Did not care for their buffet and location of the beach. The waves were too rough for kids. Their pool needs repairs. They tile on their pool have sharp ends. My kid was cut by one of them.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026there was many different dishes served,something for everyone. changed every day of our stay .some of the fruit was not ripe when served. i did see what was not consumed recycled into a different dish the next meal . which shows they are creative and helping keep cost and waste down. lots of roll and bread choices the kitchen staff was very aware of the temperature of foods served safely.
the fact that is it allowed beach chairs were saved by putting towels on them . the whole week i saw as many as 15 or more chairs saved, noone ever came to sit in them. it is a huge disservice to the beach goers that had to sit on the sand ,while chairs sat empty for those 10 or more hours. The beds and pillows are rock hard . attention should be paid to the many older folks safety in the showers . i am not sure if they have handicapped rooms, but for the general older people that come there ,grab bars would be nice

Food services! Not a great selection. No bacon or sausage for breakfast. Ran out of some food early. Food item not replenished quickly. No butter and if we requested some we sometimes were given some spread that was awful. No cheeses. Difficult to get just water at times. Staff was Indifferent when asked for more items. Front desk difficult to communicate with. Smoking outside by loungers often occurred despite the fact there were no smoking signs but none in English. No one enforcing this. Espresso machine at bar not always working.

Check-in was easy, but that was the only good part of this stay. We were never told that the entire building had no hot water. I found out the hard way when I took a shower at night and had to use freezing cold water. When I called the front desk, they blamed a pump issue and promised it would be fixed the next day. The next night came—and still no hot water. Completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the problem, they moved us to another building that was old, dirty, and smelled horrible. It felt like a downgrade, not a solution. On top of all that, the so-called all-inclusive food was terrible—no flavor, extremely limited options, and honestly not worth eating. This was a huge disappointment from start to finish. I will never come back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money—spend more on a decent room and skip the all-inclusive. The food in town is cheaper and far better anyway.

Pésimo, tuve muy mala experiencia al reservar e incluso modifique la reserva y el personal de recepción no respeto la tarifa que me dió Booking, me cobraron carisimo y se tardaron más de 40 min en atender solo en recepción, no me dió ninguna solución, y me cobraron lo que se les dió la gana, la comida pésima, y las camas duras.. sin duda no vuelvo ni lo recomendaría. Y la aplicación también estuvo pésima.

La comida muy barata le faltó calidad y variedad también en recepción no están preparados nunca nos había pasado desde que emos reservado en booking que en el hotel no hicieras esperar tanto además el que lleva las maletas al cuarto fue grosero y los cuartos estaban llenos de agua y el refrigerador del cuarto se estaba dedcongenlando y casi me resbalo y las camas y las almohadas demasiado incómodas además hacen juegos y te dan boletos y no ganas nada y te hacen que pongas una calificación buena te obligan a que le des 5 estrellas eso no me gustó y la verdad no lo recomiendo

Deben cuidar a no permitir el acceso de bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas en botellas de vidrio y no cuidan que la gente las recoja., así como basura. Le falta estacionamiento así que ese es un problema porque ofrecen el de sus otros hoteles y están lejos. Llegando las 12 del día no permiten permanecer en las instalaciones.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2024Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2024Great location, quiet, food was delicious, friendly staff, and clean. Bed was too hard as well as pillows. Plastic bed cover under sheets and pillow covers. Staff accommodated with mattress topper. Enjoyed our vacation regardless!

Reviewed Dec 15, 2023Belle hôtel, nourriture très bonne. Le personnel de l’hôtel sont merveilleux et très gentil. Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel mais facile sur la rue. Il manque un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2023me gusto la ubicacion a la mitad de la ciudad y que todo estaba cerca. no me gusto que se sentia mucha inseguridad en el lugar. mucho del personal no tenia buena actitud, los bartenders muy mala actitud y una muy limitada variedad en las bebidas, ni cerveza, no sabian como preparar los cocteles, vi mucha gente tirando las bebidas y quejandose de ella y de su mal sabor al igual que yo que no me gusto la mayoria de las bev=bidas que pedi. en el restaurante la variedad de comida muy limitada, me toco varios de los platillos no muy buenos y la barra de snacks no muy buenos tampoco. la limpeza de las habitaciones fatal, el bano negro enlamado oloroso, aun con cabellos del cliente anterior, las paredes manchadas, las camas duras y basura abajo de las camas

Reviewed Feb 21, 2023I loved the proximity to the ocean and to the main street markets. The buffet food was too much the same and if staying for more than one week would get extremely boring. Suggest more Mexican food options (burritos, tacos) and more protein options from pork and chicken. While some have to have burgers and fries, I was hoping for more seafood and Mexican food options. We found other restaurants outside of the resort much more to our liking. Seems a shame when you are paying for all-inclusive. Also, it would be nice to have wine options besides red and white.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2023The resort and beach were nice, and the staff were very friendly. However, the food options were limited and less than stellar. There were no snack options after the buffet hours. The bed was extremely hard and they never replenished the water in the room. We would have to go to the reception desk daily to get water bottles, which is not convenient. Considering the cost of this resort I had expected higher standards.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2023I definitely not recommend this hotel. They took advantage of our family member’s reservation that was booked as 1 person and charged them another $600 usd. The restaurant was awful and drinks were terrible.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2023I’ve been to many different areas in mexico, many times, and I’ve never had such a TERRIBLE experience at a resort. Our poor experience initially started when they said we had to pay an extra $600 CAD before checking in or else my partner would have been left to sleep in the street. We paid significantly more than the other two couples we were with just so we would not be stranded in mexico with nowhere to sleep. The rooms themselves are pretty clean however, there was no hot water and the beds were like springboards. The pool is in the middle of the building so there is zero sun therefore, we spent most of our time on the beach. The one bar they have on site only ever had one bartender and the drinks were extremely limited. There is only one restaurant on the premises and it isn’t open for a large portion of the day, leaving you with nowhere else to eat. The staff (especially the manager) we’re quite rude. I could count on one hand the number of staff that were actually kind and helpful. The two other couples we stayed with also had an incredibly poor experience. I would never recommend this hotel. I’ve never written a negative review but this was such a bad experience that I wanted to warn others. Do not stay here!!!
