Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites

All

Nothing

I was not able to stay because I had a visa debit which they don't take, but the bookings page says they take cash. They said they don't take cash and the incidentals were only 50.00

Renovovany pokoj

Snidane.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione ottima e abbondante

Il traffico per arrivarci

Very clean and modern

Nothing

Good

Clean, easy to get to, good range of breakfast options and room/bathroom well maintained

Breakfast room a little tight on space for the number of guests

Everything was fine

The plastic cutlery in the breakfast should be better quality

great

Nice room, good location, great staff.

Lovely clean comfortable accommodation

Spazio camera.ampio

They made a letter for us because we told them we were new to Canada. We will never forget.

Everything was perfect

Very comfortable bed, pool was fun. Room was very clean and quiet.

Breakfast was only okay, breakfast room wasn't cleaned regularly, not enough seats, limited choice.

Very clean and renovated hotel - Room was very clean and comfortable Breakfast was great - Good variety which changed daily with fruits yogurt eggs Good location

Too much chlorine for swimming pool and jacuzzi

Good rate, the breakfast was fantastic.

The chlorine level in the pool room was really high - everyone's eyes (even the non-swimmers) in that room were burning and the swimmers were all coughing.

The breakfast wasn’t the best quality, but everything else was great. The hot tub was wonderful and the hotel was super clean! Staff was super friendly.

Breakfast could’ve been better.

Room is amazing

Rien

Your room renovation was outstanding, modern, contemporary .. loved the bathroom, king size bed was very comfortable. Thanks

Petit déjeuner moyen

The breakfast room was very crowded and we we only used the coffee machine. The rooms are very nice and it is a big plus that there are seating for more than one person in the room.

Location

Had a newly renovated room, very spacious and clean, staff were lovely and great value for price. Would highly recommend

Pillows were too high

Las instalaciones

La limpieza y el bujef

Good location! Mall, pharmacy close by.

The rooms were so clean and beds were comfortable. I loved that there was a pool and hot tub to enjoy and a hot breakfast was served during the stay

The room was clean, big and modern. A lot nicer than we expected.

Very clean

All was good

Liked the variety of breakfast but relocated room was super hot, and were out of a lot of items when we went which aries daily

The rooms could have used a bit more cleaning. Hand prints on bathroom doors, stains on bedding, something on walls in shower. Even with one housekeeping visit during stay it was also missed

NOTHING REALLY APART FROM THE LOCATION

THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AND THERE NO VARIETIES WITH THE MENU

The bed and the shower was amazing

Everything was good.

Everything in the room was very nice or better.

The hot tub was simply too hot--I believe it was 104 degrees. I tried and tried to get used to it but it was simply too hot for comfort.

I liked the warm hospitality

Housekeeping upon request

Breakfast was boring. Room A/C was a little difficult to control. TV was not the easiest to work until shown and limited variety with channels.

Nothing really.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room and bed. Coffee machine in room

With a coffee machine in the room, there should be milk/cream available for sale in the vending machine and also ideally an herbal tea option

Nice breakfast, room lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

I realize this has nothing to do with you but it was a surprising disappointment. We came a long distance to celebrate a birthday. We wanted to take a taxi to the destination 10 minutes away and told 15 min. After 30 mins we couldn’t wait any longer so we took the car. Of course this changed the celebration a bit.

Swimming pool / Hot tub and gym were very good, breakfast was good, room was very good, price was very good

Clean, renovated

Build your own breakfast, no jacuzzi tubs

Good experience

Tv was not working properly network was down

Breakfast, pool, jacuzzi

Rooms and pool were clean and breakfast was good.

Room was clean. Towels were on the small side. Beds were ok. Breakfast was ok but room was very small and very warm like there was no AC, not much variety.

Room a little on the small side, bathroom was really tight. The ledge in the shower to hold soap is angled downward, everything slipped off when it got wet... not sure who thought that was a good idea...

The location is good and quite convenient.

The staff on night duty were indifferent, giving off a very distant and cold feeling.

Good location, very clean, decent breakfast, and the recently renovated room with wall mural fit the bill.

