contradicts what has been said before, especially when a customer is literally standing there with his suitcase ready to check out because of this. However, the employees DIDN'T CARE TO FIX THIS at all, they just shrugged their shoulders and said "Oh well. I don't know who worked yesterday". When I pointed out that this is unacceptable, they even demanded me "to leave right away", because I was "rude to them". !!! This is the most LACKLUSTER WORKING ETHIC I have ever seen in a hotel. How can it be acceptable to PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION to a customer and then refuse to fix it? The attitude they have is that of entitlement, which is completely out of place in a situation like this. You need to fix the issue, and not shrug your shoulders and expect the customer to leave without saying anything! And why do they think they deserve "respect"? Respect is something you earn by doing a good job, and not something you get by playing with your phone during work and saying "Oh well, whatever" to a customer after a huge mistake has been made by the hotel.

The check out lady informed us that we would be charged daily for parking and our credit card would be debited but,staff did not inform us of this prior to checking in only while leaving.The couch was very un comfortable.The hot tub wasn't working,I wonder when that will get fixed.They made us sign a wavier to use the oven,they said it gets really hot!

Location is great. The gondola is right outside if the locker room. Everything is very neat and clean. Beautiful amenities.

However the showers were very small and kind of uncomfortable and the bed was firm and the pillows kind of flat
