The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful

The hotel itself is ok looking however the staff are unhelpful. I had an issue with the A/C in the room which made so much noise i could hardly sleep. After reporting nothing was done until check out all the receptionist could say was sorry! They apparently couldn’t give me single room even after informing them prior that my booking changed from twin room. Breakfast is also very mediocre. Overall i wouldn’t recommend no one to stay here.

Unresolved issues i.e. noisy aircondition that i reported but nothing was done. I barely slept both nights. All the receptionist could say was sorry 🙄 Breakfast is very mediocre

we went to Londin Ontario wirh family, attending a memorial service. The rooms were clean and convenient, the bed was wonderful! Showers were great. An excellent breakfast served with humor and personal attention by ROSE!!

The location behind the peeler bar is not ideal and the entry way is congested. One of the Tesla chargers needs to be replaced as it will not handshake with Tesla. The charge plug was spliced on and is not functional leaving only one reliable Tesla charger. Availability of charging is one of the main reasons that I pay more to stay at this facility. Without it, I will use one of the other, less expensive alternatives with the more respectable, less seedy entrances.

We especially liked the friendly vibe from every staff member and the cleanliness of every area of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of hot and cold options. A shout out to both Donna and Rose for ensuring that breakfast was the best it could be. The front desk staff Shaikeilia and Shivam made us feel welcomed and were very courteous and thorough covering everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious and Coralee and her housekeeping staff are very thorough when preparing and keeping hotel clean and rooms stocked. Very happy with our week stay and will return.

The hotel was top shelf in every way. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

I use this hotel for business normally only staying one or two nights absolutely love the property. The people are amazing. Their customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this property and they acknowledge and appreciate you being a Marriott Bonvoy member.

Excellent breakfast, very quiet hotel over the holidays. Front desk receptionist, kitchen staff & housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The positive is that the room was very nice and extremely clean. Any interaction with the staff was terrific. They were always smiling and friendly, especially the lady in the breakfast area early in the morning, and the lady at the front desk Tuesday evening. Very welcoming. Convenient parking and a ton of amenities nearby. The negative however, is that the window to my room(main floor) had no window lock and no screen either. The window could be easily opened from outside which I thought was concerning. Ironically the phone in the room was unplugged as well which was also surprising considering this is a Marriott brand hotel. As it is a nice place overall, I think that the security of the window locks should be rectified and am surprised this had gone unnoticed

Confusing hallways

This review is to highlight the outstanding service provided by the General Manager at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott- London (Exeter Road), David Abraham. He went above and beyond expectations to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and stress free. I had spent the night at the hotel in order to pick up my daughter and her teammate from a provincial volleyball training week at Western. The plan was that after the last practice the girls would come back to shower before heading out for the 7.5 hour drive home. When we got back to the hotel after their last practice to shower the water in the whole hotel was turned off as the TownPlace Suites team dealt with a burst pipe. With no estimate on when the water would be back on and a long drive back home, we asked if there was something he could do. “No” would have been the easiest answer but “Yes - just give me a few minutes” was David’s response. In the few minutes, David coordinated the use of a shower at a neighbouring hotel. The hotel was not part of the Marriott family of hotels but a hotel willing to help out. The girls had their showers and we were on our way. Dave’s customer service was outstanding and was a great credit to the hotel, the Marriott brand and himself. I said that if I was in London again I would stay at his hotel. I am heading back to London and will be staying at the TownPlace Suites instead or the Marriott closer to the venue because of David’s and his team’s efforts. If there is a way to formally recognize this great customer service, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone that worked there said hello when walking by. Very clean and rooms all had a mini kitchen. We had a great stay. Complimentary breakfast was great as well.

Everything was excellent except for the long wait prior to being checked in. It seems it took 15 mins or more to check in each guest even though everyone had a reservation. One ot the checkin clerks seemed greatly disorganed

It was a very nice stay. The one complaint is that the air freshener they used in the lobby was so strong that it gave us a headache everytime we jad to walk through.

