Internet was horrible, practically NON-EXISTENT!! Very surprising, in a bad way, for a Marriott property. They basically gave us the one choice to get internet, which was to sign up for their app, give more info for them to "market' us. That does not sit well with me. NO other hotels ask for that. *Then the frustration continued: While trying to actually sign up for that app, there wasn't enough internet for us to complete it, even with it saying we already had accounts registered with both of our email addresses...the app couldn't complete it. RIDICULOUS!!

The host Aurora was so nice and our room was so comfortable. We will be back again. She told us about the members' benefits with Marriott Bonvoy. Thanks again.

The property was showing its age and was in need of renovation. However the staff were friendly and it was excellent value for money.

Do the hotel is under construction for the pool side and do not have chairs.Do not have lumber's and it was very dusty. It's not clean. was not so comfortable . But the cleaning ladies, she's very nice.She made my room early every morning.Like, I asked and that point I was very happy, but I complain the beginning.Fix my room till 6 o'clock in the evening.And that was wrong. The pool area he was under construction.It was very dusty , no chairs , no shade , it was very bad. And always, they blame the internet, and I've been there at the deserts like once a month, other hotels, they never had any problem with the internet.6

It was easy to get around on and well taken care of. I did not use the pool but there was a lot of furniture in a pretty small area.

Location is good. Close to shopping, dining and freeway. The staff were very professional and friendly. Nice and quiet community. Nice size spaces. We had a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a full kitchen. We enjoyed our balcony which was overlooking the pool. The gym was nice, only encountered one broken treadmill. Needed cups, hand sanitizer and solution to clean the equipment before and after use.

Needs new carpets, chairs and couches. All were very stained tattered and worn out. I didn’t want to sit, had to place a towel over the chairs in my room and in dinning area. Most of the time I stood or sat on the edge of my bed, which I don’t like to do in my street clothes. The couch in our room was worn out and dirty. None of us used it. Also there was no hot tub. I would expect more from the brand.

Older property. Lots of road noise. The breakfast was cold both mornings that I was there.

We were looking for a nice place to stay one night in the area and choose that hotel for its pool area and the big gym that it apparently offers when we looked at the photos. So we were willing to spend more money for those features. Well, the pool area is bigger than what you find in cheaper hotels, the rooms were very big with kitchen, dining table and so on. Also the gym is big. We like that. But still, as you will find in the "what we did not like" section the price tag was just too high for what they offer in the end. But the staff was nice and the rooms comfortable and clean enough so that it would also be suitable for a longer stay if you can accept the shortcomings of the gym and pool.

The water in the pool was not really clean. It was okay to swim in but lots of insects and some dirt floating around. So the pool area itself is nice but, again, for that price tag I ask for more. Same applies for the gym. Really lots of equipment there and the main reason I was willing to pay the money. But at least half of the equipment was out of order. Displays not working, the machines itself sometimes not operation at all, "out of order" stickes on every other machine ... well, then be fair and strike it from your list of hotel features so that people know what to expect.

The location of the room was good. Also the size of the room was good

The check in process was awful. Was not offered access to the poo while waiting 4 hours to check in. The pool was not cleaned the 3 days of my stay. The pool are was dirty with wet towels and dirty diapers. Area not cleaned the entire time of my stay.

Location was great, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Room size and full equipped kitchen was good, met all our needs. We would recommend this place and will be our go to place when visiting Palm Desert.

Some areas were not as well maintained, such as lights along the walk way were out and BBQ grilled not properly closing. We had to call a staff member to light up the propane grill since the self starter feature was not working. We noticed other guest were bringing their own lighters. Our patio light was out and not repaired in spite of bringing attention to have it fixed. Common area trash not emptied in a timely manner.

The room was charming with a balcony that looked out over the pool. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were nice. The breakfast was nice, and changed out the hot items everyday we were there.

I was bummed to stay for 3 nights and never have the beds made in our room. The housekeeping apparently only comes through every other day so the beds are only made on those days, which feels like a bummer.

We don't eat breakfast at your offering, we utilize the kitchen and make our own healthy bfast. Never use most any pool. We like the price and the room size for our bicycles and simplicity.

The staff was professional they took care of us in the correct way. The rooms were wonderful.

The outside appearance of the property was very bad. They had palm leaves all over the place dry spots with no grass. Made it look ugly in the outside.

Room was comfortable and large. Bed was very nice, and having a couch and a kitchen were helpful. Location was a bit removed from the heart of things, but everything is 20 minutes away, so it wasn't an inconvenience.

I hate these standard motel breakfasts, and this one was very typical. Nothing unique or special about the food. Also, upon check-in for a 4 night stay, we were told up front that they would only clean our room once, after two nights. However, they never cleaned our room. They dropped off ONE clean towel on day three, but there were two of us. Never changed the bed or provided additional kitchen supplies (coffee).

I like the view from our rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful.

We had a problem with the heating system, which was never resolved. We would have liked the room to be kept at a temperature of about 73 Fahrenheit and it never went to beyond 68/69° as a result we had to order extra blankets and wore our sweater/ jackets in the room. On the second day, we were offered to change rooms, but we refused as it would be too much trouble to transport everything at that time. Also, four tiles on the bathroom floorwere cracked and wobbly, and the faucet had no stopper regulator at all, and it was difficult to lift the stopper.

Breakfast was standard, coffee was bold. Unit was large with very comfortable mattress. Linen was good quality. Bathroom basic with seperate closet. Kitchen fully equipped. Would stay again, Grocery Store very close. Also close to freeway and Country Club Drive.

Laundry room was not open, remodeling . Rooms are a little tired

Beautiful facility. Great location. The staff that we interacted with were all very professional, courteous, and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of choices.

Toilets are too low. For older clients they are very difficult to get up from. Also the couch in LR should be replaced again as it is showing its age. Beds were super.

Parking was easy. However, the room was not as clean as we hoped. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The room was nice and tidy but you have to ask for housekeeping if you want your room cleaned daily, otherwise no comes to replenish supplies.

Somehow, we were checked out early without actually checking out. The cleaning staff went to our room and woke us up to clean at 8:30 am and again at 9 am. Keep in mind, check-out is at 11 am. We were in town for a Concert and were back to the room late.

The grounds were nice and peaceful.

My card key did not work on the second day.

My family stays at this hotel whenever we’re in Palm desert. It’s very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Free parking - kitchen - great bed - but everything was skimpy and the furniture pretty beat up - I’ve decided not to go back … I didn’t get the free breakfast b/c I left at 6 and it got served at 6:30 - -

Beds little too soft

The hotel did not carry an umbrella. This may seem silly but when it's 105 outside and you are playing golf an umbrella will help lower the temperature by 10 to 15 degrees
