Hotel Trouvail Miami Beach

Het hotel is niet alleen ontzettend esthetisch in retro stijl, maar ook de hele vibe is super fijn. De kamers zijn stijlvol en ruim, de douche en de bedden zijn heerlijk! Het hotel is fijn gelegen, dichtbij het strand.

Geen kast voor kleding, er waren wel hangers, maar een klein beetje echte kastruimte en plek om je koffer kwijt te kunnen, was fijn geweest, zeker bij een wat langer verblijf. De koffers konden bvb ook niet onder het bed.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, quite area, but still close to South Beach and Downtown. Very close to the beach. Very friendly staff, helpful and flexible. The room was huge, bed really comfortable, nice sofa/living area and kitchen. The private parking is secure and easy. The pool is fantastic. High recommend this hotel.

La propiedad se encuentra súper bien ubicada, al frente del canal, en una zona tranquila y segura. El mar está literalmente a 2 cuadras!!! Tiene una parada de colectivo justo al frente lo que fue una gran comodidad. La habitación grande, luminosa, muy cómoda y los espacios comunes también muy lindos. El hotel tiene buena onda, linda movida y todos muy amables

Hotel was in a area where there was a lot of construction. While walking home from dinner my wife cut her leg on a jagged piece of metal sticking out of sidewalk near hotel.

Supert bassengområde. Idyllisk og komfortabelt. Fine rom som passet bra for familier. Super beliggenhet med kort vei til stranda og busstopp (gratis buss) rett utenfor. Supert med gratis kaffe på formiddagen og deilig friskt vann.

Kunne godt vært litt bedre renhold i fellesarealene.

La posizione è buona ma non è un differenziatore perché chiaramente tutti gli hotel in zona sono vicinissimi alla spiaggia.

Pessima esperienza: vestiti di mia figlia spariti dalla stanza, costi del parcheggio assurdi. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque. Durante il soggiorno è sparita dalla nostra camera una busta contenente dei vestiti. Ci siamo rivolti alla reception parlando con tre persone diverse in momenti differenti: ogni volta ci è stato detto che avrebbero effettuato delle verifiche, ma il risultato è stato solo un secco diniego di responsabilità oppure nessuna risposta proprio. Imbarazzanti. Nessuna scusa formale, nessun tentativo di risalire all'accaduto e zero assistenza verso il cliente. Un atteggiamento del tutto inaccettabile. Per il parcheggio dell’auto la struttura chiede ben 50 dollari al giorno. L'alternativa di parcheggio pubblico più vicino con tariffe ragionevoli si trova a oltre 1 chilometro di distanza. Le pulizie sono a richiesta: Il riassetto della camera non è garantito automaticamente. Viene effettuato solo ed esclusivamente inviando un'e-mail di richiesta ogni singolo giorno e, nonostante si segua questa procedura assurda, la pulizia non sempre viene eseguita. Corridoi e spazi interni pochissimo illuminati e finestre sigillate. Gestione totalmente insufficiente, personale con poca empatia e servizi ben al di sotto degli standard accettabili. Totalmente sconsigliato.

Die Flure sollten renoviert werden, sie sind sehr dunkel und altbacken. Zu starker künstlicher Duft auf den Fluren und im Hotelzimmer. Die Tequeños im Restaurant waren den Preis leider definitiv nicht wert.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Alan on the first night was super helpful. The pool is great as well as the rooms. The location is close to everything.

C'est un hotel typique de Miami, le personnel est au petit soin avec ses hôtes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable.

Juste dommage que le bar et le restaurant était fermé (nous sommes resté de lundi à mercredi).

Lo mejor fue la atención en recepción de Miriam! El alojamiento se encuentra cerca de la playa, de una parada de buses, con una buena zona de piscina y en nuestro caso, con una habitación amplia. La Dirección del hotel se interesó por nuestra estancia, lo cual es de agradecer.

La habitación huele a humedad y a veces el baño a tuberías. Creo que si las ventanas pudieran abrirse, ayudarían a disminuirlo.

La amabilidad de todo el personal (recepción, limpieza,...), sobre todo el chico de recepción de las tardes. La ubicación es inmejorable y la zona de la piscina muy agradable.

El espacio de la pileta es un pequeño oasis con muchísima vegetación alrededor que lo hace muy agradable. Ofrecen café de cortesía a la mañana. Tienen reposeras, sombrillas y demás cosas para llevar a la playa. La decoración de la habitación es muy original y todo estaba perfecto.

I liked the great and enthausiastic help of Maria the receptionist. She was a great help not only in the hotel but also gave us a lot of advice about spending time in Miami Beach.

We had a great time! The hotel is conveniently located only a 2-minute walk from the beach and a short drive from all the things you want to see in Miami. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a nice pool. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Maria was great and even helped us with early check-in, which was really helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel

This is our second stay in this hotel and we love it. The location is easy , next to a bus/trolley stop. The rooms are beautiful, clean, confortable. The pool and outdoor areas are so nice. The staff and bar team is amazing. Thanks to Ilona for helping us for our reservation. I recommend 100%.

La posizione è eccellente, a 3 mi iti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

È no fringe, abbiamo dovuto noi mettere le le suola al divano letto per il terzo posto, la pulizia “benino” (abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti non consecutive, la prima abbiamo trovato la stanza non pulitissima, la seconda meglio)

Great location for the beach. Really friendly staff and when I wanted to book a late check out it was easy to do. Pool grounds are lovely and have a tropical feel. Pool is small.

