早餐多樣性，友善我是素食主義者，主廚為我兩天都有準備一大盤燙青菜🥦四季豆還有紅蘿蔔🥕太幸福，晚餐也很美味可口，也很平價，簡直完美爆表。而且有浴缸可以泡澡，孩子很喜歡💕陽台很加分！如果不是剛好遇到大雷雨，坐在陽台吹風一定很舒服！

路邊過路的車輛太大聲，第二天改住高樓層就沒有吵到睡眠。櫃檯人員很甜美，講英文很好聽，很標準，有時語速太快，有些無法全盤理解，不過沒有影響，一樣滿分💯！

I like the location the most, its very near l to my agency, to the training center and to the mall, the crew are accommodating, and you will feel that you are a valued returning guest. The hotel meet my basic needs and thats very important for me.

we like that it was near the embassy where we have an appointment. we like that itaccomodate our request of a very early pre packed breakfast since we have a very early appointment. We appreciate that it has extended help in booking our transportation as we are not allowed to bring in gadgets during the appointment. the hotel is clean and the staff are very accomodating and helpful. This too will be a very memorable stay for us because our application was all approved.

I liked the property’s excellent location. It was within walking distance to SLEC, Robinsons Place Manila, and many restaurants, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered good value for money. I also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. After we reported the issue, the staff changed our room, which we appreciated.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the first two nights we were given a room that did not match our booking. We had reserved a room with a street view, but instead our window faced a wall with air conditioning units and ventilation equipment. On the first night, we arrived very late and were exhausted after a long journey, so we didn’t notice the noise. However, on the second night, the noise from the units was unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep at all. The next morning, I asked the reception to change our room. They changed it for the last night, but this issue affected most of our stay.

Was told place had disabled rooms, but didn’t get one. Had I known those rooms were booked, I’d have changed my dates or booked elsewhere. Only disabled access I saw was the exterior ramp. Couldn’t use the bathroom because the doorway was too narrow for my wheelchair; the shower had a high tub; and the toilet was BEHIND the door … who does that!

Esperienza molto positiva sotto vari punti di vista. L' hotel è molto pulito e accogliente e ha tariffe vantaggiose. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Staff estremamente molto cordiale e gentile. Vorrei fare un ringraziamento particolare a Zsan, ragazza della reception che mi ha aiutato a risolvere un disguido non legato all' hotel. Nelle vicinanze si trova Rizal park, un enorme centro commerciale e non lontano si può visitare Intramuros.

They did not clean the room daily. I was out a full day, came back the room had not been cleaned, this happened twice.

My first stay at City Garden Suites Manila was a great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle free. Special thanks to Carlo, the Front Desk Manager, for his excellent assistance and warm hospitality, which made the entire transaction easy and seamless. The room rates are very reasonable and the hotel's location is highly accessible, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend City Garden Suites Manila. Looking forward to staying here again! P.S. Love the breakfast buffet

My sister and I found ourselves visiting City Garden Suites because it is conveniently close to Intramuros. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for, leading us to decide against checking in. While the hotel itself has a pleasant ambiance and the overall atmosphere seemed inviting, from the moment we walked in, Jona's (one of the front desk staffs) demeanor was off-putting. She appeared visibly angry and mean, which was not the first impression we were looking for during our stay. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt an overwhelming sense of negative energy emanating from her. What struck us as particularly unprofessional was the way she interacted with her fellow coworkers. Rude remarks and a dismissive attitude were evident, creating an uncomfortable environment not just for guests but for her colleagues as well. It was disheartening to witness such behavior. On a more positive note, I must commend the other employees present during our visit. They were accommodating and seemed genuinely interested in helping guests. Unfortunately, despite the hotel’s decent ambiance and proximity to historical sites, we ultimately decided to leave rather than risk an unpleasant experience during our stay.

The staff are so warm and kind and they even upgraded our room. It’s very walkable to the US Embassy :)

I had a great room, the AC wasn't loud, the staff was great, and breakfast was okay, maybe if there had been a bit more variety, it would have been even better, of course, but all in all, it was great for the price.

The buffet breakfast was good with allot of selections. The room was good with AC and Wi-Fi, the bathroom was a bit small but ok, the hot water was a bit random to regulate. The bar served the coldest beers I had without adding ice cubes! It was a 10 walk to the US Embassy, and plenty of eateries close by.

There were some Beggers outside the hotel along with persons selling things. The guys that managed the front entry did a good job of keeping them away.
