Tapis sale Lavabo bouché. Fenêtre de peinturé. Stationnement avec pleins de trous
they sold a top t hat wasn’t available and i could not be accommodated
Front desk staff was helpful.
Old facility, dirty carpets, and poor breakfast. It was too expensive for a hotel of this class.
Person at front desk was helpful.
The exterior of the building was very run down, weeds growing everywhere. The room carpet was dirty, the door to the room had been kicked in you could tell. We were placed in the back of the building with no security cameras - felt very unsafe. Ice machine did not work, there was no hot water, breakfast was terrible. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
Nothing. Old broken down and musky
Smelly and musky rooms.
Location good Staff were very good
Water was lukewarm. Grounds definitely needed attention. So tough to get into room. Back entrances key would not work. Breakfast was okay. But lack of attention to cutlery, etc and as items were depleted no one to address.
It was a decent hotel with very friendly staff willing to assist when needed.
Not much for breakfast options
No breakfast
Everything
They had a good breakfast
Few street poeple roaming around
Much space, friendly staff
Constant background noise by domestic automatisation
The bed was comfy. Location was ideal. Access to multiple entrances was convenient.
I found the room to be dirty. Especially the windows, and actually, one of the windows was detached when we tried to open it. There was still garbage left in the room on top of the TV stand from a prior guest. The water in the shower took over 10 minutes to warm up. I thought I was going to have to have a cold shower.
It was very clean very nice staff and close to everything
Nothing it was all good in my eyes
Over 300/night, run down hotel, not comfortable, AC is from the original day it was built and it only blew hot air.
Run down hotel, not comfortable and way too expensive. Over $300 per night, what a ripoff.
I could not take hot shower for 3 days due problem at the boiler.
The location. Nice lobby and nice breakfast area.
We had a suite, one a/c was very cold other not cold enough. Pool out of order. Looks like it was a good hotel at one time but needs updating.
Needs improvement and too old and smells bad
The room was clean and tidy. The facility was looking pretty seedy
The overall look of the facility was kind of grimy
The room and bed size were ok.
When I entered to register I saw a pen that was under the managers desk that was there from last year. There was a brown paper napkin under the desk also and the carpet in the office was not vacuumed. The carpet in my room had debris on it and was not vacuumed properly. The bathroom was outdated with a black substance around the tiles. I did not shower or bath in there.
The staff was nice
Looked abandoned, someone tried to break into our apartment, unhoused person in one of exits, stained bed skirt and curtain, I housed person on radio outside apartment door for two hours, breakfast sausage seemed suspiciously green
The main lobby was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff were nice. The bed and pillows were pretty cozy and the hotel was quiet.
The carpet was sticky and dirty, the door was squeaky and we had to really yank on it for it to open. The blankets were not clean. There was no hot water at night which I found very disappointing. The pool was closed.
Everything is terrible.
We stayed at this hotel in Thunder Bay with our four children (two older kids and two little ones, aged 2 and 4). When we checked in and entered our room, we were absolutely shocked (photos attached). There were massive dried water stains on the walls from obvious leaks. This kind of severe water damage highly suggests the presence of mold, and our 4-year-old has a severe mold allergy! Furthermore, the windows were cracked and covered in what looked like mold, and the toilet was broken with the water constantly running. We have never seen such appalling, slum-like conditions, not even in third-world countries. We immediately went to the front desk, explained that we could not stay in a post-flood room that poses a serious health risk to our children, and reported the broken toilet. They gave us a new room without any questions. The second room was slightly better but still completely unacceptable. There was candy stuck to the carpet, visible stains that looked like blood on the floor, and the walls were badly scuffed and neglected. The breakfast was a complete nightmare. The food was so poorly prepared that our kids couldn't eat anything. The dining area itself was filthy, covered in dust, and felt ancient and dilapidated, with even more water stains on the ceiling. We actually watched several Canadians walk into the breakfast room, look at the conditions, and immediately walk out without even trying to eat. We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay. This was an absolute nightmare, and we will absolutely never return to this hotel again.
The size of the rooms, space for multiple people.
This was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in, the rooms were plenty big, very worn which wasn't a big issue, beds were clean, but everything else was not particularly clean. We were five and six people in the rooms, sofa couches were unusable due to the metal bars that you could feel all the way through, and then super soft spots other places so we ended up using the mattresses from the couch on the floor. Half the lights in the bathroom didn't work, toilet kept running and of course there were the internet that only worked once in a while and you were kicked off the Internet constantly making it extremely annoying. Then there were issues with the running water dripping from the ceiling in one of our rooms right next to the bed making the floor wet, and it meant that we couldn't use the sofa there of the risk of the drywall falling down and hitting our kids. Ice machines didn't work on either floors. Breakfast was okay, definitely on the lower end for quality, but editable. I complained about the water damage and was told that they were booked out and that they could give us 20 percent discount on that overpriced room, but I had to talk to them three times to make that happen. The hotel has multiple guards walking around looking at their phones at all times, which I assume must mean that the hotel isn't in a safe location though we didn't see any issues. Stay somewhere else.
BREAKFAST HAD MOULDY BREAD PEOPLE OUTSIDE MY ROOM MAKING ALL KIND OF NOISE AT 300AM BEDS NEED REPLACEMENT
Good location
The air conditioner is broken, the TV remote doesn't work, there's an unidentified red liquid on the carpet, the walls are moldy, and the facilities are so old they feel like they're from 100 years ago.
L'hôtel à vraiment besoin de beaucoup d'amour. La propreté laisse à désirer.
Location.
Lobby bathroom needle bin overflowing. Blood stains on walls in stairwell to second floor. Blood stained mattress. Old furniture, very dusty/dirty did not feel clean or safe. Door key cards stopped working everytime i left the room and had to go all the way back around to the lobby to get back to my room. A lot of people and dogs on the ground level rooms made me feel uncomfortable leaving my room.
The parking lot is gravel, the building is old, but the rooms and beds were clean, spacious and quiet. Excellent morning buffet including coffee, pastries, bacon and eggs, etc. Very good value.
I had to wait 5-10 min for a staff member at the front desk to show up, no elevator or way to get bags to second floor, I did ask for a ground floor room but they didn't have any. The shower got lukewarm at best in the evening or morning despite only having the hot tap on. I'll never stay here again, I'm surprised Ramada hasn't pulled their flag from here yet

