The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was pretty easy. The room was very nice and bed was very comfortable.

I was staying at this hotel for four nights, the reception staff told me that the room would be cleaned every other day but you can ask at reception for new towels every day. The second day the room was not cleaned and they only left the bath towels but no hand towels, face flannels or the bath mat though they took all the old ones away. They didn’t change the sheets or even make the bed. When we told the reception staff they offered us clean bed sheets and told us we can change them by ourselves. This is not acceptable when you are paying good money for the room per night. For that reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely not stay there again.

The location

There were not enough towels for a party of three we had asked at check-in and by 2 pm the next day we still hadn’t received any towels. We had to go down to the reception and were told we’d have to wait even though there was a person on our floor with towels! Also when we arrived there were no sheets on the pullout couch I had to go down again because there was no answer on the phone someone came up with one sheet I asked for a second sheet and was told there was no more. I said I want another and the person never returned. Our stay included my 90 year old dad and the bathtub was to dangerous for him to take a shower no antiskid in the tub. We had to climb up on a landing to get to the soap very dangerous.

Cafe staff was a little unpleasant. Front desk staff were very polite and welcoming.

We reallly appreciated the friendlyness of the staff and the facilities in the Lobby while we had to wait for several hours because our friends arriving at the airport were delayed. Confortable sitting, computers, water and an outside patio.

The room was spacious but the carpet had not been vacuumed properly, needles, pieces of chips spread here and there. However, I have asked the cleaning staff to come by and they were very active in responding to the need of cleaning and moping the floor in the bathroom. The rest of the room was cleaned and the linens too, and very confortable.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and orderly.

There were smears of oily hands on the headboard of the bed. The bathroom lighting was very dim.

The location for what the purpose of my trip was good .

Pool = the quantity of chemicals produtos have me allergic reaction in my entire body and my daughter’s body as well. The water was not clear because of the quantity of the chemicals and the smell was really strong . Restaurant = terrible service. No breakfast options Room service = I booked for 4 guest and when I got into my room they just left 2 towel !!

Overall, a good experience. It was a good day. I would recommend the value.

The room was not cleaned properly, bed were too soft and not at all comfortable, no Air conditioning units working. There were bedbugs in the bed and we already reported front desk and showed the bites.When asked for service of room,no bedsheets wee changed after we returned late evening. Will not stay again,disgusting and uncooperative and no proper management.

Second time visiting and in a room with kids on the floor running late and screaming. Then at 9pm my room was called to ask if maintenance could come in as the floor beneath was experiencing issues. I travel alot this is not my first time at this hotel. I asked staff to be put in different floor as the kids last time were disruptive. They did so without hesitation yet the room i got was not one I paid for and still had the same issue. Will not be staying here again

Everything was broken Laundry was broken, hot tub jets broken my breakfast was gone bad...rotten ... they did return my money I booked with booking.com and paid in full. I had the email from them and showed front desk I paid. The front desk said I had to pay again before she would give me a room. Took 1/2 hour to check in Even the water fountain was broken Couldn't get in pool in am because no one was at front desk for over an hour

There was fire alarm at 7:30 and the hotel did nothing to accommodate and I had to leave the hotel early.

Breakfast was great. Appreciated breakfast for our third person however, the third person should automatically be included in breakfast if three people are booked into a room. The duty manager and the young girl working in the bistro were absolutely fabulous! Both went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and we’re comfortable

Lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was horrific when trying to get ready for a wedding. The only mirrors were in the bathroom not enough when three people are trying to get ready for a wedding. Would have appreciated a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There were only enough towels for two people with three people were booked into the room. A nightlight in the bathroom would have been appreciated. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was really good, but the elderly woman serving was completely miserable, no smile truly look like she did not want to be there.

I loved the convenience of the 24 hour market pantry inside the hotel. I loved that it was walking distance to great food options. Also, the staff was really friendly.

The room was clean, but the lock on Room 209 had issues. The adjoining room was occupied and quite noisy, which made my stay less pleasant. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the hotel’s location is excellent with plenty of nearby walking options.

Les petits déjeuners pris au comptoir qui ne propose qu'un choix très restreint (salé ou sucré...bacon 1 tranche coupé en petits morceaux dans mon assiette..) très peu de choix et un tarif élevé pour les 2 personnes qui n'ont pas les petits déjeuners! Petit dejeuner enfant 1 mini paquet de céréales et du lait cest tout!

We've stayed here off and on for the last 10 years. Its become more and more eco-friendly adding small changes over time. It is starting to show some wear but still mostly in great condition. The regular standard room with King bed has plenty of room and staff have always been great whether its a smile or helpful with extra towels or whatever. They have always been fully booked or close to it so the turnover is quick and the staff seem good at managing it. Parking is always plentiful and there are mutiple food options within walking distance i.e. Tims, Wendy's, IHop, and indian Restaurant (vegetarian) and of course there is a Costco so food court pizza and hot dogs! There is a small pool area with water slide and a small fitness area. Some rooms have a small balcony. Easy off and on for the highway. Will continue to choose this place in the Brampton area again.

We spent 1 night here for our anniversary. The hotel lobby is modern and clean. Check-in took longer than expected in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at. We got a room with a jetted tub which was really nice, smelled good, clean. I did not like the shower though, the shower head is old and had visible calcium deposits. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. It would have been nice for it to include a buffet breakfast, but it was walking distance to Tim Hortons and IHOP. Their patio is very relaxing, but the fire pit was shut off at 10:30pm when there were still guests enjoying it in the nice weather. The staff just came and abruptly said he's turning it off without any apologies and left. It made guests feel uncomfortable and people started leaving. We did not get to try the indoor pool, but it looked really nice with a big slide, hot tub and a lifeguard. Overall, a good stay.

The front desk staff were amazing! Very helpful and respectful. Answering all my questions and concerns. Most definitely will be visit this property again!

I couldn't stay more than 1 hour in the room. Bad clean full of dust and when I found myself my eyes were burning and red and I couldn't breathe and I have asthma. Unfortunately, I will not return to this hotel.

The stay was okay. The room was pretty hairy The towel racks were damaged, the smoke alarm had a facial tissue covering the light and sensor, despite asking the night before, we didn’t receive a wake up call and a cab was not called for us as promised. This is not usual for this hotel as it’s our Toronto jump off go to.

I’m not sure if the air was working properly. I room was very warm.

Room service not good, first day when I arrived room was clean ,next day nobody clean the room, I have requested to house keeping to clean the room, they have not clean the room.

We loved our stay, they were capable of letting us in earlier, very nice, polite, made the check in very easy. The hotel was really clean, close to stores, quiet place. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future trips to Toronto
