Breakfast was great, kids loved the swimming pool, it was warm unlike other reviews. Enjoyed apartment-like suite. Kitchenette was great, saved money on food this way.

The pull out couch is dated, basically all spring no fluff. Tried the cot, it was the same. Had to purchase an air mattress for kids to sleep comfortably.

The space and having a kitchen and refrigerator. The staff were very accommodating.

The furniture is scratchy against your skin. Both the kitchen table chairs and the couches. Thank kitchen was not very well equipped. I had to request pots and frying pan, The fridge door opens in the wrong direction. Makes it a little tough to get things in and out!

Breakfast, the gym, location

The layout/design of the bedroom - the TV and dresser was on the side - couch and bed was not facing the TV. Many components of the hotel showed wear and poor upkeep.

Several cars, including ours, had their car windows smashed in the parking lot overnight. This happened to the other hotels in the same vicinity and it was very upsetting. the hotel is not responsible and have zero cameras outside the building. It cost us $500 to replace one passenger side window. Beware of this nonsense. The OPP station is across the road and they do nothing at all to stop this from happening.

The bathroom is always smelly, and the sofa bed is hard and old

2 room suite with kitchen. Very nice and roomy. Had a fireplace but wasn’t used. Pillows, Mattress and blankets great. Breakfast was just ok - bacon was not crispy and looked under cooked. I needed to use the washer/dryer but they aren’t setup for credit cards. They only take Canada coins. Front desk could not accept US money. Not a deal breaker but a credit card could work for all.

We had a little kitchenette to prep our meals for the day before we headed out for the day. Breakfast being included with our stay was convenient and lovely.

Our room was a bit dirty; with crumbs and sticky gummy bears everywhere. The complementary cookies were stale and the prices for items in their little shop were overly expensive.

Quiet at night, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen facilities was a bonus, breakfast had variety, food was tasty, lots of parking, building was clean. Friendly staff, easy on off highway, close to everything.

No towels in pool area, asked at desk, none arrived within an hour, so we left pool.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved this Hotel! The rooms were amazing, like a small apartment. The back patio was a great place to use for our group in the evening and the basketball court was perfect for the boys! The gym was great too! We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had such a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites while visiting our son and celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Everything was beautifully prepared and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the thoughtful little touches in our room, including the adorable swan made from towels and the lovely personal details. It made both the visit and our anniversary feel even more special and personal. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very well cared for, but what stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for helping make our visit with our son and our 30th wedding anniversary such a beautiful and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The musty smell of the suite.

Had great experience with London Homewood suites for my stay during on site duty. The rooms are spacious and comes with all the necessary appliances. Wednesday evening snack options were the best I had. House keeping requests are well addressed. Breakfast options too are great. Coming back for another two rotations.

Experience here is great. The rooms are excellent. Have all your amenities. It’s pretty clean. Although having rooms clean everyday would be great instead of every other day. Noise is calming. Value for rooms it’s cover by business. Location is great. Service by Alex was excellent. Only thing that would make this awesome if for the complementary dinner they would make some bbq. Here and there. But other than that it is excellent. Thanks. Atmosphere is relaxing.

My long-term stay at Homewood Suites has been exceptionally pleasant, and a huge part of that has been the wonderful staff. I would especially like to recognize Alena from the kitchen staff. She always greets me in the morning with a smile and is consistently friendly, welcoming, and kind. She even made sure my favourite broccoli cream soup was available for Wednesday’s dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch. She genuinely makes dining at the hotel something I look forward to. I would also like to recognize the front desk supervisor, who is always extremely helpful, friendly, and funny. Every interaction with him has been positive, and he has consistently made me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. What really makes this hotel stand out is the team behind it. The staff have made my extended stay significantly more enjoyable, and their kindness, professionalism, and personal attention are what make the service here exceptional.

This hotel is a great value. Wonderful, pleasant staff and the suites are great. Excellent free full breakfast also offered. My only complaint is that the matresses were very soft and uncomfortable as well as the bedding and sheets could be improved to a higher standard compared to other premium hotels that I have stayed. Aside from that this is a wonderful hotel and a great value.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want a heated pool for your children. It is freezing cold. Very disappointing.

Conveniently close to London for the convention I was at. Pleasant and clean, friendly helpful staff, room had a Jacuzzi that relieved me of back pain for the first time in awhile. Neither expensive nor inexpensive but very good for the price.

This hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the personnel overall is very helpful. The only exception is the night staff. If you are in need of help after hours, you will unfortunately find a lack of attentiveness.

