מיושן מאוד, חשבנו שיהיה יותר קרוב לפארק אבל ההליכה לשם די ארוכה בחום (20 דקות)... השאטל הוא בעצם סירה אבל גם אליו צריך ללכת והתדירות נמוכה. הצוות נותן שירות אבל לא מסביר פנים. החדר ממש רחוק מהמעלית. בגדול התאכזבנו מכל קונספט דיסני ואין מה להשוות ליוניברסל - הפארקים והמלונות. ישנו במלון הזה רק כי רצינו להיות קרובים להוליווד סטודיוס וכדי לקבל כניסה מוקדמת, אבל זה לא היה מספיק שווה...

Big size, nice territory, close to Disneyland

No help with the bags, extra daily charge for services which was not advertised (for WiFi, pool, etc), no breakfast included. It’s freezing cold on the floors, very uncomfortable , the AC s need to be adjusted. I asked for a steamer, it was not available. So, it all adds up into far from 5 stars service

Refund approved, then a month of silence! I booked a 5-night stay (Aug 8–13) at the Walt Disney World Dolphin through Booking.com. Delta involuntarily cancelled my flight to Orlando twice — once on Aug 8 while I was already at the airport, and again on the rebooked Aug 11 flight — with no alternatives available for the remainder of my short visit to the US. I never made it to the hotel. I sent the hotel full documentation of both cancellations and my international ticket. To their credit, the reservations team confirmed in writing on Aug 16 and again on Aug 21 that they had received proper documentation and had waived the cancellation penalty. Booking.com refunded its portion and confirmed the remaining amount sits with the hotel. That is where it stopped. Despite the hotel's own written approval, I have received nothing. My follow-ups on Aug 27 and Sep 12 went unanswered. The hotel told me to wait for Booking.com; Booking.com told me the refund is the hotel's to issue. A month later I am still caught between the two with no refund and no reply. I understand flight cancellations are not the hotel's fault. But approving a refund and then going silent is a customer-service failure entirely of their own making. Para parques da Disney não precisa se preocupar, tem ônibus do hotel que deixa vc na porta (recomendo ao Magic Kingdom usar o ônibus do Hotel, se for com seu carro, é 3 dias úteis do estacionamento para o parque, busão do hotel deixa vc na catraca quase)

Elevador em manutenção e o estacionamento é caríssimo. Em dias que vc vai para parques da Disney compensa pois não paga estacionamento nos parque(caso esteja pagando do hotel) mas nos dias que vai para Universal é estacionamento do parque e do hotel, uns 80 dolinhos pro ralo....

La cercanía al parque y la limpieza de la habitación. La existencia de entretenimiento al lado de la piscina (billar, ping-pong, canasta ...) Vistas de las instalaciones del hotel, que es de lo mejor que tiene.

- Actitud poco colaborativa por parte de algún miembro del personal - Imposibilidad de aparcamiento en cercanías a pesar de haber espacio de sobra, pero prefieren cobrarte desde 40$ diarios aparques donde aparques. - La lanzadera no deja en el parque sino en el parking, a diferencia de otros hoteles del complejo. - Al hacer check-in te obligan a indicar si quieres que te hagan la habitación o no, dije que no y la hicieron tirándome comida que tenía para después. - Instalaciones espectaculares pero mantenimiento deficiente, y no es de recibo dado el precio. - El desayuno buffet que en la mayoría de hoteles de la zona se incluye en el precio aquí no sólo no lo está y no hay opción a añadirlo sino que luego son 33$ por persona, lo cuál es simplemente un atraco por lo que se ofrece. - A todo esto hay que sumar que resulta que desde Agosto a Noviembre ponen un evento de Halloween y para ello echan a la gente que no saca ticket del evento antes de tiempo y se les impide ver el espectáculo nocturno que es de lo más bonito que tiene el Magic Kingdom. Esto no viene en las entradas, no se indica al comprarlo y por supuesto en el hotel tampoco nos mencionaron nada.

No me gustó que los restaurantes los cerraran antes. Uno llega de los parques y todo estaba cerrado y no había que comer.

The hotel was great. Very clean. Large lobby. Food was very good. The grounds were beautiful and the pools also.

The maid service wasn't the best. Didn't replace some items. Also on the description or the room I believe something was mentioned about bathrobes, but there weren't any.