Great place to stay

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but have written very few reviews. My needs a pretty basic, and while I have stayed at both high end and low end properties, my needs are a clean room, a decent bed, and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. The reason that I am writing this review is that not only did they provide for my needs, but the staff was truly amazing. I came in several hours before check in, and Shivam was able to work with their cleaning manager Kusum to get me a room immediately, (without downgrading my room category). They were friendly and happy during our entire experience & went out of their way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. Based upon my experience with them alone, I would encourage anyone to stay at this property.

Rooms were very nice

Solid hotel. Rooms are nice and spacious. Gym is well-equipped. But be aware that there is an “exotic massage” place next door and the Motel 6 across the parking lot seems to be a homeless shelter or asylum seeker housing. Best to park your vehicle in the west parking lot to avoid all that

The women who do your breakfast are amazing. I have stayed there four times in nine months and they are both fast friendly keep the area clean and the food stocked. This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel

Hotel was nice...very big alot of walking to get to room...got turned around a few times automatically thought there was a pool being a marriot..but no...breakfast was great and kitchen staff was excellent...beds were comfy and clean. Fridge too small

We stayed at this property for a day with two toddlers. Their service was top notch. Seamless checkin with a comfortable access to our room. The room was very spacious with also a small kitchen furnished with all necessities for our stay. I’d highly recommend this property for families especially with kids. Will definitely visit again.

Very easy to access to 401. Nice staff, specially the lady served the breakfast.

The room was, as always, very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. Decent hot breakfast included.

The electric car charging stations. There is only one Tesla charging station now. Availability for charging is one of the key reasons that I stay at this hotel. The price this time was a lot higher than usual for some reason.

Just spent the weekend at this hotel for a soccer tournament and we were very pleased with the hotel. Everything was clean, updated and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were great, from checking in to providing service and responding quickly. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, staff out and about constantly checking on everyone. Rose definitely made everyone feel welcome and made sure everyone had what they needed.

Staffs are friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. The place is clean. They offer fruit infused water at check-in - this is very thoughtful - refreshing after a long drive

The breakfast is so clean and tasty with so many options. The woman who’s been there over 20 years is friendly and keeps everything fresh, filled and clean. She is very friendly. The front desk staff and housekeeping were very accommodating.

Wow.. A little gem hidden in London. I have been coming to London for many years and never saw this hotel. Nothing was wrong with this place. Even the staff were happy to be there. Always smiling, laughing and polite. I will be back, will not stay anywhere else. Love the little kitchen. I love the personal touch of the TV welcoming me to the hotel. Beds so comfy. Breakfast amazing. So many choices. And so good.

We were there for one night and about 10 pm some young men checked in next door to our room. It got pretty loud. My husband went to the desk to ask for some help. We were upgraded to another room on a different floor. The hotel staff and manager were very helpful. The breakfast was great too! We will definitely stay here again!

I’ve been staying at TownePlace Suites London for my new project in the area, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Special thanks to Zoe, she went above and beyond to help me with everything during my stay. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to the lovely lady in the breakfast area, every morning she checks if I’ve had breakfast and takes care of everyone like a caring mom. It’s such a warm and comforting start to the day. The location is also super convenient, just off Highway 401, which makes commuting easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London, ON, whether it’s for business or leisure. You’ll feel right at home!

It was a good place for our family

My family and I were at a memorial for the weekend and stayed at this hotel. It was filled with sports teams and kids were running around everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if kids and their sports parents aren’t your jam. The location isn’t very central. Pro- comfy beds and clean rooms.

I just had a one night stay at the Towneplace Suites in London, Ontario. It entirely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is on a main road, with easy access to downtown London. Nearby, there are loads of decent restaurants (both fast food and dine-in), as well as grocery stores. The kitchen was well equipped, with a coffee maker, a cooktop and a full size fridge and freezer. The thing that most surprised me was how spotlessly clean the entire hotel was, and also the bright, friendly "can do" attitude of every single staff member that I encountered. They were a delight- especially at breakfast time. A big thank you to Pritim. Stay here- you will love it.

I thought this was a great property and the staff were so helpful and so knowledgeable. I would definitely stay there again. Great access and I also found it as a very convenient location.food was very good as well. Give it a try I’m sure you’ll be pleased.
