Courtyard Palm Desert

I didn’t like the remodeling going on, I should have been informed at booking that the hotel was in a remodel mode!

I am a repeat customer due to the location (quick access from the I-10), pleasant staff, cleanliness, restaurant next door and cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Renovation in progress so things are a little noisy..

It was close to where we needed to be.

There was no breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, no real amenities at all! Very disappointing overall because we have stayed here numerous times before.

James at the front desk is truly one of a kind. Having stayed at many hotels and motels over the last few years, I can easily say his hospitality stands out. Since my wife and I weren't familiar with the area, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we were completely comfortable. The hotel's location is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from local stores and restaurants.

We had breakfast included. We had two coffees, a bagel and an avocado toast, The attitude of the server was horrible, she then charged $43,50 to room. When checking out, the promised an immediate refund. The refund never came. I have to file against the hotel. A shame really.

We liked the location . The room was quiet and clean.

The lobby didn’t smell good- it use to. The ice water and coffee were gone. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing and VERY stinky! The trash cans by the door to the parking lot were so smelly we had to hold our breath. The lobby wasn’t cool. Just felt very uncared for .

They try to put me in a room where construction was going even if hotel was half empty on the hallway but they moved us to another one without issue

We really enjoyed our stay here for Coachella. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The location was good for the festival as the shuttles are right outside.

The cafe closed early every morning at like 9:30am.

This is my go-to place to stay in the Palm Springs/Desert Inn area when I visit the area. Its conveniently located with a short drive to restaurants, shops, museums, and zoo. Service has always been great and requests are quickly honored. Great value too if you are a member of Marriott and have rewards points.

The pool towels need to be updated And the parking

The breakfast was not made to order like at other locations and was very shy on the "protein" other than eggs in the breakfast burrito, but was a good size!! Didn't know we couldn't use our vouchers for dinner like at other locations, so we missed breakfast on the first day b/c we preferred waiting for dinner so we could sleep in.

The pool was cloudy, the mechanism that deposited the chemicals was not working and Labor Day and the day prior and the morning of had the pool over used, completely crowded and we could not get in to use it. It appeared like a private party had taken over the hotel!! Towels were left everywhere over night, no one cleaned up!!

Dal momento che non ho ottenuto mai risposta ai messaggi inviati tramite chat e non potendovi contattare per mail a causa del vostro inesistente servizio di assistenza clienti, provo a scrivere una recensione, magari leggete. Ho prenotato due notti (dal 3 al 5 gennaio 2026) tramite Booking.com pagate attraverso carta di credito e presso la vostra reception ho aggiunto in un secondo momento un’ulteriore notte (posticipando quindi la data del check out al 6 gennaio 2026), pagata in loco con la medesima carta di credito. Ad oggi mi ritrovo invece due fatture: una corretta di Booking.com per le due notti (3-5 gennaio) e una vostra fattura errata in cui anziché essermi addebitata la sola notte aggiunta personalmente presso la vostra reception, mi sono state addebitate tutte e tre le notti in cui ho soggiornato presso di voi, due delle quali come già riportato, pagate al momento della prenotazione tramite Booking.com. Mi vedo costretto a scrivere qui sperando in un vostro celere riscontro. Aggiungo in ultimo che l’importo addebitatomi per vostro errore è di 267,67 USD! Attendo riscontro immediato.

The barista needs help. I waited long do I left and the next morning I heard someone say their eggs were cold and to reheat it And then another lady came up saying she’d waited a long time for her food.

No room was available!! Took about two hrs to find another place when we got to the hotel!

Good hotel but not amazing. Shower valve backwards and partly broken. Only one elevator! Nice looking hot tub and odd-shaped pool not good for swimming laps. Balconies. 24 hr fitness room shared with residence inn. Would be great if all the equipment were functional. At this point in time, almost 50% is broken in terms of cardio. Internet in fitness room is spotty.

Super nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Definitely plan on staying again.

Great property to stay. They have a kitchenette which is great if you want to save on food expenses. Staff service is exceptional.

When we got there they said they were overbooked and since we booked through booking.com we were unable to get a room with a king bed like we requested. Instead they sent us to a room with 2 queens- BUT- it was in the the 3rd floor which had plastic all down the halls - on wet carpeting- and even in our room there was an area of wet carpet. I complained since I’m very allergic to mold & mildew. They moved to the 2nd floor, 2 queens, and no flooding.

Good location. The room was nice. Friendly entry service. Convenient for golf courses.

The corridor on route to my room was under construction. I was not informed about this prior to booking the room. It was a little odd that there was no breakfast available on a Saturday morning. I used to stay at this hotel 15+ years ago. The hotel vibe has changed with the darker decor. It's not quite so welcoming.

TV has no reception and internet service was unbearably slow

Acrisure Arenaが目的で、行きはRideshareで行けますが帰りは捕まらず50分程歩いて帰りました。

A hotel szép helyen van, a szoba egyszerű, de tiszta és kényelmes volt. King szobát foglaltunk, de az érkezésünkkor még nem volt elérhető, így felajánlottak egy másikat, ami kisebb, de kaptunk rá kedvezményt, sőt választhattunk szintet és kilátást is.