Amazing location, beautiful hotel with great restaurants and very friendly staff. We stayed there several times and every time we came they seemed to have improved.

A estrutura do hotel e a localização é fantástica, perto dos parques, com diversas opções disponíveis para deslocamento como barco, teleférico, ônibus ou até mesmo ir a pé. A estrutura das piscinas, do lazer, dos restaurantes perto é nota 10!

Durante duas vezes, o alarme de incêndio disparou em nosso quarto, dizendo que se tratava de testes, a primeira vez foi a tarde e eu estava sozinho no quarto, porém, a segunda vez que tocou o alarme, eram perto das 08hs da manhã e meus filhos estavam dormindo no quarto, todos levantaram assustados, achei muito estranho, esse ponto me deixou desconfortável e até agora não entendi o motivo.

Les fourmis dans la chambre, et l'humidité liée à la climatisation. De plus payer pour 5 personnes et avoir 4 couches, devoir payer pour avoir un 5 ème couchage, un peu abusif. Nous avions pris un petit lit gonflable pour le petit.

Room was huge. Very clean, nice wood floors. The location was great. Walking distance to Epcot, and a very short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. The food market had tons of options, and was open late. The lobby was large and comfortable with a nice bar. I will definitely stay there again.

I really have no complaints.

How close it was to my desired Disney park

An option to “self park” but not truly an option as you had to park at a different hotel to self park. The bathroom is tiny and hard to maneuver in and out. Did not get my early access to parks as was promised. The breakfast buffet at the Mexican restaurant was not grand for the price tag.

החלפתי 3 חדרים חדר ראשון נוף לגג ( אין בעיה ) הבעיה התחילה כהתחילו לצאת מהגג פועלים שהתחילו לעבוד בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות כשאנחנו עוד היינו ישנים ממש קדיחות הגענו לנופש לנוח, ופשוט גם הלכנו לישון מאוחר וגם העירו אותנו מרעש קדיחות ומעבר לכך שהחלון היה ממול הפועלים אז גם כל החלפת בגד היינו צריכים להכנס לאיזור המקלחת שהוא פיצייי חוסר פרטיות בכל המובנים .דיברתי עם אחד הנציגים בטלפון ופשוט אמר מצטערים אפשר לעזור במשהו נוסף ? שום מענה לתופעה הזו לא קיבלתי . בחדר השני אותו הדבר הוספתי כסף עברתי חדר לסוויטה ושוב סוף שבוע וגם אותו הרעש בבוקר בסופשבוע ! בקרים נוראיים ! התאכזבתי מאוד מהחוסר אכפתיות ואי הנוחות ! וגם הניקיון לא כמו שצריך ואמבטייה לתינוקות יותר מכבדת אין מקלחון כמו שצריך למבוגרים עם צינור דוש נשלף תקוע בתקרה או שתשב ותתקלח באמבטיה פיצית ואני לא מגזימה של הבית הרגילות יותר גדולות בהרבה ! . בגדול המחמאה היחידה לאתר הנופש זה המיקום שקרוב להכל בדיסני והבריכות המגוונות זהו .

My son was traveling to his University so we decided to take a break for a few nights. A great bellman named Abby greeted us inside the lobby and warmly greeted us. Check in was smooth and pleasant. Abby brought us to a nice room overlooking pool area and again was very friendly and polite. Hotel seems a bit dated, with what appeared to be exterior work going on. Walking around construction areas did not seem the safest idea, but crew was aware and professional. Main restaurant was closed as was Garden grove in the Swan. Josh the concierge provided many options and information which was quite useful and appreciated. Josh is an asset to the Dolphin resort. We decided to eat at the Rosa Mexicans cafe, which was very good and very pricey. We had a terrific server named Moosine( I believe) who was upbeat, sincere and very efficient. He appeared that way at all tables he was serving, very impressive. Pool area was cool, although drunken wedding party acted unfiltered and as if they owned the place. Overall, a nice stay, but would explore options.

When I was checking in,the receptionist seemed to be not very patient,even the cleaning staff was more friendly than her.

