Room was clean and well maintained.

The location is a bit isolated. No decent restaurants at a walkable distance near by.

The staff, property and complimentary breakfast were really good. We were traveling with a pet - the room and property were pet-friendly. The staff were really helpful all throughout our stay. I would come back here again.

If I were being nitpicky, I would say the location - anything we needed was at least a 10-minute drive. This was not a deal breaker for my family.

Het beste ontbijt van de hele reis! Medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Zwembad was een bonus! De reistijd vanaf de luchthaven is ​​ongeveer 20 minuten. Andere hotels zijn wel dichterbij het vliegveld, maar 3 of 4 keer zo duur.

Nous bloquer 600$ pour 2 chambres nous faire payer le tout en 4 paiements rien pour déjeuner payer 20$ par personne pour avoir des oeufs brouillés des saucisses et des patates . Le buffets était médiocre. Du melon d'eau défraîchi et des raisins même pas croquants.

Very nice hotel, modern, large rooms, good facility, clean room, quiet AC. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Modern and clean bathroom. Coffee machine, small refrigerator. Feel comfortable to book, highly recommended.

Housekeeping knocks on doors at 9-10 AM whether or not you have "do not disturb" sign on. They don't care apparently, trying to kick you out I guess, asking you "are you leaving today if so when" type on unnecessary questions. Never seen anything like this before. Still good hotel.

Dull area, but is a business location and good for airport. One night was perfect following arrival.

Overall stay was good

We had an issue with the wash basin in the bathroom, it was choking. We called the receptionist and they sent someone and got it fixed.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Brampton. My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot, and instead of receiving support from the hotel staff, I was left feeling completely helpless. I waited for hours trying to get assistance, but the general manager was unavailable, and no one from management seemed willing or able to help me during an emergency.

As a guest, I expected at least some concern, guidance, or assistance with security footage, contacting authorities, or simply checking on my situation. Instead, I was left dealing with the theft on my own while being extremely stressed and worried about my personal belongings and important documents that were inside the vehicle.

No mirror in the lift isn’t good at all for such property ! Kindly put one . Pls the rooms should be cleaned all day except the client says otherwise. Instead of once in an every two days cleaning. Aside that it’s perfect. Again breakfast should be added to room payment . Stop embracing people when they come down To eat , oh no breakfast isn’t included .. and the price is too highhhhhh

Everything was A1: beautiful hotel, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Only « down » side is the location. It is situated in an industrial area: 10 minutes drive to restaurants.

Staff truly exceptional, especially the Dining Room management and server.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly.

First two nights I stayed it was very noisy. Parents put their kids in the hallway to play, at one point there was a hockey net set up and 6 kids yelling and running around the hallway. This was night time and early morning.

Ppl in the room next door were loudly having sex for over an hour with my child in the room next door an no one was able to sleep from 3-4:30am called front desk to ask for support and to do something about it and it continued for over an hour. No follow up on complaints and did not hear hotel staff go knock on their door or do anything about it…

Breakfast hot item such as eggs, sausage and hashbrown could have been warmer.

I liked how it was close to amenities and close to my business area I attended. Easy to navigate off the main road.

I didn't like when I went to check in informing me that I only had to use a Visa or MasterCard for security deposit..As I don't own one..Due to the room already booked and beyond the cancellation time I was able to cancel. Which is understandable..The fact the two girls at the front desk eventually asked their manager if I could use my debit Visa for security deposit 20 minutes later. The security deposit was a hearty $500 even when I was travelling solo..I had to transfer money to my accounts in the Looby. The next morning took some time as well to refund my security deposit as she had a hard time to process it back to me. The beer for a draft Moosehead was $16. I never ate there.

The hotel deducted money twice from my card-USD 315.29 which has not been refunded to date despite my complaint. The amount charged as security deposit for one night is far beyond the amount charged for a night. Which is not fair for most travelers on budget and would like to shop before departure.

The hockey team running around the Koby and the halls- I too have kids who play in tournament and stay in hotels and would not allow our team to be so disruptive

Front desk Credit card Machine was down and they needed a deposit (even if the room was fully paid) Her solution was for me to sleep outside... Until some else tried to use the machine and got denied also. Then she find another way. I waited 1h30 to check into my room and also had to sleep outside. No help, no willingness to help me Her only solution was '' do you want to try again'' After a 17h fly day, this was brutal.

Pool was very dirty and my granddaughter got a bacterial infection from a result of pool being uneven levels in pool I did advise front desk about the pool without any further information

Check-in was great! Moniece was super! Dinner was delicious! I had the salmon and my husband had the o ion beef soup and Fish and Chips.
