The location was absolutely great! We had a very good experience when checked-in and even were upgraded which made our stay exceptional.

The breakfast room was small and the breakfast was limited in choice.

breakfast buffet rooms and line-ups were very crowded - would have needed at least twice the space. how about sub-contracting any of the courtyard restaurants to open for breakfast? they don't open until 11am or later. some are even leasing space from hilton, so an adjoining access door could be possible. enough of using the space of three hotel rooms for the buffet. it's a Hilton for goodness' sakes. Impress us… I would also petition to have some of the courtyard trees to be sculpted to allow better view of the stage from a selection of full balcony and french balcony rooms.

We loved the huge outdoor hot tub. The breakfast had a really good selection of foods both hot and cold. We really liked our room with one bedroom and a loft. My teenaged daughter loved the loft. Too bad there was not a bathroom up with the loft. The full kitchen was so good to have to prepare our dinner. The front staff was very helpful and kind. We also like that you can leave your car parked in the garage until 4pm even though you checked out at 11am. The location was fantastic!

The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud. I requested a later check out for 12 noon but it was not an option.

Excellent location

Vraiment un endroit animé ou on se sent en vacances. Idéal pour les familles qui veulent faire des activités, bouger, profiter de la nature et manger. C'est un endroit unique. Le déjeuner était correct. La chambre est confortable, pratique, propre et le service a été impeccable.

La situation géographique, le parking, et le surclassement en suite

Le confort du lit canapé, vraiment léger.

Le logement est au centre du resort et proche de tout. La chambre est très grande et l’espace cuisine est fonctionnel et propre.

L’hôtel est mal entretenu, les mains courantes sont collantes, la moquette devient très sale… il serait temps de changer les sols. Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel si vous êtes un fan des petit déjeuners, vous allez être très déçu… l’offre est très petite et manque de produits frais et la salle du petit déjeuner est petite pour la capacité de l’hôtel. Le lit double n’est pas très grand pour deux adultes.

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, au cœur de la station.

La literie, notamment le canapé d’appoint pour notre fils, n’était vraiment pas confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est également très sommaire.

The location is good, it’s central and in the main core area, closer to all attractions.

The check in time was 4 pm,but We were not given the keys to our room until 6.45-7 pm. It delayed all our plans further, the staff had no idea on the time to provide keys and was keeping us informed promptly. we asked if the check out can be further extended for an hour since we were not given the checkin keys and we were just turned down rudely.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé ! L’accueil était exceptionnel, chaleureux et professionnel dès notre arrivée. Tout le personnel était souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et le spa, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, et l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter du village. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience !

Le petit déjeuner. Très américain... Pas du tout européen. Pas de lait chaud , pas de viennoiseries, pas de sirop d'érable ( une dame du personnel m'a dit que ça coûtait trop cher et que l'hotel ne souhaitait pas en acheter ) , pas de pâte à tartiner.

Great location, but showing its age We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Mont-Tremblant Resort for 2 nights and overall had a good experience, with a few things worth knowing before you book. The good: The location is excellent — right in the heart of everything, with the lifts just a short walk away (under 5 minutes). Underground parking is available and felt safe and secure. We had a loft room, which was very spacious with a full kitchen that had all the supplies we needed. The pool area has a great feature — a very large hot tub that fits the whole family comfortably. Housekeeping and the lobby staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and a real highlight of the stay. The less good: The property is starting to show its age and could use a refurbishment. As one example, the tiles around the pool weren't free of grime, and the towels provided, while clean, were noticeably worn. The beds also felt like they're nearing the end of their lifespan. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid range of options, though it would be nice to see more rotation over a longer stay. The breakfast area is on the small side, though, and can get overcrowded quickly during busier times. Bottom line: Unbeatable location and a great layout for families, but the hotel would benefit from some updating — both to the rooms and pool area, and to the breakfast space — to match the quality of the setting.

El sofá cama es terrible, realmente no se puede dormir bien. Si tomas una habitación familiar, quien duerma en el sofá va a sufrir.

