Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Brampton

I liked everything

N/a

Great location

Vooral Roxanne was echt super.

It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

Pulito, spazioso, vicino all'aeroporto, parcheggio gratuito

Colazione con poca scelta

Location. Facilities.

Staff was great, and the coffee stations were also great.

There was only one handicap spot in the parking lot and it was taken, and we really needed one so it would’ve been nice. Had there been another spot?

Very good

Nothing disliked

Clean, cheap, friendly, spacious,free parking

The facility was great. However, the pool slide being open upon request isn't stated anywhere and should be public knowledge.

The location is hidden but a great accessible area.

Excelente instalaciones

Property is Good and nearby the Airport

Near Airport

Breakfast was very good and location was good as well

The bathroom needs fo be renovated

Rien

Amazing staff and what a great pool with water slide!

The breakfast was great.

The pool was down due to a customer "incident". This was a 3 day family trip booked months ago. We booked this hotel because it had a pool. A planned part of our trip was to swim. Our kids were pretty disappointed.

Personal

This Hotel is way to pricey for the location and the offered comfort

Staff were great and food was great.

To many hotels have inadequate gyms. This hotel could definitely use a larger more equipped gym. Also, a hot tub that holds 3 people is insane. Small hot tub and small pool. Very sad.

Le personnel, le déjeuner

Rien a coté

The serenity

Nothing

The waterslide was closed.

Variety of choices for breakfast. Very quiet room

The location is in the industrial area, not many restaurants choices and convenience store around. The smell is not pleasant in public area.

This hotel was way better than most of the four star hotels Breakfast was excellent with different variety and options Staff was very friendly and helpful to let us check out late Kids enjoyed the pool and slide (slide was only open on weekends and till 1 pm)

Nothing

Nice and clean

Nice and clean

Bugs were on the bed

Stayed here while I was in town for a graduation ceremony. Chose this hotel because of the proximity to the graduation venue. The room was nice, comfortable and spacious; staff were friendly! Overall, a good option! :)

Unfortunately the whirlpool was missing tiles in several places on the steps, and the exposed edges were quite sharp (mentioned to front desk staff at check out). Breakfast area was also quite busy because of the world cup, so seating was limited.

Rent

Pool was lovely

Elevators were very inconvenient and only worked half the time

The breakfast was good & staff nice

The bathroom was outdated & tub needed more cleaning

Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber

Schlechtes Frühstück, Blutzuckerschock. Alles Wegwerfartikel und billig Essen! Für den Preis zu einfach

Kostenfreie Parkplätze, gute Anbindung an Highway, Flughafennähe

Sehr große Ameisen im Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück

Good location, spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and convenient on-site parking.

Freundliches Personal

Good location, spacious room, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and convenient on-site parking.

Nil

Clean and friendly staff

No bar for a wind down before turning in for the night.

Convenient location

AC was not adjustable

The best thing about the hotel is its staff, they all are super helpful and welcoming. They don't have many options for breakfast, but it's still enough: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, bagels etc. Their coffee tastes surprisingly good by the way. Plenty of parking spaces available and a fast connection to the highway.

I understand that they try to remain on a budget-friendly side, but I just cannot accept the latest fashion for single-use carton plates and wooden cutlery, especially for a franchise like Marriott. It looks so cheap and depressing as if you're staying in a shelter for homeless people where you're not welcome. I also find it strange to install fixed windows with a vent unit, so you cannot let the fresh air in since an old vent smells like, well, an old vent. But it might well be a cultural thing.

Very clean, beds were comfy. Quiet hotel

Surrounded by trucking companies but it’s whatever

staff were wonderful and courteous with smiling face. Facility was clean! breakfast was fresh and tasty!

need more drawers for cloths. microwave and the mini fridge need to be on a counter.

Clean room and great staff

The property is in an industrial area so you can’t walk to restaurants. However, many fast food chains are a short drive away.

Beds are amazing

Max was exceptional, our reservation got messed up and he accommodated us with an extra room, breakfast was great, pool was amazing with the slide and the hot tub actually worked not like that some of the hotels, we had to leave early and Max once again accommodate us couldn't ask for better customer service 5+ stars all around for him! We'll definitely stay there again next year!

Nothing

Hot tub pool and slide great breakfast aswell

Breakfast was really good. It was tasty and healthy as well.

Good location

You stayed at this hotel every year for the past three years for a hockey tournament Really enjoy the breakfast

Our room when we checked in, had a few wrappers here and there on the floor, so our back backs were immediately up for cleanliness. The hot tub and the pool were also cloudy and felt dirty and not a lot of towels out. This is our third year in a row there and the other two years was great, and this year was different

It was clean and updated

Non

Manque de restaurant

Staff

A little dated

The beds were comfortable.

Mold in shower, room was outside of a loading dock area and pool was not open.

Pool and hottub were DISGUSTING!!!! Yellow sludge floating in the bubbles.... and waterside was closed with zero warning

It was very spacious. We had 2 comfortable chairs to sit in.

All good 👍

Staff were excellent, very friendly, high customer service. The pool and slide, and being close to the airport were key reasons for us staying at the resort. Appreciate the staff for opening the slide.

The air con machine in the room was quite loud, and woke the family a few times during the night.

Had rooms available with a pull out sofa and which had an accessible bathroom for people with mobility issues. The staff are really friendly.

The location is next to nothing. As in no restaurants or even a convenient store nearby. There is no restaurant there either so if you do not want to drive around the area or don't have access to a car I would strongly not recommend this place. Staff mention you can use google eats, but I don't find this an appealing option and the one time I did use Uber Eats overpriced. Breakfast is included but just okay. The rooms were okay, but nothing above average. This hotel claims to be a Marriott, but certainly in name only.

The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. Very comfortable pull out couch & bed! The waterslide alone was a big seller for us and it didn’t disappoint!! The buffet breakfast was delicious with great options & always stocked up! The staff is all around amazing and so kind!

Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful

Pool was cold, the hot tub wasn't working and the ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working

Just all around a great place to stay

L’emplacement et la propreté des lieux

Rien

Room was very comfortable Location is remote. No stores or restaurants nearby. No shuttle as advertised on booking.com. cost me $60 for ride

Mentioned above the shuttle was a major disappointment and the remoteness much further from airport than advertised at 4 km

Well kept and clean

Blown down fencing around mechanical units outside in parking lot

Staff was accommodating.

Check in and out was straightforward. The room accommodated our family of 5 with enough space. Breakfast was well equipped and serviced.

Having booked for 5 people it would have been helpful to have enough towels on arrival and after the room was serviced to avoid repeatedly asking for towels to suit our booking. The fitness center had 2 treadmills, however only one worked. Our biggest frustration was that the pool was undergoing maintenance at 9 am and at 5 pm, both times that we were hoping to take our children for a swim. The pool, with the water slide, was the main reason we had booked that particular hotel and not another one. When we asked if/when the pool would be available the person at reception was clearly offended that we found it problematic. Additionally, there silverfish bugs in the bathroom.

Le service de Fayçal

All staff nice and friendly, helpful, even swimming pool slides don’t open during week. My kids want use it, I ask staff, they can open for me during swimming pool open hours , free snacks in my room and have greetings cards on my room table swimming pool slide, 24hrs free coffee and hot chocolate , clean

AC unit kind noise during sleep time

Convenient clean and reasonable

It was alright for an airport hotel. Room was clean and there was breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

A bit of road noise in the morning with manual semis leaving the hotel.

Clean great breakfast

Location. Commercial with no restaurants shops within walking distance