I have mixed feelings of the hotel. The room was not well appointed and the bathroom was smaller & worse than a low budget hotel. The bathroom door did not open the whole way as it hit the shower. And please put a towel rack somewhere! The room was so-so and certainly not a 4star hotel. However, our view was of the Tower of Terror & we watched the fireworks from our bed. They have several wonderful pools and hot tubs. However, the first day it was closed all afternoon due to lightening 10 miles away, although it wasn't even raining at the resort. Then 2 days later, the pool & hot tubs were closed for 5 hours. The pool lady said that the hot tubs were over the temperature limit and in order to fix it all the water had to be turned off, that seemed weird. If we would have been able to use the pools & hot tubs it would have bern a better trip. The housekeeping women were great. And The Fountain restaurant was very good with good prices. The manager there was very "hands on" & you could see him really working hard & if someone sat down and the server was busy the manager was right there waiting on the person, very efficient. However, the Fuel quick stop place was ridiculous pricing. I paid over $13 for one egg salad sandwich.

Check in and check out went well. Room was comfortable and we liked (and booked for this reason) the location to the Disney Parks.

Self parking was good the first 3 nights, however on the 4th night, we, along with another half dozen or so other vehicles drove around the parking lot looking for a spot to park to no avail. They wanted us to park at the neighboring resorts and walk to the resort. I complained about this and they provided us valet parking at the self park rate for the last night. Parking should be part of the reservation process and also guaranteed. We will not stay at the resort again as a result of this. I can only imagine what it would have been like if the convention facilities were occupied.

★ 1/5 – “Front desk needs serious retraining” I booked this stay through the official Marriott Bonvoy app and unfortunately had one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had at a Marriott property. The front desk staff repeatedly referred to the Bonvoy app as a “third-party app” and told me that if I had booked directly through the hotel, none of this would have happened — which doesn’t make sense, since Bonvoy is Marriott’s own official booking platform. I was asked to show my reservation number and confirmation emails multiple times, even though the reservation was open and clearly visible on my phone. Staff also brought up vague “security concerns” without ever explaining what they were. When I asked about the payment method already on file, I was told they “couldn’t see it from their end.” After dealing with all of this, I was placed in a room they called an “upgrade.” In reality, it looked out over the parking lot and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I mentioned this at the desk and was told “yes, we’ll note it” — but nothing was ever done about it. On a positive note, housekeeping was fantastic. I asked for extra coffee and they brought it right away without any hassle, which just made the front desk’s lack of attentiveness even more noticeable. I’m an Elite member with Bonvoy, and honestly that status meant nothing at check-in. The hotel clearly has good staff in some departments, but the front desk needs real training on their own booking app and on basic guest service. Hoping management reviews the check-in footage from that day.

Great location sitting on the shores of Crescent Lake, you can take the Disney water boat Across to EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, the Boardwalk, and the Yacht & Beach Club. The hotel was pretty good, not quite as good as the yacht and beach club but then not the same price either, and having done both i think i prefer the Dolphin. A little bit more hustle and bustle, makes you feel much more in holiday mode. Be mindful that the hotel holds a lot of dance competitionsand the car parks can get extremely busy.

Personne ne fait l'effort de traduire. Dans tous les hôtels 3 étoiles c'est pourtant le cas. Prix pour garer la voiture. La salle de bain est toute petite. Oreiller pas confortable Aucun rapport avec le monde de Disney. Aucune ambiance. Pas de thé etc...

The hotel is in a prime location and has many amenities that are important for our family.

The pool area could have been cleaner in the afternoon/evening. Lounge chairs and tables had old towels/food from people who had long since left the area, and when we came to use the pool around 4 it was hard to find a spot without spills or leftover food.

L’hôtel est très bien situé près d’Epcot, du parc Disney’s Hollywood studios. Les transferts peuvent se faire en bateau. Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le complexe hôtelier et une navette pour se rendre au Magic Kingdom. Le personnel à la réception est très aimable.

Le prix du parking 40$, les taxes 50$ par nuit. L’hôtel est vieillissant. Un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The location was beneficial to reach Disney parks. The restaurants inside was good.

The lobby staff was so unfriendly, especially the lady whose name I can not remember. They did not load the car park entrance to our room card nad it was so rainy, we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be reloaded. And the reception lady was so rude like it was our mistake and also blmaed her collauge and made unnecessary comments like "I don't think we will pay you back" when we told her that we had to leave it to te vale although we would self park because the key never opened the car park. Because of this unfriendly rude lady I would not recommend this great facility for any familes.

The room smell a little weird and the bed was uncomfortable.