Ma chambre était en maisonnine donc escalier étroit pour descendre et aller aux toilettes la nuit .

This hotel is falling apart slowly. Everything is worn and torn. Not Hilton standards. The breakfast room is small and gets crowded. People elbow you to pick up their food. It is probably the worst hotel in the Tremblant resort. Our room was big but everything was drab and used. The entire property needs renovations urgently, begining with the floors, the luggage cart, the furniture, etc. Certainly not Homewood Suites standard but rather like a motel with free breakfast.

The location.

- The cleanliness: Asked for additional blanket as aircon cannot be adjusted - only on/off, it looked like a dog blanket, it was dirty and looked so aged (photo attached - doesn’t do justice of what it really looked like). Spoon still has sticky food residue on them. - The comfortability: Sofa bed was HORRIBLE, it sinks to the middle and you can’t get it out (I am small and light). When you sleep upstairs even with fan on, feels like you can’t breathe and it’s so hot. - The lift: stinks of either dog urine or cannabis. - The breakfast area: definitely not suited for the size of the hotel.

Ce que j'ai moins apprécié, le manque de variété du déjeuner (Oeufs, patates, jambon) nous sommes resté 2 jours, et j'ai mangé exactement là même chose...un peu déçu! Une employé pendant le déjeuner je lui ai mentionné qu'il n'y avait plus d'oeufs dans le plat...elle m'a demandé de lui parler en anglais ! Elle n'a fait aucun effort a ce niveau là j'ai switché en anglais mais ce n'est pas le cas de tous le monde...elle aurait dû s'exprimer en français ou au moins apprendre la base en français "Oeufs vs Eggs" bref!!! Le reste du personnels était totalement bilingue et s'expriment très bien dans les 2 langues ce que je trouve totalement normal.

Love the location- right in the heart of the village. We stayed in 304- suite. The living area and dining area is spacious, love the full kitchen and balcony.

The exhaust fan in the kitchen was not working when we were cooking but we opened the balcony door so the smell was not bad. The breakfast area is a little tight, not a lot of seating area and it gets crowded. You have to get the towel at the reception to go to the pool. Hard to control the temperature when we wanted to increase the AC due to it is a little hot.

Les déjeuners étaient excellent et l’emplacement était parfait pour l’événement du IRONMAN, c’était au cœur du village près de la place où il y avait les restaurants

Le service à la clientèle était exécrable. Aucun des employés n’était sympathique. Des employés au service à la clientèle, nne parlaient pratiquement pas français et nous pensons même faire une plainte à l’office de la protection de la langue française. À cet effet, il n’est pas normal au Québec de ne pas pouvoir se faire servir avec quelques mots français. De plus, il est annoté qu’il y avait un manque flagrant de fluidité entre Booking.com et l’hôtel et pour cette raison, nous n’avons pas pu faire les modifications voulues au niveau de notre chambre, même si toutes les communications, faites par Booking.com à l’établissement ont été relevé et bien envoyé nous restons fort déçu de notre expérience en raison de ces éléments je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement pour ces raisons

Super beau studio, tres comfortable. Mont-Tremblant est un tres beau site a viditer.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits début juin (hors saison d’été et hiver) et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est chaleureux et très serviable. L’appartement était parfaitement équipé, très jolie et cozy. La literie est excellente et la propreté impeccable. Le jacuzzi est un atout incontestable avec une température excellente et des bains à remous puissant. Pour la récupération après la randonnée, c’est parfait. Nous sommes tous les 2 en télétravail. Nous avons fait des réunions en appel vidéo pour constater que le wifi était excellent. Nous étions situés au 2eme étage, milieu de l’aile. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal car il se situe à l’hyper centre où vous pouvez tout faire à pied.

