Failte Hotel

Very friendly staff especially rachel very lovley person hard working

Food and staff

Location is great in the center of town. Nicely renovated room with good bathroom.

Very noisy at night and no air conditioning for hot or humid days.

The view from our room was the BEST I've ever had.... and the staff were lovely. Our only minor complaint was when we woke up to 2 men on a lift doing work right outside our bedroom in the morning.... but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!!

The pillow seem a little flat and stiff.

No puedo poner nada negativo

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was exceptional. Shower was amazing. Bed was very comfortable.

No elevator so access to rooms was via stairs. The TV remote did not work and I got a replacement which also did not work.

Shower was amazing breakfast was fabulous made to order, staff were so helpful and friendly

No lift

The location is excellent, with very friendly staff. The room, although basic, was spotless and had an excellent shower. Breakfast was really good

Was a little noisy from the streets but given the location, is to be expected and cannot be helped

Location and cleanliness

Nothing

The room was modern and recently decorated with a good shower.

The room was quite small but comfortable and clean.

Had no breakfast location super

Location ,comfortable bed,

Lots of stairs, if any disabilities

Comodissimo, proprio in centro.

Small room but nice anyway

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the middle of town and near pubs and restaurants, including the hotel's own restaurant en bar. The decor is modern, with a good shower and a comfy bed.

The room was a bit small but that was also due to the bed being quite big, so there wasn't alot of room for our suitcases and clothes, luckily there was a big window sill!

Right in the centre of Killarney, under 10 min walking distance to all of the bars/restaurants/cafes & Killarney national park. Simple check in & friendly staff. Comfortable modern room & bathroom. Good value for money.

Nothing. Would stay again

Goeie locatie, gezellige en warme sfeer, fantastisch onthaal! Lekker ontbijt ! Prachtige ,vernieuwde kamer

Niets!

Rien

The location

Sound proofing in the rooms and hard pillows

Sehr zentrale Lage, schönes Zimmer und Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert.

Room was very clean and comfortable. However, it was a little noisy until about midnight.

No Lift. Ashtray and smell of smoke at entrance.

Did not have breakfast

Nothing good location

Posizione eccezionale proprio in centro e vicina a tutti i servizi. Personale super gentile e sempre disponibile!

Nulla.

Ottima posizione, bella e confortevole la camera

Loved the friendly staff and central area handy to everything.

The rooms were very small and when you opened the window it was noisy.

The restaurant was delicious breakfast and a dinner. It was right in town which made walking around town nice.

It didn’t have an elevator which made hauling up the luggage a struggle. Luckily a couple of young men on staff volunteered to carry the luggage up to our room.

Loved the location, room was very clean as was bathroom, shower was lovely. Kept clean. Staff very good.

Downsides no parking or lift or breakfast included and was noisy from Carpark, sorting bottles and trucks turned on for hours right outside out window. Would recommend.

Beds were great.

The stairs.

Very central location in the centre of Killarney town. With a car park to right hand side as you come out of the hotel. Plenty of space in the room with a good water pressure on the shower. We didn’t avail of the food in the restaurant but went into the town for breakfast/ dinner. Live entertainment in the bar as well and very friendly staff.

Nothing Only down fall would be if you had mobility issues in regard to stairs. However other than this the hotel was good value for money.

The welcome. The quality of the food and live music (which couldn't be heard in the room). The bathroom was beautiful and the bedroom really spacious with comfy beds.

Lots of stairs to get to the room.

Hotel tres bien situé, personnel tres sympathique et souriant.

Monter 3 étages pour accéder à la chambre.

Great staff, loved having dinner and listening to music downstairs in the restaurant/pub!

The fan provided didn’t give off much breeze.

Location

Dated and in desperate need of modernisation, especially in hallways, toilets, restaurant and pub. Could also do with a good deep clean.

Y limpio.

Sin ascensor. Nos tocó un tercero.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very central and the in house restaurant was perfect for us as a big group.

It was a bit noisy at night which is to be expected as it’s close to the bars and the action. Fine for young people happy to stay up late.

Camera pulita e ristrutturata

Good location in the city centre and warm cosy atmosphere.

Dirty windows so I couldn’t get a clear view to the outside. Our room looked on to a public carpark which was noisy in the morning with garbage trucks.

Great location

It’s location, we were there to attend a wedding in a nearby hotel and it was very suitable.

N/A

Great location room was spotless staff were very friendly

The staff was nice. The wifi worked flawlessly. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The food was great. For the price we paid we are very happy.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

Location bar and food and service

Tutto

Nulla

Super!

Lovely and clean. Great location too!

Location is great really close to town and train station

The facilities are really basic for the price demanded. I understand there was events on but we paid a large amount for one night and no breakfast etc and very basic room is disappointing

Very central and staff were very friendly. Nothing was a problem to them and no panic on anything, payment etc.

Nothing really.