We stopped in on our way to go to the airport for our honeymoon. We had I initially took a standard room. After discovering electrical issues, Jaivin went above and beyond to upgrade our room and made it that much more special for starting our honeymoon. After a great night and surprisingly good breakfast, we were offered very cold water bottles after check-out. The employees made us feel like they cared and that goes without saying that we'd recommend you have a restful place to say on your next visit to London, ON

Honestly these rooms are very very nice. I actually highly recommend this hotel compared to other ones I've stayed at in London. The rooms were nice and modern newly renovated also a plus is how comfy the beds are there! Jaivin was so kind and helped me out with my husbands service dog and was so accommodating. He was truly so kind and so helpful and for me that makes such a big difference when checking in to a hotel. I've had a lot of experiences staying and hotels and this for me was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to Jaivin for making our time here so nice and comfortable. He was awesome.

Room was a good size

Wonky shower head. We were offered another room, but we declined as we were there only one night. Black mold in shower along grout lines. Disappointing for a 350$ a night room. Still waiting for our final statement to be emailed.

We had a great experience. The suite was very clean and had everything we could ask for. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Nice hot breakfast and they were able to accommodate me with gluten free bread. Nothing negative to report.

We have stayed here numerous times and liked it very much. Unfortunately we had a main floor room this time and the entire hallway smelled like wet carpet or wet dog. The room itself also smelled. We were only staying one night so didnt bother asking to change as we were tired and just arrived at 8pm

Idk what I was expecting. But it's first impression is poor. I choose a room on the app,. Only to find when I arrived that I was assigned a digital key for a different room. Fine. I enter and look to hang up my jacket,. There is literally no where near the entry to hang anything,. No closet, no hook, no shelf. Found the closet in the bathroom with a broken door. Won't slide. Use the facilities,. Stained. Yep. Stains in the bowl. The shower has similar Im guessing rust stains. You can see unaddressed abuse to the room and fittings too. Dinged door frames. Stains on the comforter. The couch is rock hard. One of the overhead lights in the kitchen is flickering. Not impressed. Would not choose to stay again. 3 stars b/c its close to my destination, easy on and off the highway and no bugs noted.

I stayed in Room 616 at Homewood Suites for 27 days. I had a wonderful stay, and it was a truly memorable experience. Since it was my first time in Canada and my initial days here, I was new to everything, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed through their friendly and caring behavior. I would like to thank Jaivin and Rreza from the Reception team; Alen and Lyia from the Kitchen team; Arosh and the other room service members for their amazing support and kindness. They were always helpful, patient, and ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Their warm hospitality made my stay feel like a home away from home. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thank you to the entire Homewood Suites team for making my first days in Canada such a positive and pleasant experience. I truly appreciate your efforts and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The Hook on the bathroom door was broken, a mattress pad, not blanket was put over the top sheet on the bed. The bedroom mirror was still not clean and the toilet seat was sliding off the toilet. So some of those things were fixed during our visit. So, not quite the Hilton standard we’re used to. Though the room was awesome! We also were going to be moved to another room after our first night as I booked one room with Points and the rest of the Reservation cash so they were two separate reservations. But Rreza worked hard to get this resolved which we greatly appreciated. Also, the breakfast was fantastic and Liya worked hard to create create an appealing breakfast spread.

Cleanliness of the rooms. Microwave, fridge and stove is very nice accessories to have. The text message we received shortly after checking in to see if everything was good so far and if we needed anything to message. The room was very clean. We asked for rooms side by side and they accommodated us with attaching rooms which was also nice. No complaints at all with the inside of the hotel itself.

I thought we were getting a room with a jacuzzi but we hadn’t. Wasn’t a huge deal just would have been nice. When we inquired about it they didn’t have any rooms available with a jacuzzi again not a huge deal. There was what appeared to be a windshield shattered in the parking lot that took up 4-5 parking spots. I didn’t realize it at first and parked right on the glass. The glass still hadn’t been picked up after checking out. Puddles of Water also in the parking lot that took up another 7-10 parking spots. I had to park in the puddle unless I wanted to park way further down from the entrance of the hotel.

Very average. When we arrived the fridge had not been wiped down but someone was sent right up to clean it and apologized profusely. The room was tidy, bed was comfortable, tub was small and no plug, quiet and everything worked as it should. Pool was very cold which was pretty disappointing because we chose this hotel because it has a pool. Breakfast was not very good but we went down fairly late. 8;30). The coffee was terrible. Staff was fine but not outstanding. I also didn't get my points because I booked online which seems like a dumb policy. My 6yr old granddaughter loved it.

The room was the only thing good about this hotel

Where do I start, I showed up with 3 kids, early afternoon and wasn’t notified that the pool was closed, so when asked what I was suppose to do to entertain my kids for the rest of the night since the hotel was already $200 for less than 24hrs he had no idea, When asked why I wasn’t notified at check in, again deer in headlight. So we sat in the room all night He said the pool would be fixed in the morning - when we were leaving…. We stayed an extra hour, still never opened…. The breakfast was garbage. Tasteless, some items were cold, the waffle machine didn’t work properly. It was literally a waste of a night. Already having a bad day, we were excited to just go to the hotel and relax, have dinner, swim at the pool, and instead we got stuck in our rooms.