Ce que nous avons le moins apprécié est la partie buffet chaud du petit déjeuner ainsi que les pommes. Les œufs brouillés et les viandes ne sont pas très qualitatives en goût et les pommes étaient farineuses. L’amplitude horaire d’accès au jacuzzi plus importante serait appréciable

Amazing customer service . The lady who checked us in was very courteous. Welcomed us with a big smile , checked us in early . The lady helping with the breakfast was amazing as well. Super nice to our kids . Everyone overall looked just happy and proud of their work .

Idéalement situé au coeur du village de Tremblant. Restos, ambiance, SAQ à la porte.

On sent que l'hôtel date et les systèmes de climatisation de l'hôtel et des restos et hôtels avoisinants sont assez bruyant. Nous avons d'ailleurs dû changer de chambre car nous étions à côté des machines distributrices qui faisaient un réel vacarme. - Le personnel s'est montré très gentil et compréhensif. - Au final, nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec mezzanine côté piscine. C'était mieux, mais tout de même, le sommeil a été très difficile et peu réparateur.

Nous ne savions pas qu’il y avait une période où presque toutes étaient fermés et ça le mentionnait pas .

La chambre est grande et bien aménagée. Le déjeuner était correct, sauf qu'il y avait peu de variété selon les journées, contrairement à la dernière fois que j'y ai séjourné (saucisses 3 fois sur 4, jamais de bacon).

Il y avait très bruyante de la construction sur le toit dès 7h00. Il faisait très chaud (entre 23 et 25 degrés la nuit, dans la mezzanine), sans qu'on puisse utiliser la climatisation.

There was a lack of variety for the breakfast. Eggs and sausage all the time. I would have appreciated more variety, like in the past years.

Room faced back of the property near Fairmont, the outside noise made it very difficult to sleep at night.

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites. The location can’t be beat, and we found our suite very comfortable in every way – bed, pillows, sofa, chair. Also great full kitchen and view overlooking the mountain. Modern, clean and well-maintained. Wonderful hot breakfast provided which we took full advantage of. The hot tub is lovely, although finding it for the first time is a trick, and it would be nice if the hotel provided robes, as is common at other hotels. Another suggestion would be to add some locally baked Quebec pastries to the menu.

Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable. Disliked breakfast options, as someone who eats everything but pork. Didn’t like that towels had to be picked up from reception for the hot tub, and would have liked hot tub hours to go later, arrived from Toronto @9:15pm and was looking forward to the hot tub the whole drive there, that was very disappointing

great location, only a few steps to the ski lifts, located right in the village with shops and restaurants nearby. Really nice large outdoor hot tub

In the heart of the resort. Ski in and out is an option. Excellent restaurants and shops around. Kid friendly, ski lockers available on site. Hot tub was exceptional and operational during the winter. Very spacious suite - fantastic for a family.

The check in staff was not helpful and rude. I requested a 12:00 check in and from the email I received I thought the hotel accepted my request. When arriving at the hotel, the check in staff replied that they never confirm a 12:00 check in and I was wrong to think that. Our room was ready at 3:30pm and the maximum it can be ready is 4:00. Also, I requested a crib which meant we had a baby and obviously a pram. They gave us a room where we had to use stairs on the floor. I had to ask strangers to help me bring the pram up and down the stairs a few times during the stay. We should have a room with no stairs without having to specifically say I’d like a room with no stairs. That’s what I excepted from the Hilton. At check out I mentioned this to the staff who was the same person who checked us in, Sylvia, and she did not care. She was once again rude and told me I should have specified this at check in. I said she was defensive and she told me in a rude tone that she will work on that.

Great location very central and convenient to get to the slopes.

Would have been really nice to have bathrobes in the rooms to use for the outdoor hot tub. Towels for the pool were located at front desk so had to walk through the hotel in our bathing suits.

住了三个晚上，只有第一天有人打扫卫生，之后没有打扫卫生了。楼梯很多，搬运行李非常困难。

Really liked the breakfast, great fresh selection, clean and well attended. The entire hotel is clean and feels fresh, and built for skiers (in and out from lift to lobby). Just a perfect stay

This is our second year staying at this hotel and we absolutely love it! We'll be back next year!!!
