Gorgeous hotel!

The bed is a bit too hard

The connected room which we didn’t request and was not pleasant or quiet all night long. Not to mention the huge gap at the bottom of the door leading to the connected room that allowed not only unwanted light but unwanted noise

We love staying here. This is our go to every time we come to the coast for work or pleasure. Great staff, great location, great rooms etc. its has it all for us.

The clientele when we stayed was a bit wild. The smell of weed was incredibly strong in the hallways.

The guy at the front desk was nice. We received two chips for our first drink. The bartender was very nice and friendly. The rooms were just what we needed. Everything was clean. The location was excellent. We ate from Mugshots bar&grill that was right over behind the hotel.

Nice big suite. Plenty space and having two bathrooms was great. Complimentary drinks were great.

The living room sofa was not comfortable at all. No microwave. Not enough towels and wash cloths for the number of people we registered for. We had to call both days for more towels.

Found a plastic cup under the nightstand, and the mirror in the kitchenette looked like it was cleaned with a dirty sock.

Not 100% clean but close & needed more towels/washclothes/etc than they were prepared to start with.

HOTEL Elevators are small and had lots of bad noises coming from them when traveling up and down. Had Terrible Neighbors that where slamming doors and making loud noises. I had a 4yr old with me and having to call the Front Desk at 1am to complain. Not what I was expecting, paying that much for their largest Suite.

While the staff were friendly, our room had several issues. All of the doors squeaked loudly, room service failed to replenish our basic toiletries (bring your own shampoo and soap!), and the AC was completely unreliable, fluctuating between hot and cold no matter where we set the thermostat. For the price we paid, we expected a much more comfortable experience and left feeling quite unsatisfied.

Front desk staff is extremely friendly, from the minute we walked in we were greeted and treated like we were so special! Clean and very large rooms, comfortable beds. Decor is great, photos of famous people, the Sinatra theme, furnishings, lamps, wall decor and even the bar were all very retro! Great design!

There should be tea bags in every room, there wasn’t and we were charged for one teabag! The restaurant is very pricey, the bar drinks were Ok. Wine needs more variety and the measured pour is an awful idea for an old fashioned bar theme! Wine had limited variety, need more reds and whites, there are plenty of reasonably priced options to be found for this bar. There was no prosecco. Food…the best thing was the shrimp cocktail which seemed to be the most reasonably priced for the portion. Otherwise, it was pricey. Breakfast, we didn’t try but it was also pricey considering there are so many options available within walking distance. The staff, decor and great size of hotel rooms make the place! We will be back!

We chose this hotel it was based on location and pictures online. While I must say the online pictures were spot on. The cleanliness of this hotel could use improvement. The hotel wasn’t dirty. It was dark. They need to work on better lighting for the hallways in the rooms. The beds were hard and the pillows were way too big for the bed and they were also so hard. The furniture in the living space was hard and uncomfortable. The mini fridge was so small. You couldn’t put anything in it for the price we paid per night. I expected more not to mention having to walk six flights of stairs because the elevators were down during our stage. We experienced a blackout for all the other hotels and casinos have power when we went downstairs in the dark to find out what was happeninguu there was no staff in the lobby to tell us what was happening. We did went into the staff member outside the hotel that told us that our room will be compensated by the general manager the next day well, it’s been two days and we have not heard from a general manager, and the payment has posted to our account. However, I must say upon checking out we were greeted by ona. She was very nice and had to give us the truth that the person who had told us that the room will be compensated lied to us. She fixed us a cup of coffee and offered her apology while I appreciate apology, her nice hospitality and understanding how frustrated we were this is completely unacceptable for this hotel and I will never stay here again, and I will tell all my families how awful this experience was for us. I would also like to mention that the supervisor Kendall was the guy we met at the elevator. he happened to BJ stopping live, but not on duty that night. He was nice and courteous however that doesn’t make up for the fact that I had to walk the number of flights of stairs that night as well as seeing a hot room and not be compensated for it.

Location Pool Decor

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. A family heirloom watch — a gold Gucci bamboo watch that was passed down to me — went missing after housekeeping serviced my room. I had taken it off while showering and knew exactly where I left it. My children knew where it was, too. I was only gone from the property for about 20 minutes. When I called the front desk to report it and ask for help retrieving it, I was shocked to be told it was no longer there. While I understand a hotel cannot fully control the actions of a dishonest housekeeper, the way the situation was handled was extremely nonchalant and dismissive. It felt as if simply leaving my phone number was supposed to somehow make my property reappear. What made the situation even worse was the lack of urgency and concern from the front desk staff. There was little effort to investigate or provide meaningful support, which made an already upsetting situation even more disheartening. Unfortunately, this was a hard lesson learned. Deep down, I had a feeling my watch would never “turn up,” and sadly, I was right. I’ve heard too many stories of guests losing valuable jewelry and personal belongings, and now I understand how real those stories can be. I strongly encourage future guests to secure their valuables and think carefully before leaving anything sentimental or expensive in their rooms.

The rooms are spacious. The beds are like heaven. The showers in the rooms are big enough to dance in!

The only thing I found is the bird that wasn't picked up close to the entry of the hotel. It lay dead for several days before it was removed.

Did not try or make use of the breakfast. The location was excellent. The facility was very clean. Rooms were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The beds were too hard for both me and my partner. There was one issue: the was an adjoining room to ours. We got back from dinner Saturday night around 9 pm. The guest in the adjoining room got back around 10pm. From 10 until midnight they yelled, screamed, fought, cursed and were very threatening to each other. My partner was actually afraid that gunfire might break out. They left their room around midnight but returned around 3:30am. They continued the same behavior from 3:30am until 4:30am. They were drunk or loaded or both. They shouted and screamed. I did not report it to the hotel because, well, I just didn't. Nor did I report it the next morning when we checked out.
