Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Palm Desert Coachella Valley

Close to my medical appointment

A/C is very loud

Easy check-in and checkout. Staff were helpful and friendly. Housekeeper was timely and did a great job.

I have no complaints. Upgrade would be to sell wine choices in addition to beer.

Clean and staff was courteous. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around the area.

The property seemed new or newer and was very clean and not dated in any way.

Wish breakfast hours were a little longer.

The coffee was exceptional and I had easy access to the parking lot

No bar and would have liked a shuttle to Acricsure area and back

Friendly, climate in hotel was very comfortable Compared to the 118 degree heat outside. Front desk attendant very friendly. Easy check in. Great location. Comfortable facilities. Very clean and had a great night sleep

Great

Nothing

Very friendly, quiet and affordable

Muy limpio y cómodo

Clean room, easy checking in and plenty of parking place. Ev connection was wonderful addition. We appreciated very much. Breakfast was good enough to move on with the day. Thank you.

This is new corporate attitude to cut cost. Why is it is so difficult to provide two bottled water in the room? It is so pathetic. We travel all over the world, and cutting cost so sad. It tells a lot about what you don't care about the guests. In other word, I travel around the world not in USA carrier who suck, I travel any other airlines. They still care for their customers. Now, this is all about having two bottle of water in the room. So pathetic.

Location and breakfast

The location was great. Short walk to our favorite brewery. Breakfast was very good

Issue checking in. Couldn't locate our reservation.

Fairly new property. Well maintained.

Very clean, spacious, simple but really thoughtfully arranged and put together.

The property was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I would choose this property again for any future visits.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was close to good restaurants

All was well, cannot pick a downside

The bed was comfy and air conditioner was magnificent

Roaches in the restroom, pool was dirty and one staff member was rude and aggressive.

I like it

Everything was good

We liked everything.

The only thing I can think of is that because our room wasn’t’ really very roomy, a second chair probably would not fit well. A second chair would have been nice. We have been here for about a week now and usually eat our evening meal in the room. So with only one chair, one of us must sit on a little rolling ottoman.

El personal fue demasiado amable, las habitaciones muy tranquilas y las camas muy cómodas. El hotel parece ser muy nuevo. El desayuno muy bueno, con opciones frías y calientes pero con mucha más variedad de lo que usualmente se tiene.

It was clean. They had good food.

The person who did my check in could not “find” my reservation. Once I offered to show him my reservation on my phone, he was able to “find” my reservation. It did not make me feel welcome.

La chambre parfaite

Very clean and easily accessible

Nothing really I guess the ada rooms should be closer to the elevator

Simply Excellent. The breakfast.

Nothing.

Location

So late to check in 4 o'clock

The room and dining room were great.

The swimming pool was very dirty and there were no clean towels available.

Clean

I had booked a room 2 weeks in advance thru booking.com the charge was $157 It was never booked at the Hotel even though I had a confirmation booking number We ended up paying over $250 instead

Clean new and well put together. Rooms were clean and enough of everything.

Everything was good.

The room was comfortable and had a microwave and fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Really liked the staff. Melanie at the front desk was most helpful in trying to locate a piece of mail that I was expecting. She spent extra time helping me. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection.

The pool area defines needs help. It is not at all inviting as just a very drab area . Can’t they at least provide some greenery, flower pots or some form of color. It’s just all concrete with soon shade. Needs some umbrella seating.

Bed comfortable

Breakfast was extremely unhealthy. Paper plates and plastic everything else

It was very clean.

Front desk was very friendly.

The front desk peeps were great.

The $ was reasonable. The Breakfast was great! Location was next to freeway to avoid city traffic. Outside and inside was clean and nice.

Needs new curtains, they had holes in them. a real turn off! No water for making coffee.

Breakfast was very good. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Convenience and service

Difficulty keeping the temperature steady in the room

Everything was great! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

The swimming pool looked very neglected, with a lot of sand at the bottom.

Clean comfy room.

No hand help shower wand

El servicio

Very friendly and fast check in process. Room was very clean, bathroom was very spacious and king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent that was included with the stay. It had a great variety of items and well stocked.

Everything was great. Comfy bed, clean room with a great view of the mountains! Staff are very attentive and friendly and the whole hotel is do clean. Nearby are restaurants and gas stations.

Clean and friendly

Breakfast eggs were reconstituted which are just not very good.

Staff and hotel very nice

I was told they would put a $50 incidental charge on my credit card that would be returned at check out and that didn’t happen. Very dissatisfied with the service.

See above

Breakfast was good

Nothing

Great breakfast

Issue in the bathroom, wet floor when stepped out of shower.
