"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service is non-existent and highly unprofessional. When I booked, they confirmed a one-night stay, but the communication regarding check-in and check-out was a disaster. I arrived at 3:00 PM, only to be told the check-out time was 12:00 AM (midnight), which makes no sense for a overnight stay. When I tried to clarify the situation, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the misunderstanding, they started mocking me and were very disrespectful. To make matters worse, they eventually blocked my number so I couldn't even call to resolve the issue. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. They do not value their guests and their behavior is completely unacceptable."

The receptionists were very nice and the breakfast enjoyable. I liked that the property was monitored and had 24 hours reception.

There was mold in the wash rooms and room... there were dirty sheets and walls with stains and the room smaller like smoke. I would like a refund

The room was gross

Room was not clean. The bed was not comfortable; every time I turned, it felt like I got jabbed in the back by a spring. The bathtub was black on the bottom. Sure, it may be old, but if thats the case replace the tub because it looks disgusting. Wouldnt even shower in there. Front desk staff was also not super friendly..

Staff weren’t very friendly. Breakfast was very poor. The bed in the king suit was incredibly firm and uncomfortable we ended up checking out a night early. I had to call for help with the TV with multiple remotes and felt like I was troubling the staff. I then needed to request new bedding and was charged $60 damage fees.

The room was tidy on arrival. The tap in the sink was difficult to operate but the shower was fine. The staff was very welcoming both on check in as well as check out.

There was a lot of noise overnight. I am hard of hearing and do not sleep with my hearing aids - and noise from adjacent rooms was quite annoying. The breakfast was supposed to offer gluten free options, but they were basically "just don't eat the bread, muffins and cereal." There were no alternatives.

Did not like carpet throughout. Room was very small with very basic room amenities. Not a good breakfast! Expensive for what you get.

The room was non smoker but it smell like smoke. The coffee pot was not clean. The room seemed old and in need of repair/paint.

Only provided one shampoo for 4 night stay and it came out in one blob ( just have been an old one). Didn't take garbage out after first day Tried to double charge even when provided with booking reference.

Location was good. The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast area the coffee machice was not working. The orange juicce was sour and tangy gone nad, muffin was hard. Needs major overall. The heater in the room was very noisy.

There are new heating and a/c units ,but very noisy. Fan speed wouldn't adjust lower for quieter operation

The room was great and the location was spectacular. Staff was very attentive and the area was very safe. it was minutes by Uber to the city centre aand close to amenties. also it seemd like a pretty safe are and right across from Chucks Roadhouse which was a huge plus.

The room had no heat on. It took 3 hrs to warm up. The room was terribly dusty. Under reno's. Carpet was disgusting . Won't go back!

The bathroom was very dirty, the shower un useable due to mold. The extra latch lock on the door to the room was put on backwards so if you pulled or pushed the door hard enough you could easily break the door open.

Not clean dust is everywhere.never change towels.

The beds were too soft and springy The tv was impossible to figure out You had to sign in. Why is that? So we did not see much on tv.

bathroom was gross, orange grout (which i had to purchase cleaning products myself to clean for my daughter to have a bath, which then became white), no toilet paper on arrival. I was also given a wrong room as I requested 2 beds and got a king instead.

My bed was sunken in the middle. Either old mattress or broken box spring. I was told at the desk that I could regulate the heat. But once I entered the room I could not adjust the heat at all. There were no obvious switches to the baseboard heaters and no instructions. There was very detailed instructions on how to navigate the TV and a remote to the air conditioner. The coldness of the room late December wasn't an issue when in bed but very uncomfortable when getting undressed at night and dressed in the morning. Also I prechecked in with all my information online then had to redo all the paperwork when I arrived. Pointless. I knew I booked an inexpensive stay and really didn't expect much. The room was clean, though did not smell great, terrible bed, no heat. I run an Airbnb for 10 years and have a 4.8 star rating. This is a knowledgeable opinion on an stay.

Availability and easy to get to.

I would have liked the option to only turn the bathroom light on without the fan automatically coming on as well, particularly in the middle of the night so not to disturb others that were sleeping.

I think the staff was very friendly and welcoming and try to assist you in whatever way possible. The breakfast was also excellent and the location was convenient.

Building is rough and bathrooms are in bad shape. I asked the person at the front desk if I could buy a toothbrush, and they rudely brushed me off. I walked across the street to the Comfort Inn and they were so kind. The building is beautiful and they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste for free even though I wasn't staying there. The price difference between these hotels is marginal but the quality difference is massive. I won't stay at another Super 8. I also strongly discourage anyone from choosing this hotel over others in the area.

It was very cleanand staff was amazing. The checkin was amazing on line and made everything when arriving very simple. It was great place to stay for the value we paid. It suited out perpose with amazing, welcoming staff.

I missed not having waffles but the cereal and muffins were good. The tea and orange juice was also nice.

My bath towel had several holes in it. The light on the left side of my bed was working but after I got into my night ware it went out and stayed out.

The facilities and the room were clean, and the beds reasonably comfortable. The staff person we dealt with was pleasant and welcoming - probably the best part of the stay.

The facilities are looking a bit worn out, breakfast was no more than adequate. For the cost, it did not provide excellent value.

The breakfast and the lication was satisfactory. The hotel was very run down. The room smelled very bad, the ceiling was peeling off. The wallsockets were falling off the wall. The smoke detector was beeping. There were stoned ppl sitting on the step outside mu unit. I di not feel safe.

The staff at the front desk was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Good looking too! :) The room clean and well furnished. Bathroom was clean!!!!

Rooms are extremely small and dated/worn, as well, things that have been upgraded aren't finished. Beds could use mattress topers

The staff was helpful, prompt, and easygoing. Very friendly and informative. Was my second stay in this hotel, 5 stars both times.
