Clean and convenient to the MSP airport

The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of foods from yogurt and fruit to eggs and sauages, all of good quality; the price was reasonablle. Our room was spacious and clean ans the bed was very comfortable. The location close to the airport, Mall of America, and public transit was convenient. The staff were unfailingly welcoming and helpful. When rain threatened a wedding we were attending the hotel loaned us umbrellas that saved our day (Thank you Mary!).

Communication at the corporate level was poor. I asked twice before our arrival for info on where to meet the shuttle but never received an answer. With good signage in the MSP airport we figured it out and a call to the hotel prompted quick arrival of the shuttle. So don't waste time on internet messaging, just telephone the hotel.

The staff were great while we were there. The rooms were excellent and comfortable and check in was simple.

Breakfast could be included in the price. I paid for breakfast expecting it to be above other hotels that include breakfast in the price. It was not. It was a good continental breakfast but not even the best hotel continental breakfast I've had, and this one I had to pay for. It was still good, don't get me wrong but I expected a higher quality, or even more options for one I had to pay for separately. Second, I left my expensive cologne there in room 435 and called for them to ask if they found it. You couldn't miss it as it was the only square shaped fluid filled chunk of glass sitting on the counter in the bathroom under the mirror. I have yet to receive a call that they found it so I may pick it up or have it shipped to me. You should not have to worry about theft when you stay in a hotel this nice. This is the only reason I would second guess staying with the Cambria Hotel again. Nathan

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were looking for a hotel near the Mall of America, and the Cambria Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. The staff was so welcoming and attentive, and I especially appreciated the follow-up text messages checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. That small touch really made us feel taken care of. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The pool was great, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast for only $11 was definitely worth it! The beds were SO comfortable, and the pillows were honestly some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. After a long day, it was so nice to come back and get a good night’s sleep. The TV was also a nice size, although our only suggestion would be to upgrade to Smart TVs so guests can cast and stream whatever they want to watch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend Cambria Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the Mall of America. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Location & free shuttle between the hotel, airport and Mall of America (all short commutes) were great! It was also helpful to have a public transportation hub steps away which had easy access to the state fair during our stay (much easier than driving or using rideshare). The facilities were also very well kept and clean. Beds were also very comfortable & we enjoyed the Bluetooth mirror and alarm clock.

The sound coming from the room above us (we were on 4th floor) was extremely easy to hear and all night long we heard stomping and jumping around which made it very difficult to sleep. It would have also been nice to know about happy hour in the on-site restaurant which we missed out on only seeing a sign as we checked out. It would be nice to know if guests are allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages at the restaurant and take them to their room with their to-go orders as well.

I love the fact that the property was very clean and stayed attentive to my needs , i was very convenient very close to the mall and it offers 24 hour shuttle services to various destinations. I love that it has a bar down stairs that offers happy hour but also serve food as well . My kids enjoyed their stay ! The staff was also so nice and welcoming. definitely will be returning

The bartender Henry was amazing as usual when we stay there. Mary was also as attentive and sweet during breakfast as usual. Those two staff members alone always make my stay a wonderful one and like always, I will be back.

I love the lobby and the rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean to stay in, loved the bathroom Bluetooth speakers!

The check-in gentleman was super helpful. I kept getting texts apparently from the property which would have been nice if they would have answered my reply. It was clean and well kept.

We never got fresh towels in the 3 nights we stayed. We asked for them in reply to a text with no response. They never cleaned our room even though we left when they were in our hallway. The toilet didn’t flush right. The breakfast was too expensive for what was basically a normal hotel breakfast. The location is VERY close to airport. Planes coming all day.

I loved the location. It was so clean and quiet. It was nice walking around the area, early in the morning. I felt very safe.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP TIER. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING FROM THE BARTENDER HENRY, THE LOVELY WAITRESS THAT RUNS BREAKFAST, THE HITEL SHUTTLE DRIVERS AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF. EVERYONE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN AND THE BEDS ARE REALLY COMFORTABLE. I BOOKED MY STAY THERE FOR THIS COMING JULY BEFORE I EVEN CHECKED OUT. I AM EXCITED TO GO BACK THIS SUMMER.

Loved the main area—modern and very open but with sub-sections for a lounging/gaming area, restaurant area, bar section etc. very well done, welcoming and comfortable. Kudos also to the staff, from reception, to airport transportation, to the restaurant and bar, to the housekeeping staff you met on the floors, everyone was happy to have us. Great vibe all around whether families, teams, or older travelers all passing through.

I love that the property was clean. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

I did not hate anything about the property, but I did not like that. You did not have complementary breakfast and we had 10 people with us.

The location super close to the MOA, we really like the fact the hotel offered a shuttle to the mall, David was super nice guy (driver) and really gave us nice tips where to eat and check around

Everything was great! Didn’t like the fact that I requested to clean out my room and they forgot however I asked for a new room and they said yes!! So that’s a super plus!

Location, good restaurant in house, and over all solid accommodations, the wait staff and bartender were friendly and fun.

Desk staff was excellent, but not much for smiling or being friendly, a bit of banter goes a long way in making people feel welcome when coming into an unknown place.

Prior to booking on bookings.com, I called the hotel and ask them about the parking for one week and shuttle to the airport. They told me it was included in the price if I were to book anywhere it’s a part of staying at the hotel. This was through Cambria reservations. Well when I got to the hotel, they said parking is $20 a day while I am gone. Very upset and they would not give me free parking. I only stayed at the hotel because I thought it was free parking or I would’ve stayed home the night before flying out. The receptionist did not seem to really care about getting me a deal or giving me a refund, but she said she was gonna submit a claim for me to get a refund, which makes no sense to me. I feel I was pulled out of a group because I booked through bookings.com versus actually booking through the hotel.

Henry was very superb! Friendly, kind and considerate. Will enjoyed talking with him and food was great.

Front desk need to be more helpful. 1st time at Cambria and I walked in , no one said hi, no can I help you. I had to ask if this was the front desk where I check in?

Absolutely ridiculous. The place is very nice but when going to bed 2 unmatchable socks were found in the sheets. Complained and the desk person said you can switch rooms but 2 people were sleeping already so passed on that. They said they would have refunded our room charge but could only do 1/2 of it being we booked with a third party. In the morning guess what, two more socks were found in the sheets and now there’s 2 pair. Nothing more was offered at the front desk and the socks were dirty so the sheets were never changed from the previous people who stayed. Will never stay again.