No había consigna en si, las maletas se quedan en recepción. No había ducha de cortesía para el último día, si te vas por la tarde y ya has hecho el check out, puedes quedarte en la piscina o ir a la playa pero no puedes ducharte después. Los pasillos muy oscuros y con poca luz natural

La habitación excelente. La cama es extragrande y muy cómoda.

La ubicación es muy buena, con restaurantes cerca, la playa a una cuadra, la piscina Linda, hay sillas y sombrilla para llevar a la playa, tienen parqueadero para el carro ( aunque con costo adicional). Mi habitación tenía un pequeño balcón muy agradable.

The staff, the building and the environment is more than excellent. The girls in the reception were fantastic and the staff from the night shift amazing (even maintenance came to check if it was all good). This is the place to be in Miami beach. We will come back and recommend this place to everybody.

I like the hotel and the staff was great. I like how you was able to get your room keys real creative lol. If we need something the staff would respond immediately by text. The staff was very accommodating. Its basically in walking distance of the beach. They even gave us a umbrella and two chairs for the beach, so we didn't have to pay the other hotel that had chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Our room was clean.... They had a bottle of Champagne already in the room for my wife's birthday. I would absolutely stay there again....

It had a faint mildew smell but we had disinfect spray and once we sprayed we didnt smell it for the rest of the duration....

The corridor smells bad with dim lights. Maybe the carpet needs to be changed to match with the nice things around.

Situé à proximité des arrêts des bus vers downtown et l’aéroport, ainsi que pour se rendre à océan drive. La chambre - kitchenette était propre et disposait du minimum pour grignoter. Emplacement calme. Le café et l’eau filtrée à disposition à la réception toute la journée sont appréciables. Merci beaucoup à Miryam pour tous ses conseils à la réception et son aide pour le Check in 100% en ligne

La chambre était un peu sale surtout sous les tables de nuit, le sol, la douche faisaient sales on n’avait pas envie d’être pieds nus dans la chambre, la piscine ne faisait pas très clean non plus, dommage pour avoir un service de ménage il fallait envoyer un message mais en tant qu’étranger on n’a pas forcément le forfait pour envoyer des sms

Le seul bémol est que nous attendons les bruits des personnes qui passent dans le couloir et des chambres à proximité mais globalement ça va.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and felt like home. Everything was easily accessible, and the staff were excellent—from the bartenders to the receptionists. I would definitely stay here again.

I understand that kids want to have fun, and that’s completely fine. My only concern was that the pool is quite small, so when a lot of people are jumping in and playing, the water gets stirred up quickly and doesn’t feel as clean or relaxing as it could.

El alojamiento es bonito y confortable. La zona de la piscina es tranquila y preciosa. El personal muy agradable. Llegamos el primer día antes de la hora del check-in y nos dejaron entrar antes. Marian nos atendió el día de la salida y nos permitió también hacer uso de la zona de piscina tras el check out, una persona encantadora. El personal siempre está pendiente y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites.

Hotel Trouvail gave me everything I was looking for to make my getaway perfect!. Clean and spacious room with all the amenities I needed (microwave, mini fridge, beach chair, beach umbrella, just to name a few)! One block away from the beach away from the madness of south beach but with plenty of access to it via Miami Beach’s free Trolley service. The atmosphere is so relaxing and so picturesque. The pool area has a little oasis vibe that made it so fun to just lounge. The staff was wonderful! From management to housekeeping day or night, they were all just simply wonderful. The restaurant served amazing food complete with a weekend outdoor Argentinian-style BBQ that smelled and tasted divine. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here

Non ho gradito che al check in, dopo 14 ore di viaggio, si venga obbligati dal receptionist a fare un selfie per la direzione, diversamente l'impiegato si rifiutava di far accedere alla stanza. La colazione l'abbiamo dovuta fare in un altro locale perchè il bar dell'hotel alle 08.00 di mattina era chiuso.

El personal super agradable, nos guardaron las maletas el último día para que pudieramos hacer turismo. ¡Muchas gracias! Además, hay una parada de CityBike en la puerta, en cosa de 15 minutos por el carril bici de la playa estás en Ocean Drive.

Si tuviera que poner un contra, sería el olor a humedad. No es exagerado, pero las habitaciones necesitan un poquito más de atención. Tampoco ayuda que los suelos de las zonas comunes sean de moqueta, pero en USA es así siempre.

The intentionality and hospitality is TOP TIER. They did EVERYTHING they could to make sure me and my sister’s stay was exceptional. And it was genuine. The bartenders (especially Josh) and owner of Vecino were AMAZING. They made us feel right at home from the first night. The front desk receptionist were SO accommodating. The pool was relaxing and we had such great conversation with the other guests. The room was so cute and just what we needed. I’m going to miss that shower lol. Housekeeping was thorough and so kind.

The only thing that we would’ve changed is the time of the pool closing. It closed at 7p. I don’t know if it was based on staffing or what but we would’ve loved to take a late night swim.

The location was excellent and easy to walk around with shops and restaurants. The free trolly out front also took you to the major sights, once you figured out how to work it! The front desk staff were exceedingly helpful in arranging an early check-in for me coming off a cruise ship. They were keen to answer any questions you may have and even helped this technophobe use Uber for the first time! Wonderful!

The pool area while providing lots of shade, didn't offer that much sunning area for those like myself who can tolerate the heat. It also got very crowded with small children diving (no diving signs), splashing about and being noisey so not a place to quietly relax. Also, although they provided a cleaner for your room if you text them, I would have preferred this just to be a regular part of the schedule.