A foglalásunkban benne volt a reggeli, de másnap közölték hogy ki kell fizetnünk. Ezen teljesen ledöbbentem, ilyen még soha nem fordult elő velünk egyik Booking foglalásunk során sem, mindig azt kaptuk, amit foglaltunk. A recepciós hölgy viszont nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, azonnal intézkedett és szólt a kávézóban dolgozó hölgynek, hogy félreértés történt. Végül sem a reggelit, sem a kávét nem fizettették ki velünk, de nagyon kellemetlen volt. Talán ezt előre, a bejelentkezéskor tisztázni kellene a vendégekkel, hogy ne érje őket meglepetés, ha ez a szállás és a Booking között nem jól működik a kommunikáció.

Front desk was rude when we checked in. The bathtub seemed not that clean with mildew around the drain. Musty in the room. The ac unit was really really loud and going on and off all night. Just okay.

Das Hotel liegt gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die umliegenden Berge und für Stadterkundungen in Palm Springs und Palm Desert.

Das auf der Webseite angebotene Frühstück für 17,00$ gab es leider nicht. Man konnte alle Frühstückskomponenten zu entsprechend höheren Preisen ordern.

Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast bistro was not open for breakfast or dinner on Saturday as advertised. Also found a baby lizard in the room. I was also told the pool was heated, but it was freezing cold.

My wife and stayed here for a Paul McCartney concert at Acrisure arena, which was one away. Everything worked out great!

The building is falling apart. Ceiling tiles hanging off, repairs apparently underway all over the building but no one actually working on them. Flooding and dripping throughout building. Metal gate on pool broken. Metal grate on another pool door hanging off. Pool towels tiny and dingy. Sliding door to balcony barely worked.

Rooms were nice

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were offered complimentary breakfast because of problem. The location was close to the Acrisure Arena where we were seeing a concert. The staff were nice.

Dark room. Could hear neighbors. Horrible coffee. Nice person at desk checking in.

They were doing construction on the rooms on the second floor by where we were so we got woke up to been pounding with hammers in the morning and I just wish that they had to be there started later or not put us near construction I had my disabled brother with me and he didn't understand what was going on

I have my disabled brother with me and they put his on the second floor where they were doing construction every time they were begging with the hammers it woke him up and he didn't really understand what was going on I had asked for a first floor because of his disabilities and they said they didn't have any yet the person right before me they asked him if he wanted a bottom level floor

The staff were nice and beds comfortable but description said it was an upscale hotel (no). Also the hot tub/ jacuzzi only had cold water jets and only one person to prepare breakfast so after waiting in line for 20 minutes, I got in my car and went to a restaurant. Also the ad said they had an onsite “bistro” so I thought I could just eat a small dinner there after coming from L.A. but no…they no longer have that (and it was just a very small, casual bar/grill that is also used for the breakfast. Not really a bistro where you are served. They also said they have Netflix, Prime and Hulu but when I tried to watch they wanted me to sign-in/ create an account . So the hotel is clearly struggling. The workout room was okay although most of the treadmills did not work (but I found one to use).

We checked in at 4 pm and were asked if we wanted to be on the first, 2nd, or 3rd floor. We said we were flexible. We were given a room that ended up being right next to a bunch of rooms that were being remodeled. Were woken up early by heavy construction noise and whining carpet strippers/vacuums. The doors to the rooms were wide open. It was SUPER loud. The room we were given should never have been available to guests (see picture…we were right next to 6+ rooms being remodeled). Management didn’t do anything to make it right when I told them. Lousy night sleep. This place cares only about making money and does not care at all about customers. They will try to sell you any room…even if they shouldn’t.

TV didn’t work. I tried to call front desk. The phone didn’t work. Next day the man at front desk offered breakfast because of TV not working. That was nice. However, the following day TV not working again & phone never worked.

Rooms are "thin". It's easy to hear everything above and from the rooms to the sides. Cheap construction. Did not sleep well because of noisy neighbors

Sorry to announce that my stay was un pleasant. My first day in pool water was dirty jam with bugs. Hot tub needs an upgrade, and hot water was not even warm at all. Hallway walking to my room were not vacuum. Very disappointed with my stay that will never stay there again. Total lost in my account!

Clean, great service, close to Acrisure Arena. Air conditioned worked great as it was extremely hot outside. Ample parking. No hot water the 1st day, told the front desk. Next day no problems. No onsite restaurant. Starbucks on the premises open very limited hours in the morning. Would I stay again? Sure

Nice hotel with easy check in, easy parking and has a lot of nearby restaurants. Only two blocks off the freeway! Plus, an Applebees with late night food on the same lot

Great A/C - big room - no microwave just a frig - weird casegood design … modern Marriott?? Bathtub stopper didn’t work but my sister said to NOT take a bath in a hotel (germs)
