Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Desert

We had one problem with the water but the hotel resolved it fast. Thank you

Friendly staff clean facility free breakfast always a plus

Breakfast was great. Employees were fantastic. Lobby and surroundings (grounds outside) were very clean

Looked like our toliet had been used since security paper tab around toliet was off and in toliet. Also shower head was the worst, only a sprinkle of water coming out of it. I reported it to the front desk and an AI said someone was working on it but noone every came or called or did anything about it.

Buena ubicación

La cama no fue muy cómoda, podría ser menos viejo el colchon

Staff was really personal and friendly. The breakfast area was very nice.

The pillows were too soft, but that's just me.

Comfy beds and ground floor as requested

It was HOT outside!!!! Overnight stay attended a concert during summer month

Overall great place

I have been staying here every week for the last 8 weeks for work. I have really gotten to know the team. The Manager Toya is exceptional and the staff she is building has been friendly and genuine. I enjoy my stays here

Le lieu, la chambre, la piscine

La piscine qui aurait pu être nettoyée car présence de feuilles et grains de palmier dans l’eau et autour

I loved the privacy. The breakfast staff was amazing 👏

The size of the room was smaller than I thought. There was no freezer and closet space was small

Breakfast included and pool was perfect

Everything

Easy access, huge parking

Small pool

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good continental breakfast

Bed is comfy

Elevator is super slow and smelly

Close to Acrisure Arena. terrific breakfast, coffee, water, apples in lobby. Designated smoking area comfy, shaded.

Drapes didn’t close. Stairs far from center.

Staff friendly knowledge about the restaurant and events in the area.

NA

It’s so close from Acrisure Arena. We only went to a concert.

The room to take breakfast is too small or have uncomfortable tables.

Lose to the freeway

It was under staff, I checked in early through the app but my room was not ready. I got my room at 4:50 pm. I got there at 2:50pm. Waited 2 hr for room to get ready and clean

BUEN DESAYUNO Y HABITACION COMODA. SERVICIO DE LA GENTE QUE TE ATENDIA

The staff were helpful and friendly

It was close to the freeway and restaurants.

We had to wait over an hour after the required check in time for our room and then that room smelled like feet so we asked to change rooms. Don't took a few hours to settle in which was super annoying.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly, breakfast was great and had plenty to go around. Very good stay!

Bed was a little bit hard but comfortable.

Room was clean and adequate

Breakfast was poor. Coffee was empty for 20 minutes, selection of food was very limited and meager. Trash was overflowing and staff walked by it without emptying it.

Close to visiting location

Dusty landscape needs improving parking awful

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was delicious! Overall great experience.

I was not able to sleep all night from the loud noise coming from the room above me. When I complained, I was told that it is a large family and staff did nothing. Before leaving, I raised my concern again and the office staff apologized and said that she would give me a discount. I did not ask for a discount and she did not need to lie. I had an important meeting in the morning and I could not open my eyes or think. It was a stressful and exhausting experience.

Very loud noises and lack of consideration, followed by unhelpful and untruthful staff.

Very clean and comfortable, exactly what I expected from a Hampton Inn. The gym was really nice and I used it during my stay. Breakfast was standard but good. The area around the hotel is very pleasant, great for morning and evening walks with my dog. There is also a gas station within walking distance, which is very convenient. The area felt safe.

Nothing major to complain about. Everything met my expectations.

Cleanliness.

Mattress too soft !

The hotel was close to the freeway, the shampoo and conditioner were cruelty free, the breakfast was amazing, I loved the oak trees in the back, the coffee was great, and the staff were very helpful.

I have a hard time finding anything wrong. But from room 207 I could see lots of overflowing trash in the enclosed dumpsters and there were crows tearing open the trash bags.

Location breakfast comfort

All was good

I loved the chocolate chip cookies. They were a nice treat. Parking and access to the building was good.

TV went out and noisy a/c.

We were only there for a quick turn around. All good!! No problems at all

Todo me encanta del hotel

Clean hotel.

It was too price. It was not worth $409.00 per day.

Pool, breakfast staffs

Room was smelled like smoked even though non smoking room was.

ADA room was roomy with needed safety bars in the bathroom. The staff was very responsive to the various issues we had ... even coming to the room to assist us in working with the TV. Maintenance responded to a broken bathroom vent though they were unable to fix it. Good location on and off freeway.

Didn't like that our ADA room was on the 3rd floor, which would be potentially dangerous for us in an emergency. Felt that the broken bathroom vent issue as well as a broken shower holder should have been caught and corrected.

Walking distance to Starbucks A plus!!

Location was ok.

Bed was worn out. Breakfast was not replenished and I had to ask them to make coffee. This was with an hour and a half for breakfast. Outside garbage was over flowing as was garbage in breakfast area. No one seems to be paying attention to things.

Lobby and eating areas were great.

Bathroom and bedroom needed some improvement.

Unlimited coffee, Breakfast was good, Staff was helpful,

A bit pricey for the accommodations,

Everything! Nice heated pool, beautiful property, good breakfast!

Nothing.

Room was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable!

Very clean and breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly helpful and accommodating!

People were very friendly

Nothing, everything was great!!

Very clean, staff was friendly and nice. Hot breakfast in the mornings smelled great, personally I was never able to wake up on time to partake but when I did go down shortly after it ended, I did notice multiple people still eating and it smelled very yummy.

My only thing is the AC was not consistent in my room. Being in Palm Desert it is kind of guaranteed for it to be warmer even in October/November. AC would stop blowing cold air for long periods of time and I found myself sweating in the room even at night. Ofcourse, this literally could have just been my room and it's just my luck. Can't speak on all rooms.

close to Kaiser for surgery

The room was clean. The air conditioner worked but was a little load.

The TV channel guide did not reflect what was being aired making it impossible to find a selection to watch.

The breakfast was varied and very good. It wasn't crowded and therefore we got our food easily.

Easy check in process as well as a lot of parking. Also around gas station & food spots. We appreciated the water spots near the elevator.

Rooms could use some upgrades on furniture.

Room was clean breakfast was okay.

Front counter help Haley was very rude checking us in. The building was under remodeling, the noise from the painters was terrible and the pool was closed. Did not mention that in their advertisement.

Your front desk people!

Keine Möglichkeit, die Fenster zu öffnen.

Nice location and clean surroundings.

HVAC was a bit on the loud side.

Breakfast was hot and good wait staff

Location, breakfast, free coffee water and cookies and fruit, friendliness of staff

We had a noisy heater in the room. But that’s all!

Great location within driving distance of a mall and food options. A gas station and a Jack in the Box a stone throw away was also nice. The room was cozy and quiet!

Nothing comes to mind!

The room was spacious and I loved all of the extra storage space....door hooks, closet space etc. This sometimes lacks in hotels. It has a nice size fridge and also a microwave. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I loved the little perks such as a hot chocolate station and cookies in the afternoon.

Extra towels would have been nice (I could have gone down to get them, but having extra bath towels is always nice to have) and a better blow dryer. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

In Booking.com we reserved a room for 2 adults + 3 children,, but neither Booking nor the hotel had space for 5 people as expected - extra bed was missing for the 5th person. As a solution, the hotel provided a room with king bed and sofa bed, which fits only 4, while the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Neither parties were there to help and ignored our request nor wanted to acknowledge wrong information that the room fits 5. No extra bed or alternative solution was offered either.

quiet and right location

Was clean and comfortable . Staff excellent

Staff was wonderful… room clean and roomy…. Breakfast exceptional!

Nothing