I've been in this hotel for some months, and everything worked pretty well! Personnel is always available and reliable, they took care of all your needs and requests. Big rooms, always well cleaned and furnished by kind maids. Breakfast and dinner are good and well prepared, with care and professionalism, and a special thank to Alen for this.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my children, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The swimming pool was one of the highlights of our stay—clean, well-maintained, and with perfectly heated water, making it very enjoyable for kids. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-kept, and the breakfast offered a good variety and quality. During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the AC/heating system, but the response from the staff was outstanding. After contacting reception, the maintenance team arrived promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and attentive. I truly appreciate their service. My kids had a fantastic time, and we left very happy. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Heat didn't work in our room. My family and I were freezing all night. Bathroom Sink wasn't working either. It was plugged by hair and some dirty black stuff under. Pool was nice but small. Water was also cold. Good side, they have good breakfast, and free parking. You could hear people from higher floor. I won't use this hotel anymore.

Great location. It was close to everything, but it was away from heavy traffic. Modern design interior. Room was clean and large. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable temperature controlled. Everything worked in the room. It felt like a small apartment with all the amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful when we interacted.

I wish the blackout curtain went totally across each window or a blackout shade instead. There was a trash can full for the entirety of our stay near the elevator on our floor. Those were small things I noticed, but will not deter me from coming back.

They keep the pool so warm it’s lovely and they have a great breakfast

Breakfast… the worst thing I’ve ever experienced 🤮 seriously avoid at all cost! We asked for towels multiple times and were never ever brought towels had 3 when we came in Friday… 5 people in room . Kids used them in the pool. Pool room had no towels. I asked for more to shower were told everytime someone would bring them .. we checked out at 11 Sunday . Never recieved towels

The service here is exceptional! Smooth and efficient check-in even though there were several people checking in at the same time- front desk was very quick. Our room exceeded expectations. It was clean and spacious with very convenient amenities-like a fridge, microwave, sink, and stovetop to name a few.We stayed in a one- bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of four. We asked for extra linens and towels and they were delivered to our room promptly- excellent service. We also noticed that even though the hotel was fairly busy, the halls were very quiet, which made for a very peaceful evening and restful sleep. We highly recommend Homewood Suites. This will be our go-to hotel when we travel to London from now on!

Amazing stay with a free upgrade to a suite and a fireplace.

I had a fantastic stay. Unfortunately my condo flooded and my insurance company acquired me to stay at a hotel while the repair work was getting done. Everyone at Homewood suites was absolutely fantastic, including the odd upgrade to the jacuzzi. Suite one of the employees that really stood out was Daryl if I needed to move rooms or bring bags from the car. He had no hesitation assisting me. I suffered an injury a few months ago making walking a bit challenging as I recover and having staff that helped out during this recovery really made the difference.

This Homewood Suites in London Ontario is phenomenal! The rooms are very spacious and immaculately cleaned. My family and I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. We had a king size bed and a double sofa bed. It was perfect for our daughter. Eldose and his staff are fantastic! Each one of them took a moment to make sure our stay was perfect! We love staying at this hotel when we’re in London.

I am a Hilton rewards member. Have not been disappointed until this trip. The tub was dirty with mold, the dishwasher had an inch of water with floating food particles. There were no lamps in the sitting area so the the room was dark. I asked for a lamp, the desk clerk stated that was the way the rooms were, no lamp. So I asked if there were other rooms with a lamp, no response. The couch and ottoman were torn. The cover on the ceiling fan was off with the lightbulbs removed.

Bed was comfortable

Very dated!hallway looked like it wasn't vacuumed in weeks. Lots of cosmetic issues toilet paper holder broke, towel rack broke, weather striping coming of shower, shower could use some caulking it was rusty, could use some paint touch ups.

I had a surgery which required me to remain in London for daily tests and assessments for 2 weeks post op. We were able to bring our 2 cats which made me super happy to be with them and my husband while I recover. The staff are very accommodating and checking in with us for anything we might need. The breakfast buffet is good with a large variety of choices. Friendly service and a clean environment. We will definitely stay again in the future without hesitation.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location with one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever tried. Very friendly service with extra care to make the food tasty and warm. Chef Jamie puts out a great spread.

Very spacious liked the suite, with full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top. Liked that the toilet had a door separating the sink and toilet area.

Needs a deep cleaning, vents and air conditioners are very dusty and the shower needs a huge deep clean.
