Too loud, kids running around and slamming the doors in the middle of the night for hours. Rooms you can not adjust the temperature in the room and it’s freezing

The pool was great, and having a room that opened to the pool was very convenient for our kids.

Not the hotel's fault, but what ruined our stay was the people above us. They were so loud, and their kids were banging/running until 1:00am. We were driving from Winnipeg to Ottawa to take my daughter to University. We were quite tired for the drive from TBay to Sault St Marie because of it.

It had ample parking and was in an excellent area for our appointments.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly but maintenance quickly solved the problem.

Not inviting, riff raff loitering outside the entrance and inside the lobby. People sitting on the hood of MY car and ehen asked not to sit on my car, they gave me a dirty look. Not once did we feel safe leaving the room until we got to the car! The pool was over loaded with kids and no adult supervision. We couldn't even use the pool area. The walls were not insulated, 1.5 inch gap at the bottom of the door to the hallway. Dirty floors. One small elevator got the whole 3 story building. Kid SCREAMING next door until 2:30 AM all the nights we stayed. The room across the hall was having continuous loud knocks on their door with "guests". Police came 2 times. I contacted the front desk EVERY night about the same BS and ask the did was offer a free breakfast. That's all. The last night, I called about the screaming 4 year old next door AGAIN and within 10 minutes, security was knocking on MY door to "remind" me of the quiet hours and to respect them! I informed him that I was the one calling about the noise and he looked confused. Never did anything else to remedy the screaming. Completely a waste of vacation time, money and a trip. We would never go back there. They are clueless on how to treat guests and make others adhere to the rules and regulations THEY set for all guests to enjoy their stay and get rest. They are clueless on how to run a business and be hospitable. They should give back SOME of my money but instead, they apologized 3 nights in a row and on the last morning, offered a free breakfast. Ridiculous and laughable business practice! Don't waste your time or money staying here. Drug hang out and LOTS of suspicious activity! Not a safe feeling! Management didn't care and won't rectify the issue. They just say, "Sorry! "

Everything good or average, no real complaints.

The location was amazing: a grocery store next door and tons of choices for food all within very short walking distance. Lots of parking space, a very comfortable room/beds. Everything was clean. While you do hear foot traffic in the hallways, we were never disturbed at night or early in the morning. Our main highlight of the hotel itself was how professional and pleasant the front desk staff were. All were welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to be of service. We will definitely return!

Facilities were very run down, we had to change rooms because the lock on our door was completely broken, the AC sounded like a jet engine, the chair was ripped and falling a part. The room we were switched to was in better condition but wasn’t well cleaned and amenities hadn’t been fully restocked. Front desk was overwhelmed and took an exceptionally long time to answer the phone or didn’t answer at all. They were friendly but seemed like they weren’t able to keep up.

The location was ideal for what we needed it to be.

The lighting in the hallways was very poor.

Pool was nice and had a deep end. Hot tub. Shallow kids pool too.

Main reason we booked this hotel was for the water slide and it was closed. Also no bath tub in room. No coffee in lobby.

Very short staffed at front desk. Room was extremely cold with AC pumping full blast and no individual control. TV didn't work and took 2 reminders and over an hour waiting to get fixed. Really worn and grungy hallway carpets and lobby. Really expensive for what you get. Room door locks really stiff and needed to be slammed shut. Staff attitudes not great.

It’s fairly close to the airport. Has a nice restaurant with good food. The room was clean, beds comfortable.

The hallway carpets were vacuumed but dirty looking. The air conditioner was noisy and I couldn’t adjust the room temperature.

I love that the staff was really helpful, friendly, and accommodated us fast. The room is really spacious and has everything you need for your stay. I love that the restaurant has really yummy food. I definitely love the early check-in and the late check-out option because it adapted perfectly to our schedule. Thank you, guys, I will definitely come back.

Unfortunately, I found the pool was dirty and cold. The pool doesn't have a heater, though, and the sauna was dirty as well, so that wasn't great. But overall, the hotel is a 9/10.

Everything was exactly as expected. There was no discrepancy from booking.com to the hotel whatsoever, which I enjoy and feel should be the standard. Clean, spacious, quiet. Everything you need for a hotel stay. They also gave pet treats as I checked in which I found extremely nice and thoughtful. (Above & beyond) which is rare to see these days in the hospitality industry.

The only inconvenience I could possibly think of would be the fact that the only doors you can enter/exit on a regular basis are the front doors. ( I understand there are probably security risks/concerns and thats probably why it's the case. Just inconvenient when my room was in a far corner and there is a staircase right beside my room which I could've used to unload my stuff, and animals more conveniently).

We didn't get a junior suite as booked. We got a joined room with a king bed and full size bed. I was hoping for a more private room. Not a joined room. The guests are loud and not very mindful when walking through the hallway. The sounds carry through the walls. You can talking through the doors and walls. The guests in the room next door were very loud. Their kids were loud and kept trying to open our doors. We called the front desk asking them to enforce quiet time, but was told that quiet time start at 11pm?!

Really like support from all the staff. The room were super comfortable. Food was good at the restaurant. It was quiet during the night and buzzing with activity during the day. I appreciated the service we received after I also read about what the hotel is doing for the community. I would stay there again!

There was nothing to be liked about the property. Me and my wife and my 3 year old daughter didn’t feel safe and we had to immediately vacate the room.

When I entered the room there was something that related to drugs all the floors were dirty and people where shouting , yelling, threatening and so many other things were going on

The king bed we had was not the comfiest. Seems like they haven’t bought new ones yet. Last time we stayed we had two queen room and those beds were fantastic. Neighbours were very loud. Had to complain.
