There was also no body wash or soap in the room had two shampoos had to get house keeping to switch. the bathroom door had loose hardware. not what i expect from a hotel at that price. doubtful i would stay there again also selection of dinning for dinner was limited. wanted to eat at the steak house was closed mon and tues

We have noticed when we book through Booking.com, we get assigned a room all the way at the end of the hall which is quite a hike. Also, we and many others wanted to watch World Cup, and they turned it off in the sports bar for a live musician when the game was almost over. People weren’t happy, as there was another bar on property that was closed.

Low toilets, very hard to get a drink when gambling. Spent 300.00 and never was offered a free drink. Had to go find a server then paid 22 dollars for one beer and a crown and diet coke..

Reviewed May 21, 2026The suite was very comfortable and very clean. The casino and areas that were common were very beautiful. Would be nice however if the pool was heated, otherwise enjoyed our stay immensely in fact, going to stay two more days on our return trip from San Antonio Texas.
Probably a common dislike would be the smoke in the casino, but that is understandable.

valet service at check-out was bad. the driver came around with my car. i handed him my yellow ticket and a $5 tip. he walked away & left me & my daughter there to haul our 2 suitcases from the ground into the back of my car. terrible!

2 thing seemed overly dirty, the two chairs in room 25069 were dirty and stained. Also the chairs in the Salt and Ivy restaurant had food debris in the groove on the arms.