Suggest that less chlorine be used in the pool. We did not swim, but on entering the pool area we were overcome by the chlorine smell.

Great hotel with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in was smooth. Very convenient location that has a large choice of restaurants and shopping nearby. The pool and sauna have been beautifully renovated - modern, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after a busy day - bring swimwear! From now on, this will be my home away from home when I am in the Burlington/Toronto area.

Location good . Breakfast ok . Staff pleasant.

Was assigned a joining room . No privacy regarding sound between other occupants in adjacent room could hear every thing said, I was unable to sleep . Could even hear whoever relived themselves in the toilet . Very very annoying. kept me awake until they a couple went to sleep themselves. Not a hotel I would stay at again

Excellent

Nothing

Hot tub and pool and convenient location

Location & price

Shower is slow Breakfast counter not always clean

Swimming pool , air condition, coffee maker , refrigerator ,

Door lock , and bed is too soft

Tres propre , petit déjeuner bon

The beds were very comfortable, the staff were awesome, the pool and hot tub were very nice, the location was very good, outside noise was non existent.

The Moby tv was annoying as it kept freezing while watching. The shower was nice but we didn’t like the half door as water got onto the floor. The clock in the room was not user friendly at all and constantly read the wrong time

De kamer was top, schoon. Fijn bed. Schone en fijne douche.

Ontbijt was echt minimaal. Weinig keus.

Nice clean room and the breakfast was great. Good location for our purposes.

We received late check out Room itself was clean Staff were nice

Pool and hottub were not looking clean. Merkey with dirt particles and hair. We opted out of using them. Random kids pounding on door asking for us to donate to the homeless multiple times. Breakfast was decent but tables or countertops had not been wiped down in quite some time. I could not work at all from my laptop. I was constantly kicked off.

All good .no problems. .

⁰

The lady at the reception area when we checked in was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. She definitely makes a difference and your company is lucky to have her.

The guy at the reception on our 1st breakfast meal (with the turban). Grouchy and didn't even say hi and was looking mad everything the door at the breakfast area will be left open by customers.

It was great, and looks renewed recently. Breakfast was good, room was spacious and staff were decent.

Only thing is that there isnt a safe deposit in the room.

It was easy to get to and close to restaurants and shopping.

I don't have any complaints.

Everything

Nothing

Friendliness of staff, was able to check in early and really nice and clean room!

The location was OK, about 10 mins away from downtown Burlington.

Size of the room, availability of parking. Available space for breakfast.

Breakfast was okay but limited quantities and selection

The property is in an excellent location set back away from busy, congested traffic yet close to a ton of amenities just in case you forgot to pack what you needed. Just a short drive away from simple convenience, stores to shopping malls, and plenty of gas stations. we also loved the large conference room, exercise room, indoor pool, and amazing hot tub!

Although the property was extremely clean and well kept, we had to ask for extra towels, hand towels, and face cloths. I think the maid forgot to check our room also even though the pool and the hot tub were amazing. The chlorine levels were so high that it actually hurt your eyes just standing in the area about the pool and hot tub were in. I can understand why chlorine is needed, especially in a public pool, but it was almost to the point where you couldn’t breathe!!

Location

Breakfast needs more variety

there furnature on the slightest move from the bed hittin the wall and i get kicked out cause of it with nowhere to go hope forbid you go with ur man to have alone time and get kicked out because there furniture bangs in the wall even from my dog just scratching and you get kicked out and treated like you just robbed them i tried askin what noise and hes like ok just call the cops literally id stay clear you’ll be having intimate time with ur husband and get kicked out and treated like that due to a

the staff were ignorantly and kicked me out over something i couldn’t control due to there own furnature had to sit outside for hours with my service dog

It was in a good quiet location the staff were very friendly.

Emplacement

Room and hotel were clean, updated. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

There was an issue one evening where the pool was emanating a high concentration of chlorine vapour, this made people cough, have red painful eyes and one person even threw up on the pool deck. We had to end our swim early. Perhaps closer attention to chemical measurements should be paid.

The price is right. Clean, friendly, and a great pool area too.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

Everything was very nice thank you

There's nothing I didn't really like everything was good

Good workers