The beds are comfortable
The property is literally falling apart. There is so much maintenance that needs to be done. They used to have a good breakfast, but this time the hot breakfast was actually cold.
Pool closed
Nothing
The was very dirty they didn’t clean the room garbage and dust everywhere
Good breakfast. Good room. Great restaurant next door.
looks a little rough on the outside. The parking lot needs a good policing!
The night staff was great and lovely. Beds were good.
The grounds are a little creepy. I think it is time for an update. But keep "The Shining" appeal...
Check in. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. We've stayed at the Airlane at various times over the last fifty years. It's definitely showing its age but still a comfortable place to stay and more affordable than other nearby options.
Can't think of anything.
Frront desk staff quickly and voluntarily refunded the cost of the room when I informed them of the issues with the room Reusable dishes and cutlery were provided for breakfast use.
There were significant maintenance, upkeep and cleanliness issues with the room. The entire property is not in good repair
Needs renovation
Accueil
La chambre de remplacement, car il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. La propreté, c’est vieillot le plancher est collant

The place was old but the room was good. Trying to find your way around was confusing. We were in G Wing if that tells you anything.
Breakfast had waffles you had to beak with a hammer & chisel & there wasn't any kind of meat.
Location was good for entering the town. It was quiet. No breakfast was ready at 7am as promised. We were told it would be ready in 30 min. The lights in the breakfast room were not even on.
The beds were sunken in the middle.
Rugs need cleaned immediately
We stayed at Ramada Inn on June 17 and checked out on June 18. This morning on June 22 I see another charge for $71.54 appear on my statement. We prepaid our stay and I am wondering what is this additional charge for? Please Explain this charge appearing one week after our stay.
Everything
Nothing to not like
Breakfast was good
Room was rundown

Cleanliness
Breakfast was good. And wasn’t over crowded. Lots of seating which was very nice. Most places don’t have sufficient seating for their breakfasts. Staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast had no fibre options. But plenty to eat. The exterior of the hotel is pretty rough looking and the parking lot is in terrible condition
Did as I always do and search for bugs upon arrival and found nothing. Left my cloths on the table as with my luggage then got comfy and climbed into bed. About an hour later I got up and went to the washroom and as I returned back to the bed I found a single bed bug on the pillow I wasn’t using. I caught it, put it in a cup and immediately went to shower to search myself for bites. Thankfully there was none. Got dressed and ripped the room apart again. Still no signs of bugs. Took the cup to the front desk to show them and all they did was changed my room to a suite. Didn’t offer a refund or anything. Told me they would look into it.
The only nice thing to say is that the staff were polite.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels. This tops the worst ever. It was filthy and I didn’t feel safe there. I wouldn’t feed the breakfast to my dog. It is obvious this hotel will be demolished in the future so they are not bothering to maintain what is there now. I left before my planned checkout and took the loss in money for my own well being.
I was told the room would cost $255 and I have been charged $390. The room was hot. The A/C did not work. There was no hot water.
Staff was friendly. When you drive up you will question your decide. While walking to the room you will question your decision. However the room was clean and decent. Nothing to write home about but fine. If it was $30 less a night it would make more sense to me.
The staff was friendly
It was so run down it was shocking
Staff were welcoming, it is an old hotel and Ramada are working on it. Beds were comfortable, and an updated bathroom. The hotel is at a busy crossroads and the whole area is rundown. Not sure how safe the area is. The breakfast was good. Not sure I would pick any hotel in that area again.
The general area of the hotel.
Lobby nice Location good Soft towels
Not clean, hair in beds, hair in coffee maker tray, holes in very old, worn drapes, holes in bathroom ceiling, AC very dirty, baseboard heaters very dirty (dirt and hair). Hotel parking lot seemed dark and un-safe. No ice makers on any floor, had to get from front desk.