The room was really clean and I booked a standard room and was surprised to get a great balcony on floor 7, perfect view of the fireworks at Epcot. The pool was great, i loved the tag on the chairs to order drinks, makes it really convenient. Definitely will be booking again!

I do wish there was a birthday message for free, even like a little card in the room since we were celebrating a birthday. But the room upgrade gave that without saying it!

Takes 30 mins to the Magic Kingdom and on return trip no shade at the bus stop. Takes a good 20 minutes on transport to Epcot. Quick service food options are not good - minimal sit down area (in fact don’t remember any) for Quick service. Prices expensive. 9 dollars for a small coffee.

The hotel comfortable in general. Have early access to the the different Disney parks. Have transportations for easy access going to and from different parks. The pool is big to accomodate guest comfortably. There are different restaurants that are spread around to eat.

The location is everything. The hotel building is amazing. The staff is really nice. It was pouring rain outside and the park staff inside the hotel helped us change the dates.

For the price I really don’t think the room is any different from the pop hotel or the art of animation. The bathroom is extremely small and it looks old, like it hasn’t been renovated in a long time.

O quarto confortável e boa piscina. Também gostei da comodidade de ter restaurantes por perto. Por fim, gostei também do passeio de barco e da comodidade de ter ônibus de/para os parques. A propriedade tem parquinho e é muito bonita.

Alguns funcionários do check-in e check-out foram muito frios e não nos ofereceram informações básicas, a não ser que perguntássemos. Também não gostei do meu quarto, de forma geral, porque a vista era para o telhado de um prédio, e havia trabalhadores lá durante a maior parte do tempo, o que não nos oferecia privacidade. Eu realmente esperava mais, sobretudo pelo preço que pagamos. Fiz questão de reservar um hotel legal para o meu aniversário, mas acabei me decepcionando.

Well, they let the ducks swim in the pool for too long. I had texted the staff via the app, and they said they’d take care of it. However I ended up getting them out. Also the spa service, while nice, too many hidden fees to simply just get my nails painted. I wouldn’t do that again.

Did not realize there would be a charge for parking, which made the cost of the room higher than we have paid to stay on Disney properties. I would not have booked this property if it was obvious there was going to be this parking charge. At no time in our past stays at Disney owned resorts did we ever have to pay for parking. When the room was listed as “no view”, we didn’t expect to be viewing loading and receiving area and storage containers. No one should ever be in this room. Outrageous that Marriott would use this room for paying customers. The carpeting in the halls looked soiled. Overall, the place had an old feel to it. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this facility.

La ubicación es muy buena para Disney, las piezas son espaciosas y cómodas para familias, las opciones para comer y comprar también muy buenas. Barco para Hollywood studios y Epcot rápido y cómodo. Caminando a restaurantes y lugares muy lindos.

La limpieza es horrible. Encontramos un vaper en medio de la cama. La habitación huele muy mal, las camas están muy mal hechas, las almohadas son pésimas, duras como piedras y altas, el servicio de limpieza muy malo. Varias veces dejaron las cosas a medio hacer. Una toalla tirada en el piso, las sábanas sucias sobre un sofá, solo 3 toallas para 5 huéspedes todos los días… El aire de la habitación no se puede cortar al 100% y hace frío. Tampoco hay suficiente abrigo en las camas. Nuestra habitación era muy oscura y muy fea, pero se acepta bien por el precio (porque Orlando son precios de locos) y porque se pasa muy poco tiempo en el hotel. Las áreas comunes del hotel tienen temperaturas extremadamente bajas. Cómo estar en un refrigerador. El estacionamiento es descaradamente caro, pero todo así en Orlando. Al llamar por teléfono a guest services es IA entonces hay cosas que no se pueden resolver. Difícil hablar con un humano.

Smelly room!!! We spent the day at Epcot so when we finally got to our room it was late. Immediately upon entering we were overwhelmed by a very musty, mildew like smell. It was very overpowering like a major flood or something had happened and the musky smell was left behind. We swear we saw what appeared to be mold on grueling. We are bonvoy members so our room was even an “upgrade” from the original room we booked. The beds were only double size so very very tiny to share with spouse. I’m writing this review at 1:30am while everyone is sleeping and I’m awake from the wretched smell. My nose has been stuffy since we entered the room and I don’t suffer from allergies so it should t be like this. I’m convinced this lace has mold
